It is the perfect place for a very quiet and chilled out weekend relaxing, chatting, cooking and enjoying the countryside. It's great for outdoor activities with superb access to the South Downs Way for walking and cycling.
The kitchen is the hub of the house whether it's dining in the evening for grownups or making pancakes in the morning with the kids.  Or if you prefer to be pampered - there’s a ready supply of talented caterers who can come in to do breakfast, lunch and dinner, leaving you free to lounge by any of the 3 open fires.
Outside the kitchen is a brick terrace which overlooks the mini maze garden and has a view to The South Downs.
Inside, the main reception area is an impressive drawing room with double height ceiling supported by ancient pitch pine beams with an open fire at one end, TV at the other and a chill out mezzanine above.
There are 6 bedrooms (including the library room with twin sofabeds) which can sleep up to 13. 
Outside, it’s just a 20 min walk to the western section of the South Downs Way leading you to a 100 miles of the best countryside walks in the South East or it's 15 mins by mountain bike to the downhill trails at the Queen Elizabeth Country Park.
