I'll start with location, location, location: 1 turn and 12 blocks to major freeway access going in any direction in the city; 5 minutes to LP Field, Ascend Amphitheater, and downtown by car; less than 10 minutes to Music City Center; walking distance to much that makes East Nashville such a great place to live and 2 - 5 minutes by car to all the rest of the great eats and shopping of East Nashville; 10 - 15 minutes to almost everything else including the airport, 12th South District, Vanderbilt area, The Gulch, Opryland and much more.

This cozy and comfortable 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment has everything you need whether traveling for business, pleasure, or checking out the area for a potential move here. Great for someone traveling alone, a couple, a family, or a small group of friends. This apartment is a duplex and there is a 1 bed 1 bath apartment on the other side that can be rented separately. Just ask me about renting both for groups up to 8 people.

There are hardwood floors throughout, central heat and air, and fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials for cooking (and if I forgot something we are right next door and probably have it at our house).

It sleeps 2 - 4 (or up to 8 if renting both sides) comfortably with a queen sized bed with memory foam topper in the bedroom, with plenty of storage, and a full sized futon couch, with memory foam topper, in the living room. The bedroom has cordless cellular shades to allow lots of light yet maintain privacy and also has black out curtains in case you want to sleep in. There is also a washer and dryer in the kitchen so it is great for longer stays.

As your home away from home the apartment is furnished with a 38" flat screen tv with Roku to access all your own favorite content on Netflix, Hulu etc, free wifi, and plenty of books and games for adults and children. There is plenty of parking on the street in front of the apartment and no parking permit is required.

If you are looking for a luxury apartment downtown, this is not it. If you are looking for a very comfortable, very clean, and well appointed apartment with free wifi in the fabulous East Nashville neighborhood, you found it! The apt is 2 miles to downtown, 1 mile to 5 Points and all its wonderful shops and restaurants, and 3 blocks to wonderful Shelby Park and less than a mile to Shelby Bottoms 960 acre Nature Preserve.

"This was our 2nd time staying at Christy's place. I cant say enough positive things about it. It's the perfect size and has all the amenities of home. The location is ideal in E. Nashville. The neighborhood feels very suburban but you are only 5 minutes to downtown Nashville. I recommend using Uber or Lyft to get to and from the fun on Lower Broadway. E. "Christy was super welcoming and accommodating - when my flight (and I, of course) arrived before check-in, she pointed me to a nearby coffee shop that was a great place to sit+read, then texted me when the apartment was ready. The space is lovely and quiet, the bed comfy, and everything worked. It's about a 15-minute walk to the main bits of Five Points - plenty of great places to visit - and an easy Uber (or bike, if you feel like it) to Downtown and Music Row, etc. I had a great time!" She had recommendations for entertainment, the best pizza in the area and a good dry cleaner. The house was immaculate and exactly as described in words and pictures. "Had a lovely stay at Apt A ! Stayed there for 11 nights and felt at home straight away. Christy was there to greet me upon arrival and showed me around. She is a very helpful and pleasant host! Was very touched by the chocolate and newspaper left at my door for Halloween. Such a nice attention. The neighborhood is really nice, near the park, cafes and shops nearby. The apartment is cosy and very well put together, looks just like the pictures. The sofa, the bed and chairs are really comfortable. Really enjoyed the reading area at night.
