This was overall a very nice apartment worth it for the views alone. The apartment was very clean with a well equipped kitchen (though no microwave). Bedrooms were small without much storage. There was just the two of us traveling so we ended up using the second bedroom for storage. There is a very nice stone pier with ladder into the water from which to swim.
Note there is a long, steep flight of steps to get down to the house with another set of steps to get to the second floor apartment so if you have any mobility issues this may not be your place.
Owners were very friendly but only speak Croatian. Since we do not speak any Croatian this could have been a problem. However, the property management company was very responsive when we wanted to spend another day, so the language barrier isn't the draw-back that it could be.
One significant issue I would point out: the house is about 20 minutes out of town, and a taxi ride into town costs up to $60 U.S. per ride. This became very expensive and we ended up renting a two-person Smart Car for a couple of days for about the same price as a one way taxi ride. There is really nothing around the apartment except a small (and pretty good) restaurant in the village. Unless you are planning to just stay in the apartment and vegetate, you should plan on renting a car.
Overall, though, I would recommend this very nice, peaceful apartment.
