The owner was very kind, helpful, friendly. The apartment was a little bit dusty and there was something hairy thing in the bathroom. For us the most negative thing was the lack of shutter because of the morning darkness. There is no free parking place, we have to pay an extra fee in private parking, 35EUR for 5 days, but much more better than parking in the street for 2EUR/hour.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung verbeacht. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Hausherren. Die scöne gemütliche Ferienwohung ist nahe am Zentrum von Mkarska gelegen. Das Zentrum der Stadt und der Strand sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

S ubytováním jsme byli velice spokojeni a i když je v centru města, je tam přes den i v noci klid. A k tomu jako bonus hostitelé, jsou velice příjemní a pohostiní lidé. Apartmá čisté a pohodlné, nevidíme žadné negativa a pobyt zde můžeme jen doporučit.

Gospodarze niech bedzie,że ok, znają tylko chorwacki, a przyjmujac turystow powinni chociaz angielski, zero komunikacji co utrudniało kontakt. Pokój w starym stylu lat 50 tych, ale tam z reguły się tylko śpi. jedyny plus ogromnie duże łózko i bardzo wygodny materac. pokój wąski i długi na pierwszym pietrze, balkon zamurowany bez widoków. jedyny widok na balkon sąsiada. Do ppkoju prowadzą schody kamienne bardzo strome. Odległość od centrum blisko wszędzie. Brak parkingu przy kwaterze, brak mozliwoscin parkowania, kazdy wyjazd autem to długa droga z pokoju do auta z tobołami na plażę, ulice tylko jednokierunkowe i żeby wrócić 300 m trzeba objechać miasto 4 km do tego samego miejsca. rezerwując ten apartament b yła mowa o parkingu pod domem i ogrodzonym terenie. Nie było niczego. Polecam na dwa dni ,nie na cały pobyt wakacji. Zdjęcia miejsca nie są adekwatne z rzeczywistościa.

Very nice place with lots of antiques that gave it...

Very nice place with lots of antiques that gave it a unique feel. I enjoyed the terrace and having cooking facilities. The large bed and television with multiple channels added to the comfort. The hot water in the shower did run out, though I don't know if I needed to press a button to keep the heat on. The AC was good to keep the temperature in the room comfortable too. Best part of the stay was the hospitality from Damir and Maritsa. I enjoyed the welcome and our conversations and would recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Makarska as well as to stay there again myself. :hihi:

Уникальные атмосферные дизайнерские, практически антикварные, апартаменты, позволяющие погрузиться в жизнь старой Макарски. В 100 метрах находится городской рынок, где можно купить местные фрукты и овощи. Ещё ближе - мясной магазин, предлагающий по утрам свежайшее мясо, чивапчичи, плескавицы и т.п. Все необходимое в шаговой доступности. До пляжа Осеява прогулочным шагом через старый город и вдоль пирса с яхтами 5-7 минут, до городского пляжа (в другую сторону) 10-15 минут, до великолепного пляжа Нугал через сосновый парк 40-50 минут. Дом расположен в центре событий, но при этом в тихом месте. В самих апартаментах очень уютно. Огромная кровать с комфортным матрасом. Предусмотрены различные варианты освещения. Каждая деталь в апартаментах историческая: картины, подсвечники, вазы и т.п. Всё продумано до мелочей. Шикарная терраса с видом на черепичные крыши, гранатовые и мандариновые деревья и кусочком моря. Место насыщенно романтическим настроением и особой душевностью. Особенные впечатления от хозяев! Марица и Дамир крайне дружелюбные и гостеприимные люди, всегда готовые помочь. Через 5 минут общения создаётся впечатление, что знаешь их всю жизнь. Этому способствовал в том числе организованный ими приветственный ужин с великолепным барбекю из местных продуктов, домашними закусками, вином и настойками. Настоятельно рекомендую к выбору для отдыха!

Apartman je u potpunosti ispunio naša očekivanja, a ljubaznost i pristupačnost domaćina nadmašili su sva dosadašnja iskustva! Prekrasno uređen, čist, udoban i prozračan apartman u samom centru grada. Osjećali smo se opušteno kao kod kuće. Definitivno najbolji smještaj u kojem smo imali priliku boraviti. Preporučamo! <3

Apartment ist sauber und ordentlich, befindet sich in der Altstadt also im Herzen Makarskas, der Hafen in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Strand ist in unter 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Läden, Cafés, Restaurants sind auch alle unter 1 Minute zu erreichen. Vorallem die Vermieter sind extrem nett und gastfreundlich. Das Gute ist, man befindet sich nicht unmittelbar im Teil der Altstadt wo der ganze Trubel ist, was bedeutet, dass man nachts seine Ruhe hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)

Really lovely hosts - they were super welcoming and helpful with any requests we had! Great apartment with a fully stocked kitchenette, huge and very comfortable bed and a beautiful balcony with outdoor seating. Everything was very clean and the shower was very powerful. Super close to the everything including the beaches, main bus station and lidl. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

My boyfriend and I (27 and 28 years) had such a lovely stay in Apartment Makarska. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spacious, clean, well located and with plenty of character. The terrace is lovely. Couldn't have asked for more!
