Our spacious five bedroom villa is located on the gated community of Highgate Park, Davenport. The villa has a good-sized, South west facing pool and outside seating area with views of conservation area and woodland to the rear of the property. While sitting on the pool deck or in the pool you might be lucky enough to see some of Florida's wildlife.

It is the perfect choice for any Orlando holiday. Located just a few minutes from the US192, the location is ideal for Disney / Universal parks, beaches and the many golf courses including championship near by.

Just a short drive away on the US27 and 192, there are numerous supermarkets, shops, pharmacies and a large selection of restaurants, take-aways and diners.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans in the lounge, all the bedrooms and the covered outside area. The villa sleeps up to 10 people and is furnished and equipped to a high standard. There are 2 entrances to the pool and spa, one from living area and the other from the ground floor master bedroom.

GROUND FLOOR

Spacious entry hall - with a large seating area if you want to sit quietly away from the main living area or if you want to play on the PlayStation 3.

Large, open plan kitchen, living and dining area. - The kitchen has all mod-cons including, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster plus all other appliances that you would expect.

The living area has 2 sofas, chair, large flat screen TV, DVD player and direct access to the pool area.

There is a also W.C. and utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, iron / ironing board and airer for your convenience.

Games room – the garage houses a games room with a pool table, air hockey and electronic dart board.

Master Suite 1 – This bedroom has direct access to the pool deck and views beyond, to the conservation area. A US King size bed, with en-suite facilities, including his and hers sinks, bath tub, double walk-in shower and separate toilet. A large flat screen TV, two walk-in wardrobes and hairdryer.


FIRST FLOOR

Master Suite 2 – This bedroom has a balcony with views to the conservation area. A US KIng size bed, with en-suite facilities, including his and hers sinks, bath tub, double walk-in shower and separate toilet. A large flat screen TV, two walk-in wardrobes and hairdryer.

Double bedroom - This bedroom has a US double size bed. A flat screen TV and two wardrobes.

Twin bedroom 1 - This bedroom has a two single beds. A flat screen TV and two wardrobes.

Twin bedroom 2 - This bedroom has a two single beds. A flat screen TV and two wardrobes.

There are two further bathrooms on this floor that serve the Double and twin bedded rooms, with bath tubs and showers over, sinks and toilets.

The pool can be heated upon request and it is recommend between October and May. 72 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $30 plus tax per day must be paid prior to check-in.
