Great place to stay.

We really liked this condo, it was clean and spacious and the balcony was awesome. The location of this property is great, it’s easy to get to the bypass so you do not have to get stuck in traffic on the “strip”. It’s also less crowded on the beach than your larger condos, which is perfect for us. The only bad thing that I can say about our stay was the construction. During the week, they started beating and banging by 8:00 am.and it was so loud. A lot of parking spots in the garage were taken up by equipment/supplies or blocked off for repair. This left people trying to find alternative parking and it was not easy or convenient.

Overall good vacation.

Condo was great. Location was good. The only downside was construction on the building and the parking deck. We didn't know until the night before that we couldn't take but 1 vehicle. All worked out. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again.

Great Condo

This condo was great. The beds were comfortable the kitchen was fully equipped if you like to cook while staying. I loved how tastefully decorated the condo was BUT there was one complaint. You have to put room darkening blinds on the bedroom windows!!! If you like to sleep in the dark this is not the condo for you. I had to go and purchase sleep masks because the bedrooms face the street and the walkway so between the outside condo lights and the street lights the room was never dark. Also the construction was awful. It rained really hard one day and the road flooded due to the construction and cars were getting stuck. So the police came and shut the road off so you couldn't leave the condo during that time. Once construction is finished and if they install room darkening blinds or curtains I would 100% come back and stay at this condo!

Love Aqua Vista Condominiums. Great location close to the Pier and all the activities but far enough away that you get to relax! The beach in this location is not crowded and water was perfect this week! Condo was clean and comfortable furniture on balcony was where we spent most of our time (when not at the beach) coffee/breakfast a quick lunch and a few dinners, enjoying the views of the water and awesome sunsets! Aqua Vista never disappoints and we had a great week!

Memory Maker

We all loved the condo, the view from inside and the balcony was awesome from 305W and being in a smaller condo you didn't have the crowds on the beach with us! Great amenities and we fell in love with it- (only issue was the bright condo lights into the bedrooms so curtains would help ~ ) we played games at the large table and spent time on the beach which was so easily accessible and private~ fantastic 9 night stay! Shops and restaurants were farther but worth the drive and some construction made traffic back ups but no issue with this beautiful place to make memories!

The condo was everything it said it was. You do have to pay for a 2nd vehicle, which I was not happy with because the description said we had 2 vehicle parking. I sent an email and never got a response.

Misleading Pictures/Disapointed

The app was very helpful with the check-in process and calls were quickly answered. Unfortunately when we checked in, we were instantly disappointed. I can see where a picture online may have looked good but the condo was BEAT UP AND DIRTY. Chipped paint, broken cabinets/drawers, dirty mirrors...the list could go on and on. We could not walk barefoot because our feet got so dirty. Baseboards in all rooms did not appear to have been cleaned in years. Behind the toilets...gross. Hair, sand and dirt in every corner of each room. I took pictures and would love to share them. The view was nice but again....website pics did not show the parking lot directly under balcony. That would have been nice to know. I have stayed in several condos along the Gulf, paid the same money and had much nicer conditions. This condo desperately needs a DEEP cleaning, update/fix the issues and get a painter in there! I am sure a college kid wouldn't mind the 'old motel' presentation but the four adults who chose your condo for our annual vacay definitely did mind. Again, the cleaning service should be replaced and the owner needs to sink a few dollars in it to update and repair.

Awesome Experience

This unit is very nice and includes all the amenities you could want or need during your stay. Very clean and well decorated. The inclusion of 2 beach chairs and umbrella was a great addition. We had a fantastic week.

Perfect location away from heavy crowds.

Beach accessibility is almost unbelievable. Parking accommodations & elevator accessibility cannot be beat. Unit itself has a great layout & is very beachy with an amazing balcony. Only issues we had was with the secondary bedroom sheets being soiled & we had to wash them & in the second bathroom, the exhaust fan was inoperable & they were going to order a new one, the toilet tank cover was the incorrect one & the the tub did not properly drain without holding down the drain lever. As far as the cleanliness, it was acceptable but housekeeping needs to do a better job on the floors throughout.

Great gulf front condo!

Condo is exactly as pictured! The balcony with the small table and chairs was perfect for watching the sunset each night if you didn't want to stay on the beach that long. The beach was amazing, super soft sand and the chair service was a great bonus we weren't expecting! Winn-Dixie across the street was handy and several restaurants were within easy walking distance. We would stay here again!

PCB Vacation

Property was clean and convenient to the beach. Aquavista had its own pool and access to the beach right there at the property. Great time in Panama City Beach, even in October, the weather was great.

Getaway

The Parking Code we were given was incorrect. I emailed the night before we left and checked on the code. The code you gave me had been changed and someone on the elevator had to give us the correct code. The Beach Gate code was incorrect also. I had been given 4010 and it was 401. Someone had to give me that code also. The left hand side door on the second bedroom closet was off the track. I had to call about the remote for the TV. There were 3 remotes in front of the TV and it was very confusing. I also had to email to get the WiFi Password. It would be so helpful if there were instructions in the Condo so I would not have had to call.

Great condo!!

We had a great time!! The condo was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. I LOVED the big balcony!! The beach service was a very nice plus. Our section of the beach was much less crowded than the neighboring properties.

Relaxing stay

Gorgeous view with cute decor! We loved having the chairs on the beach. We had a big delay checking in due to the renters before us. However, that does not reflect on the owner or unit. It would have been nice for the property management people to call or text us about it. We love this location and would definitely stay again.

2 couples had plenty of room and nice layout. Beds were comfortable and linens all clean and white or brand new. Great private beach location away from the large complexes. Nice parking and fabulous view. We would stay there again !
