Adjacent to the densely wooded and imposing slopes of Monte Ceppo, medieval fortress towns such as Pigna, Buggio, Castel Vittorio and the beautiful Dolce Acqua. Half an hour's drive from the Italian Flower Riviera, the azure blue Mediterranean Sea and the border town of Ventimiglia, you will find this beautiful natural stone house at an altitude of 800 meters, just outside of Pigna. You can enjoy beautiful nature, beautiful (mountain) walks or sporty mountain bike tours, but also stroll on the French Riviera, in the mundane Menton (45 minutes) or on the promenades des anglais in Nice (75 minutes). The house has 2 spacious bedrooms with luxury large box spring beds and each with its own toilet, sink and shower as well as wardrobes. In the spacious kitchen you will find everything you need in terms of kitchenware. there is a large fridge and freezer, a 4 burner stove, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, Orange press etc etc. The spacious living room has a fireplace, a large 3-seater sofa and luxury armchairs and 2 large coffee tables. There is a large flat screen TV with a wide selection of domestic and foreign channels and a large DVD collection. In the dining area there is a spacious 4-person dining table with chairs, a wood-burning stove and a large cupboard with full crockery, wine and soda glasses etc etc. Special attention has been given to the environment outside. There is a special terrace for the morning breakfast with morning sun where there is also a barbecue and a pizza oven. During the warm afternoon hours there is a lovely covered porch where it never gets too hot and where you can also lounge in the evening in the comfortable outdoor room. There is a large 3-seater sofa and various armchairs, a large 6-person dining table with a gas barbecue table. For the cool nights in spring and autumn, there are 2 patio heaters. of course there is also beautiful atmospheric lighting. For the sun lovers there is a special south-facing sun terrace with luxury Royal Botania sun beds. There are a total of 4 parasols if the sun does its best. For the possible cooling there is an outdoor shower and a (hot) tube which is usually used for cooling but which can also be heated quickly in the spring and autumn. Last but not least there is the large wooden terrace in the tall treetops of an old holm oak here the swimming pool will also be realized in the spring of 2018. The entire site is one hectare in size and in addition to the many natural stone terraces, stairs and walls, much attention has been paid to the planting. Lavendels, Oleanders, Olives, Cypress Rosemary, Thyme, and many other Mediterranean plants and trees grow and flourish throughout the estate. Everywhere you can smell the wonderful Mediterranean herbal air and as a reward you will be kept company by thousands of butterflies and in the evening by the fireflies the moon and thousands of stars.
