Location was excellent for getting around the city. Many restaurants and historic sights were convenient from the flat. It was extremely helpful to have reserved parking. It wasn't exactly on site, but still very valuable.

Great Apartment and Hospitality

This apartment is large and so nicely furnished. It’s very clean and has everything you want or need.. Rosario and Fabrizio are amazing hosts, so helpful and communicative. The location is great and the parking and Netflix nice extras.

Lovely home away from home!

Nicely appointed apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance of everything. Rosario & Fabrazio made sure we had everything we needed and gave excellent tips on what to see and where to eat.

Perfect place to explore Trieste

Great location and apartment for exploring Trieste. Having a parking spot was handy, although it is located in a separate garage and is a tight space (FYI for any large vehicles). Rosaria and her husband here extremely helpful with local tips and accommodating with an early check-in for us.

Love Trieste!

Trieste was an amazing place to visit, it's beautiful. The apartment was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Great location, lots of hills to walk off the pizza, pasta, and gelato! Our hosts even organized our transportation to the airport. I would highly recommend staying here!

Vacation

Lovely apartment in the heart of Trieste. Near a Catholic Church and plenty of dining and shopping areas. Fabrizio and Rosaria were extremely helpful with info on the area, helped us check in, and helped my husband find the garage and park the car.

First Trip to Trieste

Our first visit to Trieste was brief but very enjoyable. So much to see, learn and experience. Rosaria and Fabricio were very nice and helpful. The apartment was lovely. We hope to return next year.

Pleasant stay

Well appointed spacious apartment with an elevator in old town Trieste. Close to all old town sites. Owners were pleasant and always available. They did make us sign an official contract and charged the tourist tax, mandated by the trieste government. Parking is available, but about 300 meters from the apartment. A very pleasant stay, would definitely recommend.

Fabulous

From the moment we arrived the hosts were gracious and helpful. The apt was clean and filled with anything you could possibly want. My only suggestion is that the owner should not use scented detergent to clean the linens.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Trieste. The flat was very clean, comfortable and quiet, and is located just a few minutes walk from the heart of the old city. Rosaria met us when we arrived to make sure we were settled, and gave us a brief tour of the flat. The property has everything you could need. There were two bedrooms, one with bunk beds. The main bed was queen-sized and very comfortable. The laundry machine worked great and the kitchen had everything you’d expect. Super fast wi-fi as well. We did not have a car, so I cannot comment on the parking garage. We were sorry we couldn’t stay longer.

A beautiful apartment

The apartment is spacious, elegant, beautifully furnished and well equipped with everything to make one's stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everything looks fresh and new, nothing is worn or used up. There is a bus stop right beside the main door of the building, which is very convenient if one is a little tired and wants to get back to the apartment from the town centre. It should be noted, though, that the buses going in the opposite direction, to the town centre (bus stop right across the road), do not run very frequently, so it's a good idea to make a note of the times of departure. Rosaria and Fabrizio are very kind, helpful and caring hosts and really, really take their time to show you everything in the apartment and explain things so thoroughly and clearly that practically no questions need to be asked thereafter. There is an abundance of information material concerning Trieste at the apartment, which is very helpful. If you wish to spend a pleasant time at beautiful and very interesting Trieste with is unique blend of Italian and Austro-Hungarian culture, this apartment is clearly to be recommended.

Schöne große, modern ausgestattete Wohnung in einem vor wenigen Jahren renovierten Haus von 1912

Zuvorkommende Vermieter, sichere Autoparkanlage, 5 Min zu Fuß von der Kathedrale, 10 Min vom Hauptplatz, ruhig, sehr gut ausgestattet, geeignet für 5 Erwachsene

Perfekt

Die Wohnung ist großzügig, liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, die Einweisung von Fabrizio war sehr nett und ausführlich. Durch die Lage in der Altstadt kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen, es gibt nette Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe und für weiter entfernte Ziele fährt ein Bus zum Bahnhof direkt vor der Tür ab. Wirklich perfekt für einen Städtetrip!

The perfect place to stay while visiting Trieste!

This apartment is very well kept and you can feel the love that the owners have for it. It is not just another vacation rental but something more. Rosaria and her husband were very helpful and gave us so much detailed information on places to go or eat and it was the reason our stay was even more enjoyable. The apartment is clean, secure and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay there!

Amazing Apartment

Rosaria and Fabriczio’s apartment is sleek and absolutely beautiful. Their street was under construction, so traffic had to be diverted. This is a big deal in Trieste because of all of the short one way streets and none are on a grid system. Rosaria contacted us about this early on and Fabriczio was kind enough to walk a block to meet us and then drove with us to navigate around the construction. They both helped us to unload and then Fabriczio rode 3 blocks with my husband and walked back with him. We would not have been able to do this on our own. Needless to say our car was not used again. Both hosts gave us maps, suggestions for activities, and recommendations for restaurants. We had a fabulous time exploring Trieste with their guidance and were sorry to leave.

Spacious and clean apartment

Rosaria's and Fabrizio's property was spotlessly clean and very spacious. It contained all of the amenities you would want and was within a 10 minute walk of the waterfront and most of the sights. The check in process was very good and we were able to drop our bags off early due to our earlier than expected arrival. Fabrizio's tips about sights to see and restaurants to go to were spot on. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone travelling to Trieste.
