Magnifique séjour

La maison est magnifique et l’emplacement est idéal pour les personnes qui recherchent le calme et le repos. Elle dispose d’une piscine ensoleillée toute la journée et la vue sur la mer depuis la maison est juste incroyable ! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nur Aussicht und Pool sind cool

Der Ausblick von der oberen Terrasse ist wirklich toll. Leider sind hier aber keine Möbel vorhanden, man kann hier nur stehen. Von der unteren Terrasse stören nur 2 Straßenlaternen etwas die Sicht. Der Pool ist wirklich toll und hat bei sonnigem Wetter eine angenehme Wassertemperatur. Leider gab es bei unserem Aufenthalt immer wieder Unannehmlichkeiten. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte nur kurzzeitig. Wir mussten leider immer wieder per Hand spülen. Des Weiteren hatten wir ständig Stromausfall. Sobald die Klimaanlage und ein zusätzlicher Stromfresser eingeschaltet wurde, flog die Sicherung raus. Also Wasserkocher an, Sicherung raus. Warmwasserboiler an, Sicherung raus. Da wir mit Kindern hier waren, die es nicht immer mit dem Strom so genau nehmen, sind wir 10-15 Mal pro Tag zum Stromkasten gelaufen. Der befindet sich aber draußen. Es waren fast jeden Tag Leute vor Ort und diverse Probleme zu beheben. Erst ein Bruder, dann der Hausmeister. Dann der Hausmeister mit Techniker. Dann wieder nur der Hausmeister. Dann wieder zwei andere Techniker. Die letzten Tage habe ich gebeten, dass uns keiner mehr stören soll, um noch kein paar Tage zu genießen. Leider stand 2 Tage vor Abreise die Küche unter Wasser, da ein Abfluss verstopft war. Wenn man die Klospülung betätigte, drückte Abwasser in die Spülmaschine und überflutete alles. Laut Vermieter Piero war alles das erste Mal vorgekommen. Alle Gartenmöbel alt ,unschön. Küche abgewohnt. Insgesamt war es okay, aber viel Potential nach oben

Haus mit viel Potenzial - wenn es in Stand gehalten wird bzw. teilweise renoviert wird.-

Unser Aufenthalt in Summe, war ok. Leider war das Haus als wir den Check-In gemacht hatten, nicht in einwandfreien Zustand wie man sich gewünscht hätte. Wir mussten erst eine zweistündige Reinigung vornehmen (wir sind keine Leute die bis auf das lt. Haar prüfen-wir ließen auch vorhandene Spinnweben in manchen Räumen übrig - wie vorgefunden beim Check-In (nur als Darstellung)). Die Küche -eigentlich sehr schön- ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Auch war innerhalb mancher Schränke / Schubläden ein moderiger Geruch vorhanden. Jedes Problem das entstand wurde aber vom Vermieter bzw. dem Team schnell angegangen. Leider hatten wir div. Probleme mit dem Haus, das aber immer passieren kann -z.B. kam am 2 Tag Wasser im Bad des Erdgeschosses aus einem Deckel im Boden. Daher hatten wir die ersten 2-3 Tage viel mit und im Haus zu tun, das sollte und darf nicht sein,auch wenn wir mehrfach die Info erhielten, wir sind die ersten Urlauber in der Saison. Die Waschmaschine funktioniert ,ist aber nicht gerade im besten Zustand. Auch weitere Teile der Einrichtung sind abgewohnt und sollten ausgetauscht werden. Der Pool am Haus war toll. Ausblick von der Terrasse bzw. dem Balkon im 1. OG war sehr schön. Der Vermieter (nicht vor Ort - nur telefonisch bzw. via What`s App erreichbar, war nett und hilfsbereit und hat mit vielen Info über die Themen Einkaufen, Restaurants etc. uns versorgt ). Fazit: wenn dieses Haus wieder renoviert wird ist es top, daher ist hier Luft nach oben.

Erholsamer Urlaub, toller Ausblick

Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Villa Giulia genossen. Von der Terrasse hatte man einen wundbaren Blick aufs Meer. Im Haus haben wir nichts vermisst. Ein bisschen schade ist es, dass man keine Liegen hat, um auch am eigenen Pool zu liegen und auch einen funktionstüchtigen Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse haben wir vermisst. Dafür ist der Gemeinschaftspool schön groß und dort waren auch Liegen vorhanden. Unser Vermieter hat uns mit vielen Informationen versorgt und uns Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Die Anlage ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Kalabrien.

Pessima la villa arredata con mobili dozzinali la posizione poco agibile .siamo stati malissimo i parcheggi e le zone limitrofe alla villa al buio totale per niente illuminate . Siamo stati additati a persone maleducate e ladre(dicendo che abbiamo preso un cuscino e che il cagnolino ha lasciato molti peli) dal proprietario dal momento in cui ci siamo lamentati della poca cura della struttura ombrellone rottto sedie sdraio arruginite mancanza di tutto tipo "spugna un sacchetto della spazzatura un rotolo di carta igenica della famosa macchinetta del caffe inesistente e chi piu ne ha piu ne metta Noi non siamo persone che provano a screditare chi lavora ma arrivati a questo punto non potevamo farne ameno di dimostrare le nostre lamentele dato che il proprietario ci ha trattato con attegiamento di sufficienza e accusandoci di mancanza di rispetto nei confronti di chissa chi dato che nessuno per 8 giorni si e fatto vedere gli unici che si sono fatti vedere nella proprieta son stati in branco di 3 cani randagi che si sono intrufolati nella proprieta dato che essa era poco recintata Non capiamo le recensioni positive degli altri ospiti forse sono abituati ad altri standar Preferiamo metterci una pietra sopra non dicendo dell incuria della zona della spazzatura nelle spiagge e della poca educazione civica degli abitanti è certo che mai piu....

