Recently refurbished house located in one of the most beautiful bays of the Azores. Situated on the slope of the Bay of Four Ribeiras, it offers a unique view of the sea and the rocky escarpment of the bay. Fully equipped with two bedrooms (one en suite), two bathrooms, open space of living room and kitchen, salamander, balcony and outdoor space. Our house is ideal for those looking for a few days of rest in contact with nature in summer, or in winter, as a couple or with friends. Natural pools within five minutes walk. You will have an unforgettable stay.
Our house is perfect for those who wish to relax, close to nature, summer or winter, as a couple or with a group of friends. Natural pools carved by the sea over time on the rocks are at a distance of 5 minutes on foot, there being several pedestrian paths in the area.
Casa da BaĆ­a das Quatro is a 20-minute drive from the city of Angra do HeroĆ­smo and 15 minutes from the airport and city of Praia da VitĆ³ria.

Traumlage mit Ausblick

Das Haus liegt an einer Klippe mit Ausblick auf das Meer und die Felsen mit brĆ¼tenden Vƶgeln. Wir hatten das GlĆ¼ck sogar Delfine sehen zu kƶnnen.Check-In war Problem los. Kleine Probleme wurden gleich gelƶst von Chalotta. In direkter Nachbarschaft liegt ein leicht verstecktes wunderschƶnes Naturbad, Perfect zum Schnorcheln geeignet mit Bademeister, Imbiss und Toiletten.

Amazing!

We were in the Azores for the first time. We stayed on the 3 different islands over the course of 12 days, this was our last stop and it was PERFECT. The house was so comfortable and cozy and the view simply unbelievable. The hosts were super and we could not have asked for a better location to spend our last two nights, thank you!!

The house is a spectacular setting - on the cliffs above the sea. It has a lovely patio as well as great views from inside. I don't know why a previous reviewer was concerned about the neighborhood. Yes there is an old uninhabited house next door but that is not uncommon in the Azores and was no problem. In addition there are flys and no screens but that is also very common. We have stayed in many houses in Azores as well as other areas in Europe and screens are rarely seen. The kitchen was very well equipped with cooking staples such as spices, coffee etc. The bedrooms are small but workable. I would definitely stay here again though may be easier with one couple or family with little kids rather than two couples. However I want to stress that it worked fine for our two couples. Just depends on how much space you need.

Oceanfront Gem

The property was a cozy cabin with the most spectacular ocean views and all of the amenities you need to be comfortable. We went out hiking to even more beautiful spots on the sunny days, watched the rain hit the huge windows on stormy days, and took hundreds of beautiful photos. Everything you could want in the Azores šŸŽ‡

Beautiful setting

The property is located right on the sea with a wonderful patio. The house is very well appointed with everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and clean, good wifi, and all the appliances were appreciated. The hosts, Carlotta and Nuno, were very helpful and kept in communication with us to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Many thanks to them. Location of the house is a little secluded, but this is what we wanted. The natural pools were within walking distance, but a car is needed to explore the island - parking is available at the house. Wonderful experience!

Substandard

It pains me to leave a negative review however, we feel it must be shared with other travelers. We arrived at the property and found it to be located next to homes with broken windows and unkept. The little house itself was clean but, the brush below blocked any and all breeze. Even the Police officer we met near it stated the property was going to be hot due to no cross breeze. Most windows had notes on them from the management ā€œ Do not open.ā€ With no A/C ( we didnā€™t expect ) and no cross breeze it was not habitable for us. The flies immediately gathered in the small living room area with no way of keeping them out. The remote location might work for some travelers but, with the surrounding dilapidated homes, it felt unsafe for us to sleep with windows open for ventilation. When we notified the owner that we were not staying her immediate response was ā€œ thatā€™s why I told you to look at a map.ā€Being travelers that had not been to this exact location prior, even looking at a map didnā€™t represent the proper description. We stayed on every island is the Azores and did not experience this at any other properties. We had a rental car as suggested by the owner. That didnā€™t make any difference. The house was clean, well stocked and might be fine for other travelers. However, it was a genuine disappointment for us. We are world travelers and are not uptight or looking for negativity. We advised the owner that we were not satisfied with no offered remedy or solution.

Kleine Perle an der Klippe

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem kleinen, gemĆ¼tlichen Haus auf der Klippe mit herrlichem Ausblick sehr genossen. Carlota hat uns jederzeit mit Tips zur Seite gestanden - vielen Dank. Im Haus findet man alles was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und funktional. Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten gibt es in der Umgebung. Schƶne Naturschwimmbecken sind in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Ein Mietwagen ist notwendig. Wir wĆ¼rden auf jedenfall wieder kommen.

Nahe an der Brandung

Sehr nettes, kleines gemĆ¼tliches Haus (fĆ¼r 2 Personen perfekt, fĆ¼r 4 Erwachsene schon etwas eng). Die groƟen Fenster bieten einen schƶnen Blick auf die SteilkĆ¼ste und die Brandung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr nett empfangen und konnten sie jederzeit kontaktieren. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.

Ein tolles Haus auf den Klippen mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf den Atlantik.

Wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus gemĆ¼tlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts.

Spectacular cottage

This is a stunning cottage with a phenomenal view. It is an elegant design and has everything anyone could want. It is a convenient location, quite near a market and bakery. A car is necessary.

Design and style meet the sounds of nature...

This house is amongst the best locations weā€™ve ever rented - in almost all respects. Absolutely pristine and well equipped we instantly felt at home. Nuno and Carlotta were there and very welcoming. But the REAL star is the place itself: Almost hanging over a cliff, you can listen to the unique sound of the sepia shearwater whilst sipping on a glass of wine on the houseā€˜s terrace. You literally hear every single wave! A house you should not miss.

Atemberaubende Aussicht, die kaum besser sein kƶnnte!

Schon am Flughafen wurden wir von Carlota erwartet und zu der Unterkunft begleitet, die kaum WĆ¼nsche offen lƤsst! Wer auf Terceira ein Zuhause mit Stil sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Herzlichen Dank Carlota fĆ¼r alles.

Fabulous location, great owners, very comfortable place

+ location - for hiking, this is probably the best location on the island. You can walk to a few trails nearby or drive a short way. + view - the view from the windows and the terrace is nothing short of spectacular + well furnished - we found everything we needed to live there for a few days, including extensive cooking. there were coffee capsules for our coffee drinking, there was detergent for washing the clothes, and the kitchen appliances were all there + friendly, caring owners - we found some welcome gifts (wine, good cheese), they cared about us getting there and made sure we felt at home + easy to get there, easy parking + clear instructions - one thing we found missing was a dryer - due to high humidity in the islands the clothes were a bit hard to dry. However, since the place is relatively small it would be impossible to fit one. However if you do plan to do washing take into account that it might be a tad difficult to get them to dry.

Wonderful modern house overlooking the bluffs of the Atlantic.

The moment we stepped into this wonderful and modern house, we were greeted with breathtaking views of the Atlantic and surrounding bluffs. We were also greeting with a wonderful welcome basket from Carlota and Nuno with wine, cheese, nuts, butter, local jams, and fresh bread. They made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house is well equipped with amenities including WiFi. Not only were the views in the morning and evening breathtaking, we could explore the island with ease from this location. Check in and check out were easy and Carlota and Nuno were able to accommodate an early check in which is really helpful. I highly recommend this house.
