It also comes with an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a gravel and patio area to the rear of the cottage. A terrific property in a great location. Please note: The forestry commission will undertaking felling works in Kielder Forest near the property between January - March 2025, this may extend into April. Initial supply of logs included (1st October to 30th April bookings only). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Ample off road parking. Enclosed gravelled and patio area to rear and front. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 7 miles and pub 3 miles. Note: Due to location on sheep farm, dogs must be kept on a lead. Note: Due to river on site, children must be supervised at all times. Note: No EE signal at the property, other networks do work. Note: This property does not have an electric vehicle charging point. If you wish to charge your electric vehicle via a three-pin domestic plug socket, permission will need to be granted in advance by the owner and a supplementary charge of £35.00 will need to be paid in advance of your arrival. From 2026 property is now fitted with solar panels with out commitment towards being eco-friendly.
