5 acres of country life awaiting your arrival, but only 25 minutes to Music City Nashville. This home not only has brand new furnishings throughout, reclaimed barn wood from 1786 also richly enhances this country showcase. Country life awaits you. The house (3,800 sq. ft.) includes five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, full-kitchen (unfortunately no ice maker), laundry room, one king bed, three queen beds, one twin futon, 3 twin mattresses to put on the floor, comfortable accommodations for the whole family. There is a dining area with seating, a big screen TV in the living room. The space is ideal for family gatherings, couples' getaways, small wedding receptions or small group retreats. All furnishings, decor, beds and amenities are new. This home was created to bring comfort to you and your loved ones.

**PLEASE NOTE**
There is a separate residence located on the property across the creek that the owner Jon occasionally resides in. Please be aware he may be there during your booking yet will give you complete privacy.

Large country home

Plenty of room

We had plenty of room for 5 adults and 5 children. Grandma slept in the king master suite. It was a quiet place to be.

Harkin/Adams 2020 1st trip to Nashville

We all had a good time even with all going on between the aftermath of the tornado and the corona virus outbreak. The home and the land was beautiful, plenty of room for our large group. Chasity was amazing and responded immediately to any questions or concerns. The home needs some maintenance such as the front door- really needs replacing, I saw back in 2018 in the guest book other renters shared concerns about the front door. Water heater- if you have more than 4-6 people taking showers forget about having hot water. Chasity did have plumber come out ASAP to check pressure and turn up water heater- a lot better but not great. A bigger coffee pot and larger toaster-specially when you have large groups renting. We had a tiny coffee pot and only a 2 slice toaster which made difficult when cooking breakfast for such a large group. All in all our stay was very nice and we all loved the beautifully decorated home! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Very spacious rental and huge kitchen!

We really enjoyed the ranch style property and the property was very spacious for our group for sleeping accommodations. We absolutely loved the open kitchen space and the large dining table. It was great for our family gathering! The only thing we wish was different was to have another bathroom upstairs in the house given the size of the house and the number of people but that's nothing in the grand scheme of things because we made due. The property manager/owner was very communicative and accommodating.

Family Fun at the Ranch

The location was great. Very quiet and private, which we enjoyed. The outside could use some "upkeep." Bushes on side of front porch blocked walkway (my husband snipped them back so we could get through). Front porch could use painting and railing repair. Well stocked kitchen, which we LOVED, since most meals were home prepared. Having extra folding chairs would have helped, but we borrowed some. Having only one bathroom upstairs was a bit tricky with 10 people (some days we had less, so we managed). Lovely master bath with plenty of towels. We all enjoyed the many "ranch-like" touches like antlers, whimsical lamps, western art work and artifacts. BIG issue was the trash and lack of "former tenant's" clean-up, but that has been discussed with both Chasity and sanitation worker (Robbie). We ended up wiring the trash-shed doors tightly shut to keep out critters. The odor was quite offputting throughout the week. Perhaps repairing the doors or a new shed would be in order??? We loved having plenty of room to gather and play/sing (we're a very musical family), and that front porch was the ideal place to sit and solve the problems of the world.

Wonderful Country Home

From booking the weekend, to checking out, everything was so easy. The home is close to Hendersonville, but still very private. Beautifully decorated in a rustic/country style, all the rooms were fabulous. Loved the large, open kitchen, and having the main bedroom suite downstairs really helped. The owner was always helpful and answered any correspondence promptly.

Perfect for extended family!

Easy access to Nashville and Galatin with plenty of room for adults and kids. Loved that there was always hot water and the kids were impressed by the ranch decor. This trip was for a wedding but we will definitely consider it if we need to stay with a large group again.

Great house for a group!!

Was in town for the Lifeway Women's Forum with a group from our church and the house worked out perfectly! Wonderful kitchen/dining table for talking/sharing. Plenty of beds and linens!! Will probably rent again for next year!!

A very accomadating and plesant experience for myself and family.

The home is very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of bedrooms and the bedding was very comfortable. The view from the front porch was my favorite spot. The scenery all around was to our liking. The close proximity to attractions and places to eat was great. Just right for our needs. There are 31/2 bathrooms which was great for our group. Would recommend that one more bath upstairs where most bedrooms are would be great. Overall experience was great, house was clean and very spacious. Would recommend to all groups and families.

Awesome!

We want to move in the place is awesome! The house has plenty of room for everyone. Our grandson loved the stream that runs through the property. We walked every morning along the stream. Big kitchen and dining table along with a very nice master bed room suite. Country feel close to all shopping!

Great property in a great location

The ranch house was absolutely beautiful and in a very nice, secluded area. Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to visit Nashville without actually staying in the city.

Great home, good for a laarge group!

I planned a bachelorette with 13 ladies, there was plenty of room even though it comfortably sleeps 10. There were extra mattresses and pillows and everything was super clean! If you're planning your stay with your family or a group and don't mind being further away from all the action. This is your place! We wanted a little more city action and didn't realize how far away it was from downtown, uber was a bit pricey and there are no stores close by, so plan your food shopping and things accordingly! Other than downtown being further than I was told, this was an amazing place!

*FANTASTIC*

This was our first time at this property, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay.The property has a small creek/stream running through which provided entertainment for the kids and their natural curiosity led them to explore the land. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds extremely comfortable and the downstairs cozy and inviting. Plenty of soft, thick towels--which we loved! The wrap around porch along with the cool evening breeze provided us with the perfect setting for our family gathering. It was quiet and tranquil. We will definitely rent this home again.

FABULOUS!!!

This was my first time visiting Tennessee and we picked the perfect house for our visit. We absolutely loved the country farm/cabin feel of the home! There was also more than enough space for our group! Overall I would rate this home in my top 5 vacation home list!! If ever I visit Nashville again, this is definitely my first chose!!! Great house, great location

The house was in amazing shape, with plenty of room for all of us to stretch out. About a 20 minute ride into Nashville, so close enough to enjoy without being stuck in town all the time.

Beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone.

A group of us stayed at this house for a long weekend. Plenty of space for all 12 of us to fit comfortably. The house was stocked with everything you might need while on vacation. Just bring yourself and the food. The house is about a 25 minute Uber ride from downtown. Couldn't ask for a better house. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again next time we are in town.

I occasionally will reside on the Hendersonville property in a separate residence located across the creek. I give all renters complete privacy if I happen to be there during their booking.

I chose this property as a getaway for my family and I. The property has amazing views of pasture land and so much privacy. The creek reminded me of a country paradise.
