Dear Susan & friends Thank you very much for having taken your time to write this detailed review and it is a pleasure to clarifly our point of view in this case : As discussed with you personally in our office in Pollensa the information of a 15 minutes walk to the village has been posted by a guest of this villa, on our website we suggest to hire a car for this area. As a favour my collegue has driven you for free to the supermarket and back to your Villa. You told us that you appreciate this service and our kindness so much, for this we are really surprised about your comment. Due to the terrible weather conditions and flood during your stay, all issues has been sorted out immediatley, for example the Wifi. We have a detailed guide book of all our Villas, as well with specific instructions of all electric items and much more information. It is a pity that you haven´t used it. Maybe we have the opportunity to welcome you in another occasion. Kind regards from your Owl Booking
