Villa of 170m2 built of housing with 850m2 of plot, BenalmƔdena-Costa is located, 10 minutes from the beach. The beach is awarded with the Q of quality of the European Community and during the summer months with lifeguards control point.
The house can accommodate up to 6 people (5 adults and 1 child) and has a 42m2 living room, 18ā€™5m2 kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a toilet, ironing room, built-in wardrobes in bedrooms and hallways. Floating floor in bedrooms and living room. It is equipped with everything necessary for your stay to develop perfectly including free WIFI. Among them: flat TV, air conditioning, large fridge and freezer, oven, kitchenware, terrace with barbecue and patio. With garage for 2 cars and salt water pool.
On its terrace overlooking the sea you can enjoy wonderful views.
In the surroundings you can enjoy a large number of outdoor activities with golf courses, racecourse, port with the possibility of hiring sea excursions, adventure sports, water parks, entertainment areas for children and the rich cuisine of the zone.
In spring and summer the weeks will be from Saturday to Saturday

A wonderful stay in Benalmadena

The villa was very clean, well equipped and spacious. It had everything you would need for a self catering stay. It had great views and the pool was amazing. It was situated within walking distance of everything we needed to see. JosƩ and his family were so friendly and accommodating and would go out their way to make our holiday the best possible. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect villa

This was a most enjoyable holiday thanks to the host Jose and his fantastic villa.The villa exceeded the description and Jose was a very helpful host Nothing was too much for him and we would recommend this villa to anyone wanting a lovely holiday.Only downside was a bit of a steep hill but we managed it .

Beautiful Villa

The villa has everything you could want from a holiday home - and more! Jose Maria is a very attentive host giving suggestions for trips etc and making sure everything is there to make a fantastic holiday. A little steep for the last part of the hill but worth it to be away from the hubbub of the resort. The children loved the pool

Amazing

Family of 5 stayed in this amazing villa. We loved this clean, spacious modern villa. The pictures really donā€™t do it justice. In a great location not far from bars, restaurants and supermarket. The owner Jose was lovely and very helpful. Really impressed.

Beautiful villa

We had an amazing stay in Jose Villa ,which was bigger inside and out than photos did credit.The villa was spotless and very spacious and catered for all our needs.It was so well equipped with everything we needed including pool toys. The super market was really close as was the beach and resturaunts.Jose was a great host on hand when needed. Would return to this lovely villa in a heartbeat.

Family break

The villa was better than than the photos suggest. The host, Jose Maria, could not have been nicer and the location was perfect for us. Close to the seafront and a short cab ride back for about 6 euros.Only down side was an occasional smell from the nearby water treatment plant.

My daughter and two 20 year olds spent two weeks at the Villa. Extremely clean, lovely decor, everything you would need in the kitchen. Even a shopping trolley. Pool cleaned regularly. Fab time, would definitely return. Jose Maria was a very accommodating and helpful host. Quiet location, great scenery.

Great villa

Amazing villa! Very spacious, clean and really well equipped. Yes, the hill gets a bit steep but definitely worth it for the views and the peace and quiet you get. The air conditioning was completely silent and cooled the bedrooms nicely, but no air conditioning anywhere else. The pool was brilliant and was plenty big enough for 3 children to swim and play in. Lots of pool toys, inflatables and sun beds available to use. Jose Maria was a great host, organised a taxi to/from the airport. Greeted us when we arrived and showed us round and kept in touch during the week to check we were ok. 10 minute walk to the supermarket, restaurants etc. 15 minutes to the beach. We have just had a lovely family holiday and would recommend this villa.

Our favourite Villa yet

This property is sooooo much nicer than the pictures suggest. Light, modern, new, airy inside. Jose is so nice and has everything you could possibly need for your stay, heā€™s thought of everything, for the babies, for the adults, having a play kitchen in the kids room was a lovely touch. When we arrived we had milk, water, juice, ready for our stay, plenty of the essentials too like tea, coffee, sugar. The villa was so well equipped the only thing we had to ask for was extra towels and they were quickly provided. Jose had thought of everything. The pool was our favourite yet, permanent sun, lovely temperature. The villa is in very short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, 6-8 mins max. Iā€™ve seen others mention a smell from the nearby water plant, I have a strong sense of smell and I noticed it for 10 minutes max. In 7 days. A perfect stay, weā€™d happiily return, thank you Jose for letting us use your beautiful home and make memories we will keep forever.

we stayed at the villa full 2 weeks. we had great hot weather all our holiday, the villa was spacious clean and fully equipped for all our needs. had air con in 3 bedrooms. wifi was good n fast. communication with the owner was great. we hired a car and was a bonus having a garage to park in...feel would benefit, larger tv with few English channels. also air con in the living area. the pool was great./ good family holiday, thanks.xx

Villa muy correcta en un sitio tranquilo

Somos un matrimonio con dos hijos mayores de edad, la villa nos la hemos encontrado sĆŗper limpia, muy bien equipada, el anfitriĆ³n ha estado atento en todo momento de nosotros, la comunicaciĆ³n con el muy fluida. Muy bien ubicada, cerca de supermercados y restaurantes pero no en el centro del bullicio. En conclusiĆ³n ha sido una gran estancia, y la villa mucho mejor de lo que esperĆ”bamos, amplia y mĆ”s bonita que en las fotos.

