On the other side of the garden there is an independent building offering a spacious lounge, a bathroom and a bedroom located in a cosy mezzanine. It also has its own external terrace, providing additional space to enjoy privacy and relaxation.

Búger is a small and charming village located in the north of Mallorca, known for its peaceful and authentic atmosphere. From the villa you can easily reach some of the most well-known beaches and towns in the north of the island, such as Pollença, Puerto de Pollença, Alcúdia and Puerto de Alcúdia. Inca, where you'll find supermarkets such as Mercadona, Eroski, Lidl and Aldi, is approximately 10 minutes' drive away.



Palma and the airport are about 20-30 minutes away, making this villa an excellent base for exploring Mallorca, enjoying its beaches, discovering charming villagespractising hiking and cycling.

Important information



Heating is available on request and costs €1.10 per litre. Total consumption is calculated at the end of the stay according to the meter reading.



Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.



Events are not permitted.



A deposit of €200 is required for waste management and recycling. This amount will be refunded at the end of the stay once it has been verified that rubbish has been properly removed from the property.



Stays for large groups



If you are travelling in a larger group, it is possible to also book the neighbouring properties, Villa Es Rafal and Can Mir, with capacity for up to 14 additional people.
