The Villa is part of the exclusive Eden Villas condominium and is within walking distance of Restaurants, Supermarket (5 minutes), while only being a short stroll (30 minutes’ walk) from the award winning Marina and beautiful beaches.
Enjoy the Algarve summer weather, relaxing on the provided sun loungers around the salted water swimming pool within the complex, set within beautiful mature trees, gardens and surrounded by grassed areas.
Younger guests are able to take advantage of the dedicated children’s pool while the safety of the private condominium, which includes CCTV cameras and security patrol can ensure the children play safely.
Fully furnished and equipped with a beach theme decoration, the Villa has two double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 4 adults and 2 children.
On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen equipped with everything guests need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The large, open plan lounge/ dining area (for 6), includes a modern 4D TV with Cable TV and 2 sofas. Sunny & large terrace with BBQ, ideal for al fresco dinning (hammock available). At this level there is also a modern bathroom with walk-in shower.
On the first floor the large master bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and a balcony with views across the garden. The second bedroom has two single beds and also a balcony. There is a very spacious brand new and modern bathroom with amenities and hairdryer.

During the Summer months there is a bar at the pool with drinks and light meals open all day. The salted water pools (adults and children) are impeccably kept.

Towels and bed linen are provided, as well as amenities.
