Located 15 minutes from downtown Austin, and 45 minutes from San Antonio, this property makes it convenient to visit surrounding hill county towns such as Buda, Kyle, Wimberly, New Braunfels, Gruene, San Marcos, Dripping Springs and Driftwood.

Bear Creek Cottage is a property with all new appliances and large back porch for outdoor dining. Perfect location to maximize your experience by being near Austin's museums, restaurants, music venues and nightlife as well as spending time in the countryside tubing, swimming, kayaking, hiking, fishing, etc.

We live on this same 6 acre property but we are not visible to the cottage, just in case you need anything. We also have another rental property called Onion Creek Cottage which is with walking distance but also not visible to the cottage. There is parking for 3 cars only in front of the cottage. If you need more parking give us a call. We don't allow events of any kind but there is a covered back porch with a table for dining for 6-8.
