The unit is a lock off unit that can comfortable house 2 families. It can be divided to give 2- 1 bedroom deluxe villas with kitchen and jetted tubs, housing 4 people in each with their own living room, kitchen or kitchenette, and bathrooms for privacy. Each area also has a washer/dryer combo. The villa includes bed linens, towels, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, in-room safe, phone with voice mail, cable TV with premium channels, DVD player, free Wi-Fi internet access, satellite, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, electric toaster, central heat/air, dishes, cookware and utensils.
