Ancient noble residence of the first 900, located in an area that thanks to the particular beauty of the countryside and the landscape, since the fifteenth century was elected by the aristocracy of Lecce as an ideal place for the holiday. It is located just 10 minutes from the historic center of Lecce where you can admire the unique Baroque of Lecce. Near the Villa there is the Rudiae archaeological park.
The historic villa has a large park of about 2 hectares available to guests. There are three independent HOMES, with a total capacity of 13 guests. HERE it is possible to book the RUDIAE home. It is definitely the most convenient, close and quiet solution for those who want to spend their holiday in Lecce, in complete tranquility, in an environment in close contact with nature, without giving up elegance and comfort, and with the possibility of reaching easily and in a short time the main tourist seaside resorts of Salento such as Gallipoli, Otranto, Santa Maria di Leuca.
The park preserves and safeguards the native plant species, such as olive groves, fruit trees, myrtle, rosemary, sage, laurel and strawberry trees that flood the large garden with ancient and fascinating smells. There is a small pond with a prevalence of papyri and water lilies, and a large area shaded by a giant century-old pine tree, equipped with a barbecue and tables for dining and resting outdoors. The swimming pool available to guests has a solarium and a relaxation area, and it is possible with a small supplement to book the counter-current and whirlpool swimming services.
The furnishings of each house are modern and comfortable, suitable for families with children or a romantic getaway, or a group of friends or even those who have work needs.
Each suite is equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning, heating, wi-fi, LED TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, toilet paper, toiletries, bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, pots and pans, household detergents and person, spices in the kitchen. Parking is in the walled garden. The washing machine is in the external laundry room.

two-room apartment of 80 square meters, first floor air-conditioned (sleeps 4). takes its name from the fascinating view of the park of Rudiae, very bright, the large living room entrance is open space with cooking space and relax, there is a sofa bed. in the double bedroom the windows overlook a beautiful pine forest.

REGULATION
check-in from 17:00 to 21:00, if the house is available and we wish we will be happy to welcome you first.
check-in after 9 pm implies a supplement of 50.00 euros.
Check-out by 10:00 unless otherwise agreed.
EXTERNAL SWIMMING POOL: Follow the regulations outlined.

THE LARGE PARK AND THE POOL ARE COMMON AREAS, AVAILABLE TO THE THREE HOUSES FOR RENT IN THE VILLA. THE POOL IS NOT FOR EXCLUSIVE USE. FOR SAFETY REASONS IN THE GARDEN, THERE ARE VIDEO SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS IN THE COMMON AREAS
IT IS MANDATORY TO TAKE A SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING THE POOL. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO DIV, IT IS FORBIDDEN TO BRING FOOD INTO THE POOL. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED BY THEIR PARENTS. THE POOL IS ACCESSIBLE ONLY DURING THE DAYTIME UNTIL 7:00 PM.
