We loved our stay. The beds were comfy and the home is very clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Host was very responsive and we had no issues at all. Highly recommend.

Great location! Great amenities at the property. Very nicely furnished! Extremely comfy beds and bedding! Lots of space for our 5 person family. We would definitely return.

It was a great middle ground for being able to go to both beaches and different shopping areas. Was animal friendly and my doggie loved it!

Beautiful home a close walk to an oyster bar. Rooms were nicely furnished and well cared for. Enjoyed the proximity to downtown and the amenities (wi-fi, golf green, etc.)

Cozy Little Place

This is a nice little place that is very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. My travel plans changed unexpectedly late in the day prior to my scheduled check-out, and the customer service when requesting a one-night extension was prompt, courteous and accommodating. I would stay here again.

The home was clean. The kitchen needs some attention due to the foam sealant can be seen (feels unfinished) the dishwasher is not screwed in and kept coming out of place when opening. Kitchen felt unclean. Too many cords and issues with main TV.The outdoor space great and fun for pets. If the home had the maintenance issues repaired it would be a higher rating. rating and the price would have been justified

Didn’t want to leave

This place was so gorgeous, cozy perfect for me, and my daughters we loved having the little putt putt green in the backyard. We loved being able to curl up on the couch and watch a Christmas movie. Making dinner and lunch in the kitchen was so nice felt like home and we didn’t want to leave. Definitely will come back and stay here again the location was also prime parking was easy and noise level was considerably low being that it was around a trafficked area.

Charleston

Our stay in Charleston was lovely. Our apartment was clean and charming. We weren’t sure about the neighborhood at first but soon realized we were quite safe and close to a lot of great places. The cigar factory is very cool with 2 great restaurants. We rode our bikes downtown to explore the historic district and French quarter. My only real complaint is the pillows. The bed linens were nice but the pillows weren’t.

Comfortable!

This place was very comfortable to relax and recoup in between our tourist activities in Charleston. What is the rate? Fans in every other charger room and lots of pillows! Kitchen is great! Parking was super convenient and the host got back to me right away whenever I had a question. The Merch & Mash is across the street. Great place for a coffee and had a delicious gluten free treat available this morning.

too good to be true

The outdoor area is very dated. The photos must be very old. The grill was rusted to pieces. The bathroom window was not lockable. The upstairs neighbor's activities could be heard clearly downstairs. The front porch furniture was filthy. The kitchen was poorly equipped.

Thank you for staying with us. We do apologize if you didn't like the place. Our historical buildings were built a long time ago, and we believe that's charming in its own way. Old is not always a bad thing. We take pride in our historic property and try to maintain it as best we can. Thanks for letting us accommodate you as best we could.

Worst rental ever

BEWARE! The pictures on this home indicate a much nicer house and location. The property borders a very sketchy part of town. Don't recommend walking alone if you plan on staying on this property. Gnats swarming in the main living area. Popcorn ceiling coming down in the bedrooms along with huge cracks in the ceiling. We did not stay on this property after setting foot inside. BEWARE! BEWARE!
