The villa, with stunning sea views, is located in a quiet area, and just a short walk from everything you can need: Less than 5 min walk to the beaches, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, little commercial centre,, scuba diving, gym, Padel tennis courts, beach bars, Forest walks, etc. Air-conditioning throughout the whole house.

There is also a Kayak and SUP (Stand Up Paddle board) available for your use, which you can put into the water right in front of the house and enjoy exploring the bay from one beach to the other. There are a few caves that can be explored by Kayak very near the house.

There is Air-conditioning and WIFI around the whole house. SMART TV, some things to entertain the children, Nintendo Wii, toys, board games, pool inflatable's, beach 'stuff', etc.

For young children - The pool is protected by a sliding stainless steel barrier.

The beautiful old town of Ciutadella is only a half hour walk away, or just a few minutes by car. There you will find the beautiful narrow cobbled streets of the old capital of the island. Lovely plazas to sit and have coffee, little markets and the port of Ciutadella with plenty of restaurants and night life.

The villa sleeps 9 comfortably, but the prices are for up to 6.

Villa Carolina

We had the most amazing family holiday in this beautiful villa. We were stunned by its design and the views are gorgeous. We loved that we could be on the beach within minutes and also a couple of superb restaurants. Also the close proximity of the local shop was so convenient. We barely used the car! In fact you could manage without one, get a taxi from the airport and avoid all the car hire hassle! Caroline was superb in communicating with us before and during our trip. Everything just wonderful!

Spring family holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Carolina. Despite being early in the season and many facilities were closed there was plenty open and we enjoyed the peace and quiet, empty roads and car parks. The spring flowers were beautiful and the island friendly and clean. A wonderful break and we hope to return. Thank you!

Perfect house for your perfect holiday

We spend some days at Christmas period. At arrival the house was totally warmed up and we got a lovely Welcome paquet with local products. Top location - the house has everything you need! Caroline was always available and very helpfull when needed. Totally recomendable. We will go back forshure!

Great location and amazing villa

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful and charming villa. More than enough space for our family of 6. Superb location near 2 different beaches, and a quick 5 min drive to the supermarket and Ciutadella. The restaurants and markets within walking distance were closed in March, but we knew that ahead of time and really enjoyed the lack of crowds and quiet. The kitchen is organized and well equipped for cooking meals. Beautiful sunset views over the sea from the upper deck of the house! Would highly recommend

Beautiful villa with stunning views

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Villa Carolina. Loved the pool area, and the covered patio, spent most of our time there during the day. The upstair suite was lovely, would have my cup of tea out on the patio there in the morning admiring the views. All the other bedrooms were more than adequate. The area surrounding the villa is picturesque, lovely walk to the nearest beach which the children loved. A few restaurants within walking distance. We had a hire car so ventured into Cala Blanca a couple of times in the evening for a meal. Nice area, never busy. Caroline the owner was always available to answer any requests we had and nothing was any bother to her. Would highly recommend a stay in the villa, you won't be disappointed.

Fabulous stay at Sa Caleta

On the run up to us staying at the villa, Caroline's help, advice and answering questions was second to none. The villa was very well equipped for children and adults alike, spend rather a lot time playing with dinky cars, me not the children! The weather was not on our side unfortunately but we were able to get out and about. The local restaurants' food was delicious. Staff very accommodating and friendly with the children. If I had one teeny weeny criticism was that it was quite hazardous around the pool with the children. Once the tiles were wet, even for us oldies, it was quite scary! Maybe a gritty layer of something would be helpful. As I say it was a teeny weeny criticism! All in all a fabulous week and I cant thank Caroline enough.

Brilliant villa in a brilliant location

We stayed here as a group of 5 adults and 2 children (one under 2). The villa is amazing. Really spacious with a good configuration of bedrooms and bathrooms. You are really close to two beautiful beaches and a shop. There are also several restaurants within a 5 minute walk. It could not be more convenient and the resort was mainly Spanish or French or German families. It was quiet but lively enough to fill your time. We spent 2 weeks here and we could have done another two. Caroline was an excellent host with great communication and we would love to return. And I very rarely say that! Ciutadella was a short bus or taxi ride away and on some evenings we went to the hotel next door to watch their entertainment and for a drink. The kids loved this. Everyone was so friendly and Menorca is really geared up Towards families (as opposed to Majorca where we felt it was more boozy/Brits abroad). We can not recommend the villa and the resort highly enough. It was brilliant. Thank you for having us!

Perfection!