La villa estĆ” muy bien cerca de todo y 5 minutos del paseo la limpieza muy bien Pero se dice en el anuncio que la casa tiene aire acondicionado y solo lo tiene en las habitaciones pasamos mucho calor en el salĆ³n y cocina y la piscina no tiene profundidad solo 1,75 metros para niƱos pequeƱos estĆ” bien pero para mayores se queda corta por lo demĆ”s muy bien el propietario muy atento

Great Property

The villa is a good size and the pool is fantastic. There are sunbeds provided and the host was very helpful with any queries. This property is in a great location just 5 minute to the beach and about 20 mins walk to the marina. No car is needed but the villa is on a hill so not really suitable for persons with poor mobility. Would definitely stay here again and the villa is much better than in the pictures :)

Enjoyable time

Had a lovely stay, villa is lovely with everything you need. Only exception would be there is no English tv. The villa is in a good location not to far from the beach and all the pubs. Jose was a great host that answered promptly whenever I needed anything. The villa is clean, well kept and comfortable with loads of outdoor space

Great Villa

The property is in good condition and spotless. Everything that you could need is here from cooking utensils, cutlery , glasses and dishes. The pool is very good and spotless and with the added bonus of not worrying about towels and using it when you want. This was the first time we had tried a villa rather than an apartment or hotel and we will be back, the host Jose was fantastic and nothing was a bother even booking us taxis if needed. He also asked us if we needed any help with anything else like booking the tests which were still in practice. It is a short walk down the hill to bars and restaurants which were a lot better priced than the seafront, the seafront was only 10 minutes walk away. We would get the taxi back up the hill at night if we went out and this would cost around 6 euro. Would definitely recommend this property and the host Jose and will stay again

Maravillosa casa cerca de la playa

He estado con mi marido y mis dos hijas una semana en agosto. La casa es genial, muy amplia y cĆ³moda. Destaco lo bien equipada que estĆ”, no echamos en falta absolutamente nada. Las fotos no le hacen justicia, es mucho mejor de lo que se ve. La piscina es grande, el agua salada tiene buena temperatura y la zona para jugar o tumbarse al sol es amplia. La playa mĆ”s cercana estĆ” a 900 metros. Hay que ir andando porque no se puede aparcar. Se tardan escasos 12 minutos bajando, la subida de la playa se hace un poco mĆ”s larga porque es cuesta arriba. Pero para nosotros no ha sido un problema. Mercadona y farmacia a 5 minutos. El propietario ha estado siempre disponible y pendiente de lo que pudiĆ©semos necesitar. El pueblo es sĆŗper animado y en coche todo estĆ” cerquĆ­sima: MĆ”laga, Mijas, Fuengirola, Marbella, Puerto BanĆŗs... Nos ha encantado la zona por el ambiente que habĆ­a. Para nosotros recomendable al 100%

Vacaciones de lujo.

Hemos estado una semana y la estancia ha sido fantĆ”stica. JosĆ© MarĆ­a ha estado atento a cualquier cosa que nos hiciera falta y nos ha proporcionado informaciĆ³n para disfrutar aĆŗn mĆ”s. La casa estĆ” incluso mejor que en las fotos. No falta de nada. Y la piscina es una gozada. La limpieza y medidas COVID muy bien La situaciĆ³n es muy buena. Tienes un Mercadona a 5 minutos andando con tiendas y restaurantes alrededor y la playa estĆ” a 15 minutos andando despacito. Unas vacaciones para repetir. Un placer conocer a JosĆ© MarĆ­a y esperemos poder repetir otro aƱo.

Amazing villa

The villa is even better than the photos! I stayed here with my husband and 3 children aged 8,2 and 4 years. The childrenā€™s bedroom was set up so they could all sleep together , with 2 beds and a toddler bed. There was already a toy kitchen for them to play with and plenty of space. The villa was very clean and spacious . We only used 2 of the bedrooms for 5 of us . The beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning was perfect and controlled on the wall in the main bedroom for the whole villa . There were plenty of towels and beach towels provided. Also washing powders and cleaning products , tea, coffee and condiments. Jose Maria the owner was extremely helpful and arranged transfers to and from the airport . He also asked us before arrival for items we may need from the super market. The pool and outside area were perfect , had the sun all day and a canapĆ© for shade too. We used the BBQ and ate our meals outside . There were pool toys and floats, buckets and spades and plenty of sun loungers . Even a little scooter too for The smaller children .The super market is only 2 minutes away but there is a steep hill to walk down so be prepared, it is difficult pushing a pram back up . I have left a shopping trolly there which was a life saver when bringing back the supplies from the super market. There are also shopping bags provided too. Once down the hill it takes only 5-10 min walk to the beach . We walked to paloma park (which was again up a really steep hill ) but only around 10 mins away . The children loved the park with all the animals running about. The villa was perfect and the owner only lived next door and came to clean the pool twice a week. He was available if we needed anything and gave us information on the local area and taxis numbers. He came to inspect the villa just before we left and ensured our taxi arrived to take us to the airport in time( which it did )He gave our deposit back then . The only thing I would change is the hill the villa is on . However the hill is only for 1 minute so if u donā€™t have mobility issues (or a bad back ) it shouldnā€™t be a problem .
