Our host Jenny was great! She explained everything so well and even booked a cab for us. The accommodation was clean and very appropriate for our stay. The location was very handy to the beach, restaurants, and transportation.

Jenny was such a friendly and thoughtful host. She made us feel welcome right away and was always helpful and easy to communicate with.The apartment is lovely – clean, nicely furnished and with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the reliable air conditioning (so important in the heat!) and the well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy for us to prepare our own meals.The location worked really well for us too. We could get to the sea quickly, found some great restaurants a bit away from the busy Playa, and had shops for everyday needs just a short walk away. Public transport was also conveniently reachable on foot.All in all, we had a really pleasant stay and would happily come back. Thank you, Jenny!

We had two couples here together for a week at this property and it suited our needs perfectly. Bedrooms and beds super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the nespresso machine was perfect for quick morning coffees. Airco worked great when we needed it (and we certainly did in August!). The private patio/courtyard in the back was where we spent most of our evenings for happy hour and after dinner chats. The beach was only a few minutes away so super convenient - we would often make multiple trips each day without any hassle. Jenny was a super host, responding quickly and helping with any questions we had. She even helped us to figure out the best spot to watch the total solar eclipse while we were there! We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Mallorca.

Good stay

The property was nice with two bathrooms which was very nice. The owner responded quickly if we had any questions and the place is really close to the beach and to the strip.

Comfortable and roomy, lovely garden area.

We had a very pleasant stay. The property is close to a lovely promenade, all amenities nearby and good bus connections to Palma. The property is ample for 2 people with the added bonuses of 2 bathrooms and outside dining area.

Lovely place close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay with everything in this apartment. The neighborhood was calm and during the nights we all could sleep well in comfortingly beds. The garden with all the greens made it easy to just hang there during the windy days. Jenny was really helpful when needed and a great host overall. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Excellent apartment for 4 people.

Apartment is modern with all facilities. Fast wifi, chromecast and 3 Air Con’s. Lidl is only a 6 minute walk, Mercadona 13 minutes. Great backyard with everything you need. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

All was perfect

The Apartment was very nice. We did like the two quite new renovated bath rooms. All what you need is there. A little cosy garden with a grill, 2 sunbeds and a table is ideal to rest from thousands of restaurants and bars nearby. The conversation to Jenny was very nice and she was always there for ant kind of questions. Can recommend it definitely!

Extremely clean with everything you need available.

We stayed for a week in September 2018. Jenny the owner was extremely helpful and a delight to deal with. The property was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent just a couple of minutes walk from the seafront and restaurants and bars. The 2 bathrooms were spotlessly clean and the kitchen was totally adequate for us (didn't plan on cooking on my holiday.) There is a bus stop at the end of the road which was a regular service into Palma only a short ride away. Would definitely recommend.

Would be 5* except for the fire

We had a great stay at Jenny’s apartment and Jenny was a fantastic host. The apartment is spotlessly clean, very well equipped and very comfortable. The location is great for the beach and parking was easy (in the off season). In general the apartment is great for small children (Jenny provides a cot, high chair, etc and there are no stairs to fall down, etc). The only reason for not giving five stars is the wood stove: it is a lovely feature and adds charm and something special to the properrty. But unfortunately the casing of the stove does get quite hot and there is no child gate / barrier. Our 20 month old touched the wood stove (as curious toddlers will) and it was hot enough to burn and blister her finger. A child falling against the stove could have a nasty burn. So in summary a fantastic apartment except for families with crawling/early walking babies visiting in winter.

Dear Annabel, sorry your daughter had a blister on her finger but as with all stoves one has to be careful. As with all stoves one has to be carefull with small children around.... Kindest regards.

De Airbnb was echt top! De host was super lief en reageerde snel. De locatie was echt perfect, alles was super dichtbij. Het was schoon toen we aankwamen, netjes. De airco was een ook heerlijk. De woonkamer was ook lekker groot met een tuintje met een wasrek. Zou hier zeker nog een keer boeken!

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wunderschön angelegte Garten, der eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre bietet und zum Verweilen und Erholen einlädt.Die Lage war ideal: Der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen und auch der Megapark liegt nur etwa 15 Minuten entfernt. Damit bietet die Unterkunft die perfekte Kombination aus Erholung und guter Anbindung an die beliebtesten Ausflugsziele.Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief jederzeit schnell, unkompliziert und äußerst freundlich. Man fühlte sich von Anfang an willkommen und bestens betreut.Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Lage, Freundlichkeit und Service – alles war hervorragend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Villa ist sicherlich ein arg übertriebener Begriff! Ausstattung ist sehr einfach und günstig gestaltet. Küche kein Backofen. Im Winter keine Sonne. Sauberkeit: Da darf man nicht so genau hinschauen. Fazit: Evtl. für "Partyaufenthalt" ganz cool, aber für ein Paar ist es aus unserer Sicht klar zu teuer für die gebotene Leistung.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback und dafür, dass Sie 9 Tage bei uns zu Gast waren. Es tut uns leid, dass das Haus nicht in allen Punkten Ihren persönlichen Erwartungen entsprochen hat. In der Anzeige werden Größe (ca. 80 m²), Fotos und Ausstattung transparent dargestellt, sodass sich Gäste vorab ein realistisches Bild machen können. Der Begriff „Villa“ bei google aus Spanische vielleicht ein wening inkorrekt ubersetzt. Die Ausstattung ist bewusst einfach und funktional gehalten. Ein Backofen ist – wie in der Beschreibung angegeben – nicht vorhanden; bei einer Nachfrage vor Ort hätten wir gerne versucht, eine Alternative anzubieten. Die Sonneneinstrahlung im Winter ist jahreszeitlich bedingt, im Garten gibt es je nach Tageszeit dennoch sonnige Bereiche. Die Sauberkeit wird nach jeder Kunde gründlich durchgeführt und von den meisten Gästen sehr positiv bewertet. Vielen Dank für Ihre Hinweise, mit freundliche Grüsse..

Die Ferienwohnung ist optimal geeignet für Familien oder auch für zwei befreundete Paare. Die Lage ist super und die Wohnung selbst sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Jenny ist herzlich und angenehm – sie hat immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen oder Anliegen und hilft jederzeit weiter.Wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiter und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Sehr gut gelegen, Supermärkte in Laufnähe, sehr schöne Wohnung mit gemütlichen Garten. Bequeme Betten, tolle Ausstattung.Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett :) und immer erreichbar bei Fragen.Die Außendusche im Garten ist toll. Das Meer unglaublich schön. Nur einmal die Strasse runter und schon ist man am Strand. Belebte Zone, aber wunderbar mit Teenies. Es war toll.

Mallorca

Propriété très bien située. À moins de 200 m de la plage et près des épiceries, restos et boutiques. La propriétaire est très gentille et nous a proposé des endroits pour la baignade, paellas, marchés et autres. Toutefois il faut savoir que cette portion de Palma (s’arenal) est une place de partys pour les jeunes touristes et ils sont bruyants. Jumelé à une insonorisation moyenne on les entends la nuit lorsqu’ils marchent dans la rue où nous étions. Le logement comprenait tout ce dont nous avions besoin.
