This is a huge property with several bed rooms/beds and private pool. Check-in instructions were excellent. Property was mostly clean but there were some areas with dirt/dust. As this is an old property, the bathroom drains do smell - most of the bathrooms/toilets could do with updating. Bedrooms and sheets were clean. We had an issue with AC in the main bedrooms which unfortunately was not fixed for 3 nights. Eventually, it was fixed and we had no further issues (think we were just unlucky that it happened). Overall, this is a good property for families/large groups although it loses some rating due to general cleanliness and bathroom drain smell issues.

Dream house 😊

We enjoyed an unforgettable spring, the villa is beautiful and we enjoyed every space. But without a doubt, our favourite area is the terrace with its barbecue near the pool. Really an excellent option to go with the family and share a nice place with incomparable views.

The villa is super

The villa is super spacious, really well located between the port and the old town, with a lovely pool. There were only 6 of us - but it could have accommodated way more. There are lots of different living spaces - great for a mix of families. The property managers provided a really good list of places to visit, beaches, restaurants, etc

Exceeded expectations

Really amazing property to spend your vacations. The house exceeded our expectations, was way better than in the pictures. It had all the facilities we needed. Bed mattress was too soft and could be updated.

Amazing villa

This is a wonderful and amazing villa. It has a special and beautiful glow and carries such beautiful history. It is super spacious and has such great variety in atmospheres. We celebrated our stay there. Also it is very close to Port de Pollencaand Pollenca and within a few drive minutes you can reach beautiful restaurants, the beach and supermarkets. The garden and the outdoor areas are small paradises and we absolutely loved them. The host was super friendly, we had great support. Every time there was a problem we would immediately get someone to take care of it. We appreciated the service. The only downside is that in some areas you can see that the villa would love some more care and attention (like for example the showers) so that the details in it match the amazing standard the house offers on itself. With these details fixed this is definitely a fantastic and unique experience to have. Thank you!

Can Segui

Alles Tip-Top.

Best for families

Fun eclectic old and new house...best for 2 familiesvery good friends as 8 people share upstairs bathroom, bedrooms have 3 beds each and two more with double beds. Landscape, ancient olive press and surroundings are gorgeous and give insightinto real mallorca. Although no pets allowed, 3 stray cats are hungrily around day and night. You can't help wanting to feed them and they are quick to help themselves if anything left out! Pool, barbecue and outdoor areas ok.
