• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.

PARKING AND COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
•Up to five standard vehicles in the driveway. Parking tags will be provided and must be returned upon checkout.
•All vehicles must remain in the driveway. Street parking, red zone parking, and parking in neighboring driveways are strictly prohibited. Boats, trailers, buses, and RVs are not permitted within Village Walk. Towing is strictly enforced.
• There is NO direct beach access from this home. The nearest beach access is Beach Access Road 1-A, about a mile down the road.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
•All properties are professionally cleaned using products that meet or exceed CDC standards. Towels and basic amenities are provided for the maximum occupancy. Each home is inspected prior to guest arrival to ensure quality and readiness.
THINGS TO BRING
•Guests should plan to bring beach towels, personal toiletries, sunscreen, beach gear, and food or pantry items for their stay.
Max occupancy is 12 and is regulated by City ordinance.
