House's rules:
-Smoking is not allowed.
- Ask if you come with children.
-Visits are not allowed.
-It is not allowed to exceed the contracted capacity.
-The parties are not allowed, the neighbors let us know.
- The DNI of all guests will be requested, in accordance with current legislation.

Check out;
The apartment must be swept, scrubbed and sand free. The toilet and bathroom must be clean. The kitchen must be collected, without grease and the earthenware scrubbed. They should not leave food open in the fridge or outside it (we do not use it). Do not leave trash and wet towels lying.
We do not want a thorough cleaning, but if guests keep clean and collected.

In case of not following the rules, the deposit will be used.
