If you’re looking for a clean vacation home near the Las Vegas strip for cheap look no further.

This newly built casita has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and comfortably sleeps up to 3. The kitchen/dining are all together. Please don't hesitate to ask questions:

This newly built luxury apartment is a 1 bedroom with a queen bed, futon, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and comfortably sleeps up to 3. But after two people you pay $25 extra per night per person. It is located in a private cul de sac. There is parking where you can park your vehicle safely. (1 space per stay) Also has TV, with Roku. Everything you need; plates, silverware, towels etc. The desert style landscaped has tables, chairs for lounging. It is a friendly private neighborhood that is 7 min from Harry Reid International Airport, 15 min from the famous strip, Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino, Luxor, New York New York, MGM Grand, Excalibur, Cosmopolitan, Vdara . 10-15 min from Fashion Show mall and convention center. Fremont Street Experience, SLS Hotel and Casino.

You must provide own personal hygiene supplies such as shampoo, face towel, wash cloths, soap etc. We provide a roll of toilet paper per bathroom. You will have to provide your own after you finish what is provided.

**STATE ISSUED I.D. OR PASSPORT IS REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL. IT NEEDS TO MATCH THE NAME ON THE RESERVATION.

**ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL BE A $150 USD FEE ASIDE FROM VRBO SERVICE FEES.

**THERE IS NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE IF THERE IS SMOKING IT’S A $100 FEE.

Not as advertised

Stayed here for a softball tournament. Relied on the description and pictures. Really needed to stay some near fields which was nice but more importantly I needed a place with washer and dryer. When I arrived there were no washer and dryer and when I asked the property manager I was simply texted a link to a laundromat and stated that Vrbo had it wrong. When I sent screen shots of the listing there still was no offer to make things right. Also the bed was not great and only one flat sheet and no comforter or extra blankets or sheets available. Had to go buy a throw blanket to stay warm. Also the bed is on caster wheels on a hard floor so it moved around a lot and made it weird if you turned on your side. Based off my interaction initially through texts I stopped communicating because I felt like there was no willingness to make things right. Because of how busy the weekend was there was no other availability to stay somewhere else until Sunday night. I didn’t stay my last night due to the uncomfortable feeling of being there, spent a small fortune to get laundry done somewhere, lack of sleep and the feeling of being watched, the noise at night amongst other issues. Also I booked believing this to be condo asked off the pictures and it is a small type of out building in the backyard someone’s house. Made it awkward and felt like there were security cameras watching your every move. Not a welcoming look. I wouldn’t t recommend staying here unless you need just need a roof over your head for the night and a place to take a shower. Still awaiting to see if the owner is willing to provide any kind of reimbursement before reporting to VRBO.

The casita is very comfortable and quiet. I was staying there to attend a conference downtown, and it was a bit far. It would be helpful if the ad gave more information about how far a drive it is to various venues. The only thing frustrating about my stay was the owner or property manager did not give me information about how to check in before I arrived. He asked me to call him 30 minutes before I was to arrive, but did not pick up the phone or respond to texts. I had to wait quite a while at the property for him to arrange for someone else to let me in to the property, He did not respond to other questions I had for him during my stay.

Very nice unit but geared more for young folks.

Clean, nice unit. the bed was comfy, kitchen good, super shower, If I were the owner I would put in a smaller kitchen table n chairs n a more comfortable couch with a small coffee table to put a coffee/ drink on vs a futon which we (over 50’s) four days uncomfortable. If i was 30 it would be fine.

Quiet, comfortable stay

I was recently in Las Vegas on business and stayed in the Lacotacina for 4 weeks. It was a comfortable place and the owner was friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again.

Nice Stay in Las Vegas

We are a family of four (two adults two youth 22 & 19) and stayed at this location to experience Las Vegas New Years Eve. The owners were very attentive to our requests. Facilities are quite new with high end materials used throughout and various sleeping configurations depending on number in the party. Living quarters and suites are located at the back of a suburban house minutes from the Strip and Airport. We did a lot in the three days we were there including hiking in Red Rock Canyon. Thanks.

Unexpected Delight

We stayed 10 days to see all the sights. Since there were 5 of us, we were worried about how we would manage between split rooms. How surprised we were when we arrived. We all loved your home. It was like spending time at a real hacienda. The courtyard was gorgeous. The decor was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the towels were fluffy, and the weather was perfect. The gas stove in the kitchen was a plus for us, since we have to use electric back home. Your hospitality and kindness was overwhelming. If we ever come back, we will definitely use your place again. The only thing I would change is the coin operated washer and dryer. Thank you again for our short time there.

Wonderful stay.

We drove to Las Vegas and stayed at this Casitas. The owner Elmer is very nice host and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The place is beautiful, clean, and quite. My family and friends enjoyed the backyard, plenty of plants, fruit trees and 2 BBQ grill. The place is near by L.V. strip and 5 minutes away from the airport. I highly recommend this place and we will be staying there again in the future or maybe one of Elmers' house. It's also a pet friendly. Thank you Elmer.

Lovely Stay :)

My husband and I drove 2300 miles for a 13 week stay in Las Vegas. We could not have had a better experience thanks to this lovely casita. Owners Elmer and Rosa were over the top hosts even before we arrived! They custum planned our stay with us and always made our happiness their priority. Our two mini poodles made friends with the family and thoroughly enjoyed the back yard area; which coincidently is the BEST feature of this rental. The main house at first site will take your breath away. A picturesque private walk leads to the Casita in a sea of sitting areas, potted plants, fruit trees, etc. The rental is decorated just as memorable as the outside. Very new and clean. Fully stocked kitchen makes meals more convenient, and there's a grill just outside the door for your use. Location is perfect. Minutes from the strip yet distant enough to get a good night's rest. Neighborhood is top notch and very safe. Stay safe. Stay here. Well definitely be back!

Clean, cozy house, and outdoor space - perfect for 2 travelers.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay close to the action of the Strip yet maintain the feel of home. Very clean, cozy, beautiful house. The outdoor space is excellent - we bought groceries in the nearby Whole Foods, used the full size kitchen, and had breakfasts there each of the three mornings of our stay. The space also has a large outdoor gas grill that we didn't get a chance to use. The neighborhood around the casita is very quiet, which is a nice change from the busyness of the area around the Strip (still only 10 mins by car). Our host was welcoming, responsive, flexible with our checkin and checkout times, and overall helped make us feel at home. I would without a doubt stay again.
