This is a fully furnished corporate, long term rental (30 nights or longer) located near the Medical Center and NRG Stadium in Houston, TX. Great for people coming to town for medical treatment, vacation, house hunting trips, home closing delays, repairs being done to current home, special events and so on. Secured access, covered parking. Elevator access from parking garage to unit floor level. Community offers pool, BBQ area and fitness center.

This one bedroom condo (approx. 981 sq. feet) has a private covered patio facing interior courtyard. Bedroom has a queen bed.

Located next to the Metro Rail for easy access into the medical center, NRG, and downtown. Amazing location for NRG and the RODEO Events. You could walk or ride the metro rail. On the Metro Rail, it is one stop to NRG.

Furnished condo in mid rise community. Heating/Cooling, Water and Basic Wifi included.

Note- There is no cable/satellite TV. TV's are Smart TV's. You need your own streaming accounts to log in.

PET FRIENDLY! Dogs upon approval.

30 night min. for all rentals.
Cleaning fees will apply.
$10 parking tag fee per car that will be parking during stay
Larger deposit will be required for Special Events.

This is a large condo about a five minute drive from the main MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. It is perfect for one person or a couple sharing the one bedroom. The building is huge, but very quiet and peaceful all day/night and weekends. The condo is fully stocked with appliances, cookware and accessories to prepare any kind of foods. It is clean! More clean than any hotel or rental I have been in, and there have been many. The bed is also softer than any hotel bed I’ve been in at Holiday Inns, Hampton Inns and others. The sofa is soft and there is a large screen TV in the living room looking out 3 sunny windows into a courtyard. You have your own washer dryer, and a huge garden tub, double sinks and huge closet. The trash bin is right down the hall on your way to the elevator that goes down one floor to a tall gated, very secure parking garage - actual live security people 24x7 who are friendly and helpful, just as the office staff and the condo owners, Natelee and Jim. Natalee and Jim are excellent hosts and even came and installed a shower hose I needed after major surgery. I was left wanting nothing. There is even a secure mailroom for package deliveries, but you can arrange delivers to be made to your door if necessary. If you want a quiet, peaceful, healing place to stay and recover from surgery or just to get away, or can’t tolerate all the cleaning chemical scents and noise in hotels, then this is the place to be.

90 day medical stay

I rented the condo from Natalee for a 90 day medical stay. The condo was beautiful and gave me peace of mind having my own space since I was 800 miles away from family and friends. The 24/7 security and gated parking garage made me feel safe as most of the stay I was by myself. Natalee was quick to communicate to answer questions and to keep me updated on any notices from the condo association. This was an easy walk to the MD Anderson Proton Therapy Center and the METRO red line. I highly recommend

Great hosts

We ran into a plumbing problem fairly early in the stay and the hosts promptly responded and resolved the issue. The property was very convenient to the medical center and very secure.

Clean and Bright Condo in the Med Center

The condo was throughly cleaned and spacious, much bigger than one would expect for a one-bedroom. The location was good, close to many grocery stores and restaurants. Natalee was responsive and kind. The condo is very close to a garage elevator which made it easy and quick to get in an out, but there was no noise from the elevator in the condo. Overall, a great stay and would stay again!

Great location!

We had a fantastic stay here. About a 1 mile walk to the MD Anderson Cancer Center. Courtyard and pool were well kept and relaxing. Natalee was great with communication and even had a puppy toy waiting for us when we checked in! If you’re looking for a spacious one bedroom apartment to stay that has upscale amenities, you’ve found the place!

Rented apartment during son's ICU stay

We wanted a place to stay during the duration of our son's hospitalization at Texas Children's. The apartment was an easy drive to/from the hospital every day. The owners were extremely helpful in answering our questions and we would definitely stay here again for our future visits.

Excellent property

The property was excellent. It is roomy, clean and very convenient to the Medical Center. The owner, Natalee, was very friendly, communicated often and provided advice/information on the area. I would definitely stay here again!!

Calm, Quiet, & Serene

You would hardly know any one was around, it is that quiet. The Condo is very spacious, a nice kitchen with a large island. The bathroom is also spacious, large vanity and bath. It also had a very nice walk in closet with double doors. Overall it was perfect for our needs. Jim and Natalee readily answered are questions, we knew they wanted our stay to be enjoyable. We would definitely stay again!!! Rodney

Perfect for us

Stayed at this condo for the second time during treatment at the Proton Radiation Center. SUPER convenient to walk to proton, MDA buildings, grocery store, etc. Condo is roomy, well kept, clean and functional. Owners are responsive and available. Building is secure, tidy and quiet.

Clean, convenient, and wonderful owners too!

We looked for a place to stay in close proximity to NRG stadium. We are very glad the first place we attempted to rent fell through. On the 2nd attempt we found this condo which was within walking distance to the stadium. The owners were very quick in replying back to us, and extremely pleasant to deal with. If we visit NRG stadium again we would definitely try to stay here again.

Long Term Rental

First and foremost, the owners of this condo are AMAZING! We couldn't have asked for a better team to help us along the way. This was our first time staying in the area, and they sent us details on the Metro, area, and were very friendly. The condo itself was very easy to find, and impeccable upon entering, everything was very clean and organized. Because this was a long term rental (6+ months), there were multiple pieces we needed to coordinate together and they made it a breeze. Strongly recommend, would stay again and again! Thanks!

Beautiful property, wonderful amenities!

We stayed here for 4 days and our expectations were far exceeded. The unit is safe and secure. Access codes provided by the renters gets you into the building and there is a lovely pool and workout facility. Looks exactly as pictures.
