Close to a 10 out of a 10(!) - Simply Fabulous!

Clean, Cosy, and the "close to a 10" is not a "full 10" for extremely minor reasons. Like: - Well its an older building, in the heart of town, and them Venetians who designed these cities either were much smaller built than us today, or stronger, or both(!) :-) Staircase is narrow, but the peace and tranquility once you are up there is impossible to match! :-) - The only way one could beat the greatness of the terrace would be, if it had sea-view ...but looking into them old trees, especially in the early morning hours, is everything you could expect from a place where to lay your head! - Terrace is also very spacy, well equipped, and the only thing missing, really missing once it gets hot, is some sort of shade. So either have your breakfast really early - or eat it inside.... But eveings? Simply lovely! So, you see, any, even remotely possible, "complaints" do boil down to "complaining on a very high level"! ::: The only "real complaint" we would have had, was, that OUR vacation was too short! ::: Our summary: (1) Book early(!) - there are close to no other offers in this beautiful town that can match this one! (2) Stay as long as you possibly can! Novigrad has a LOT(!) to offer - like since last year, some of the best ice-cream I ever had(!) .....just a few steps from the apartment!

Hallo Ulrike Thanks for your review, I’m always very happy when a customer of mine invests a bit of their time to write something about their staying and their expierence in one of our flats. I can only say that the sun tend was in the flat as I mentioned in the text I sent youand it was just a matter of fixxing 3/4 hooks in the rings to enjoy your coffee under the shadow in the terrace. All the other points you mentioned, sorry they do not depends on us. Before you came I sent you a file with all the instruction included info about the parking, even if this is a service provided from the city; I wrote you about zone A, zone B and zone C and included the addess and phone number of the office, suggesting you to get in contact with them to get the best solutions that could meet tour standards. It’s like when you go and see a gig, you cannot complain with Mick Jagger if you could not find a parking place right next to the arena. Anyhow I’m glad you didn’t complain about other things, that means you enjoyed the self check-in, the istrian style of the flat, the forniture, the cleanings, the fresh towels, the ironed bed sheets, air conditioning, the kitchen, the shower…and all the rest good things disturbed from the music from the otherside of the stunning and marvellous acient city walls in front of you! Thanks for staying at us!

Hervorragend

Perfect Location and clean and comfy apartment

Super friendly and well organized host who provides helpful information for parking and beaches in the area and also gave us some nice recommendation where to eat authentic in Novigrad. Check-In and Check-out was easy to go. Novigrad is super sweet for couples as well as Families. The apartment made our 5-day stay perfect. It's clean and welcoming, we immediately felt like home. We enjoyed the two bathrooms, a well equiped kitchen and especially the inviting balcony for morning coffe or playing cards in the evening. The appartment has AC so you can chill down on hot hot summerdays and can also be full shaded if you like to have siesta. The location of the apartment is in the center of Novigrad an everything you look for or need is in walking distance. If you are like me an need a thicker blanket I recommend to bring bedcloths. We already miss dolce vita in Cittanova and can't wait to come back.

Wunderschöne Tage in Novigrad

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in nettem kleinem Ort

Thanks Marion for your review, I am happy you enjoy the nice little fishmen village of Novigrad. I guess due to the Football World Cup the pubs were even more noisy then usual... sorry about that. I will take into consideration your suggestion to cover part of the balcony in order to better enjoy the staying there. You are more than welcome to come back. Ciao Federica
