Inside, you’ll find 25 m² of living space with sleeping arrangements in one bedroom and the dining area, making it a practical choice for families or small groups. The kitchen is equipped with basic kitchenware, so you can prepare simple meals during your stay.

Step outside to a spacious 47 m² terrace where you can relax and enjoy a sea view. The location lets you experience the charm of South Dalmatia, with the sea as part of your daily backdrop. Communication with your host is easy, as they speak German, English, and Croatian. House K-9233 is a straightforward base for exploring the Korčula riviera and enjoying the natural surroundings of Rasohatica.

The large 600 m2 outdoor area includes a sitting area and a space for children, making it easy to relax or play outside.

You’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay: bedding, toiletries, bathroom towels, and free private parking. If you want to explore the sea, boat hire and boat mooring are available. The host is ready to help and can communicate in German, English, and Croatian.

The location puts you close to the sea, with just 47 stairs down to the beach. Enjoy the natural surroundings and the freedom that comes with robinson tourism, away from crowded spots but still within reach of local highlights.

Same superlatywy. Miejsce jest przepiękne podobnie jak okolica. Idealne do wypoczynku dla tych, którzy poszukują wyciszenia, odosobnienia i kontaktu z przyrodą. Nie będziecie tam sami lecz sąsiedztwo innych domków nie narusza intymności pobytu. Rasohatica to jedna z najładniejszych zatok na wyspie. Do odwiedzenia innych zatok najlepsza jest łódź. Jeśli samochód to raczej z podwyższonym podwoziem. Okazjonalny tylko zasięg gsm. Jeśli konieczne jest skorzystanie z telefonu to należy się wspiąć na wzgórze, a najlepiej pojechać lub przejść do Zrnovo. Domek czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Posiada dwa tarasy ocienione dzikim winem, co wystarczająco chroni przed gorącem. No i last but not least - bardzo serdeczni i bezpośredni właściciele domku. Polecam skorzystać z propozycji Andriji wspólnych połowów ryb.

The house is located in a very quiet area. There a...

The house is located in a very quiet area. There are 3 houses nearby but they are situated in a distance and in the way that you don’t see the neighbors. We were there in September so only one neighbor were present The house is rather small, but for us (3 plus dog) was absolutely enough! I think it would be big enough for 4 too. You can find there everything you need (kitchenware, plates, pans, fridge, cooker, bed linen etc). It has very nice terrace with the beautiful see view! I could seat there and watch the bay and the lighthouse in the distance for hours! This is a Robinsons style house so you won’t find sat tv nor wi-fi but that is why you are able to relax !!! There is also a large grill and wood is provided. The house has also private beach (rocky one with the concrete stairs and platform to rest) about 50 meters from the house! The water is crystal  About 150 meters away there is also a “public” beach with small stones and azure blue water (if you don’t like rocky beach or for children you can go there). Nearest shop is few km (I think 5) in the village and the supermarket about 10 km. The road is difficult for normal car but reachable. And last but not least! The HOST. Andrija is very nice person and great host. He was very helpful and hospitable! He welcomed us very warmly. He showed us the way to the house leading in his car. He left for us some fresh fruits, juice and very tasty wine  He also took my husband on the boat for fishing few times (fish, calamari, octopus!) So, if you like to hide for some time in a peaceful, quite, beautiful and friendly place and feel like Robinson, simply choose this house. All the best to the host! 8) <3 :)

Ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und ei...

Ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und eine Traumgegend. Mann muss aber den Robinson Style mögen und auch mal bereit sein kalt zu duschen Man ist völlig ungestört. Man sollte das "Fischen "mögen. Wir konnten uns jeden Tag unseren eigenen Fisch fangen. Der Gastgeber zeigte uns das Fischen. Wie waren bis auf das Wetter super zufrieden. Die Reise Vermittlung war vor der Buchung stets bemüht unsere Wünsche zu berücksichtigen und sehr hilfsbereit. :)