Staying for our wedding

We booked two of these beautiful villas for when we got married locally. It was as beautiful as the pictures. The check in was easy and he even let us check in early. The pools were cleaned daily, any any issues were resolved so quickly - the electric went out and he gave us instructions immediately. He even went the extra mile to help us with taxi numbers. My only tip is you need hire cars, no one will be able to walk up the hill on the heat! Thank you again!

Schoon appartement op een locatie met een fantastisch uitzicht. Links de vallei Ala Toscane en recht voor je de zee. Sommige zaken in huis zijn inmiddels versleten. De woning heeft een klein beetje TLC nodig.

Place was in great condition, very clean and comfortable. Pool was constantly used. Beautiful site. We were very satisfied. I would rent again if we return to Calabria. House was very hard to find even with GPS. We did it by locating house on google satelite images from recognizing it from photo provided, then getting its coordinates. After that route was easy

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit kleinen Mängeln.. Zuerst das Positive. Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen, recht neu und hübsch im Ikea-Style eingerichtet. Die Aussicht ist kaum zu übertreffen. Ebenso war der Hausverwalter sehr bemüht und freundlich ;-). Es ist sauber. Die Pools sind für Wasserratten optimal. Auch wir hätten uns über eine Empfangsration an Gewürzen usw. gefreut.. Vom Internet darf man nicht viel erwarten. Es geht für wenige Minuten immer mal wieder und ist generell auf 1GB pro Woche begrenzt. An deutschen Programmen sind ARD und ZDF verfügbar. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Sollte man ein Mittagsschläfchen im oberen Schlafzimmer wagen, darf sich niemand auf der Terrasse bewegen.. Was uns enttäuscht hat, war die Vermüllung der Gegend. Durch großen Leerstand hat man den Eindruck, dass sich kaum jemand um die Grundstücke kümmert. Das gilt ebenso für die Bausubstanz. Gerade fertig gestellt, ist es dem Verfall preisgegeben. Alles in allem kann man einen entspannten Urlaub fernab des Trubels verbringen und man muss schauen auf welch hohem Niveau man jammert.

Traumhaft schöner Blick, idyllische u. ruhige Lage

Wir kamen nachts gegen 11 Uhr mit dem Wagen an. Der Vermieter holte uns selbst zu dieser späten Zeit an einer Tankstelle in der Nähe ab, da das Domizil mit unserem Navi nicht zu finden war. Er begleitete uns in das an einem Steilhang gelegene Haus und zeigte uns die sauber und mit IKEA-Möbeln wohnlich eingerichteten Räumlichkeiten. Erst am nächsten Morgen offenbarte sich die Traumlage. Ein unglaublicher Blick über das Mittelmeer von der überdachten Terasse, aber auch von den im ersten Stock gelegenen Balkonen. Unsere Kinder (5 - 10 Jahre) und auch wir nutzten mehrmals täglich die Abkühlung im hauseigenen Pool. Daneben gibt es noch einen zur Anlage gehörenden größeren Pool. Alles sehr sauber. Betten, Bettbezüge, Hand- und Badetücher, Geschirr, Besteck, Kochtöpfe und Pfannen... alles vorhanden. Warum nicht 5 Sterne: weil die persönliche Note und das kleine Extra fehlte, was wir in anderen Ferienwohnungen schon erlebt haben. Z.B. gab es wirklich nichts im Kühlschrank (keine Flasche Wasser, ein Liter Milch...) oder zur Begrüßung (Obst, Knabbergebäck...), keinerlei Salz, Pfeffer, Gewürze, Öl zum Braten oder sonstiges. Das Satellitenfernsehen mit über 1000 Programmen hatte leider nur 3 deutschsprachige Programme (ARD und ZDF, die jedoch während der Fußball-WM nicht übertragen wurden, und eine Deutsche Welle aus Südamerika) und auch nichts brauchbares Englisches, überwiegend arabisch, chinesisch, iranisch etc. Insgesamt war es aber ein super erholsamer Urlaub. Wir vermissen jetzt schon unser Frühstück oder Abendessen auf der Terasse mit der leichten Brise und dem traumhaften Blick. Wir können dieses Objekt auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Great Home, Views, Pools!

We are a family of 6 with 4 Childeren in the age of 7-12. We decided to spend a week in the south of Italy. The villa is fully furnished and equiped with modern furniture and facilities. The rooms were very clean and with comfortable beds. Airconditioning throughout the villa. The landlord is a very nice man which makes himself available any time you need him (even in the middle of the night in case of emergency! -Thanks!!!). There are parking facilities next to the house. In the village nearby there is a Lidl supermarket where you can buy anything you need. As nearly all other accommodations we have seen in Italy you need to make sure not to use too much electricity at any time (3kwh). Location is excellent, on a hill with nice views over the sea. cool breeze at night, private pool and resort pool near the house. Happy to return to this nice retreat! Dutch Family!