4 of us - 2 couples - had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa for a week in June. The villa is bright, spacious and well equipped to meet all needs for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space is the real star and where we spent most of our time. The pool, terrace and gardens were perfectly kept and ideal...any time of day...to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the setting. We especially loved the location...so close to the sea you could hear the waves at night. Beaches, excellent restaurants and supermarkets were minutes away by foot and the lovely old town of Cuitadella with wonderful shops, restaurants and culture was only a few minutes drive. Exploring the island’s stunning beaches, wineries, towns etc by car was easy and did not disappoint but the villa quickly felt like home and we equally enjoyed lounging by the pool and dining al fresco. Caroline (owner) was a pleasure to deal with. Her prompt responses, detailed directions and instructions for an optimal holiday made sliding into villa life effortless. I can easily see why guests would want to return to this little slice of paradise on Menorca. We all agreed we absolutely made the right choice and would not hesitate to recommend or return to Villa Santandria! Thank you Caroline, Carlos and Olivia for sharing your beautiful home with us! Restaurant Reco’s: Sa Nacra (Santandria Cova), Binifadet Winery, Mon (Cuitadella - tasting menu is a must) and Salitre (Cala Torret)

Eine wundervolle Woche auf Menorca

Wir durften als Familie (Mama, Papa, 2 Teenager, 1 Kleinkind und die Grosseltern) einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in einem unglaublich schönen Ferienhaus verbringen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Kommunikation mit Caroline war sensationell. Davon können sich viele eine Scheibe davon abschneiden.

Lovely stay

This is a lovely villa, located near the beach and a few great restaurants. There is a little shop round the corner which is very handy. It is also an easy walk/bus ride into town. The pool was chilly, but that is because of the time of year we visited. There were a number of children's pool toys available and my 2 year old loved it. We had an issue with a leak during our stay but it was swiftly dealt with

Lovely hot October break

We were super lucky with stunning weather in late October. The management were so helpful and provided us prompt support when we needed them Because of a poorly baby. Also before arrival answering questions and getting us extras we asked for. The Villa is well equipped and so close to a beautiful quiet bay- the best bit for us! The addition of the Kayak and Paddle board was LOVED by the all. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Super villa in a perfect location

Really pleased with this villa, could not recommend highly enough. Caroline (owner) was excellent from start to finish and her communication was second to none. The facilities within were overall very good and comfy and the property was very clean and spacious and reasonably well equipped. Four of us (two couples) stayed for 10 nights and could not have been happier with our choice of booking. Great pool and with everything on our doorstep for a very enjoyable stay. I personally have stayed in Cala Santandria and Sa Caleta for many years and have always admired this villa and it certainly did not disappoint. We were also very appreciative of some aircon for part of our stay due to the heatwave that Menorca was experiencing whilst we were there and in September too! Enjoyed taking the Kayak out but difficult to navigate the rocky outlet to launch in front of the villa, so carried it to Sa Caleta beach for cast off! Only wish is that we had another 10 days but can only highly recommended.

Beautifully appointed and very private

This is a well appointed and very large villa. The whole place and in particular the pool is very private. Sa Caleta / Santandria has three large hotels located around the cove but whilst we heard the entertain,ent at times we were completely cocooned in this lovely space. Communication was excellent and everything was as stated. We didn’t try launching the kayak as the rocks looked to hard for us. Overall a great family location with lots to do if you want it, if not then one can be beautifully isolated. It was a great location to travel to see many of the sights as nowhere is to far on Menorca

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa and it even exceeded our expectations. Ideal location as it was perfect for relaxing but equally it was very easy to get into Cuitadella and there were 3 great restaurants within walking distance. Beautifully appointed, great views and two minutes walk to the beach. Cannot recommend highly enough!

A fun family holiday

Our family stayed for 1 week at the villa. It was a wonderful and relaxing holiday. The location in Santandria is fantastic with two sandy beaches a short walk away and direct access to the Cala from in front of the house, down a rock scramble. There is a small but well equipped supermarket 2 minutes away, and a much larger Diskont Hipermercado about 5 minutes drive from the house, where you can pick up everything you need. The pool is great and well maintained, although it is not fenced off, so if you have small children you must watch them carefully. The owners were very thoughtful and left toys for our son and baby cot / high chair for our daughter. We look forward to returning.

Never actually arrived

Due to the pandemic we never actually arrived at the villa which is a shame because we were really looking forward to it. However Caroline worked really hard to get us our deposit back having to deal with layers of Homeaway processes. I am sure we will be back one day.
