Located in Capo Vaticano, directly on Calabria's Tyrrhenian Coast, the villa is just 9 km from Tropea, which is a renowned tourist destination.

The distance to the sea is approximately 500 meters. The closest beaches are Santa Maria and Grotticelle, which are the most famous beaches on the so-called Coast of the Gods.

The building, surrounded by olive trees, consists of six confortable apartments, three units on two floors.

Each apartment has two bedrooms, a large living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The kitchenette is equipped with pots, cutlery, crockery, fridge and oven, and in the inside of apartment there are a flat led tv and a safe.

Great for couples, families and groups, as each unit can accommodate up to seven persons.

Each ground floor apartments have a comfortable outdoor space with open veranda, to be used to enjoy eating and relaxing, surrounded by the green of olive grove and his the fresh shadow; those upstairs have each a spacious terrace overlooking the olive grove with the possibility to eat and relax watching the sea on the horizon.

The outside area is equipped with tables, chairs, barbecue, deckchairs as well as outdoor showers.
