This beautifully refurbished brick home is in the heart of the Sedgefield Country Club neighborhood, one mile from the Grandover Resort. Your family or group will enjoy this comfortably, well-appointed home that includes a spacious den, fully-equipped eat-in kitchen with French doors opening into the heated and cooled sunroom. There are 2 full bathrooms and three bedrooms on the main floor. Two of the bedrooms have Queen beds and the third has a pair of Twin beds, all with luxury sheets. A Twin daybed and Twin Trundle bed are located in the heated & cooled sunroom. The kitchen is equipped with all the dinnerware, gadgets and bakeware you will need during your stay or there are wonderful restaurants close by.

In the full basement you can work out in our mini-gym with a treadmill, recumbent bicycle and Total Gym or show the kids who is boss with a game of ping-pong. When you work up a sweat, have no fear, there is a third full bathroom in the basement, along with a full-size clothes washer and dryer.

So whether you are in town for a Greensboro Grasshoppers' game or Winston-Salem Dash game, tournament at the Greensboro Coliseum, Sportsplex, Aquatics Center, Sedgefield Country Club or Grandover Resort or you are here on business at the High Point Furniture Market or Fabric Market or meetings at the Koury Convention Center we are centrally located within a few miles.
