Very nice appartement. Steep stairs but that was mention to us while booking and we were ok with it. Very well located in the city centre and great communication with the host.

Overall, we had a very good experience. Fulchetta’s communication was outstanding throughout the booking process and leading up to our arrival. Check-in and check-out with Pina were easy, informative, and very helpful.The property was very clean, charming, and exactly what we were hoping for. The location is outstanding—you’re right in the heart of Alghero’s historic district, with shops, restaurants, cafés, and everything else just steps away. It was a fantastic location for exploring the city on foot.A couple of things to be aware of: the room requires using stairs. We knew this before booking, but if you have difficulty with stairs, this property may not be the best choice. The water pressure is also a little low, but considering the age and historic nature of the building, this was completely understandable and wasn’t an issue for us. Be patient with parking it takes time to find a free space but doable if you don’t want to pay for parking. We had a wonderful time staying here and exploring Alghero. The charm of the property combined with the incredible location made for a memorable stay. We would happily recommend it!

Grazie per questa bellissima recensione, per l'acqua c'è un'autoclave che fa arrivare l'acqua quindi questo non accade mai. Riguardo le scale si non sono semplici ma come in tutto il centro storico, ma come avete scritto voi poi tutto è fantastico. Grazie Vi aspettiamo per un'altra volta.

Perfect location in the old town

It felt as if we were living as local! The apartment led into a small quiet street with restaurants and bars nearby. The beach is within walking distance and we will certainly be back

Very pleasant stay

We had a very pleasant stay in Alghero and in this flat. Well located (just a little bit difficult to park the car around), warm welcome from the owner, clean, very convenient and lovely place; we warmly recommend it for your trip in Sardinia Island :-)

Lovely apartment for a stay in the old town. Would definitely recommend it. It’s not as near the sea as we thought and it does not have a communal area. I think that is just a translation issue. The old town has plenty of bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Charming apartment, in Alghero’s historic center.

A charming apartment, in the heart of Alghero’s historic center. Very close to the harbour and many excellent bars and restaurants. The apartment is spacious, clean and has everything needed to make a home away from home. The host was very pleasant and helpful. The stairs are steep but no problem if you are of average fitness and pack light. We had a lovely time. Highly recommended.

Clean apartment, great location

Apartment very clean and as advertised, no problems. Location is very good, right on the edge of the old town. Note that steps to the apartment are not only steep but are 8 degrees off level, so you feel like you're falling backwards when going up them (like the tower of Pisa), make sure to use the handrail. Also, parking around apartment is free on the street but availability is very limited. We had to drive around 5-20 minutes to find something within 500 meters.

What a place!!!

Literally in Alghero town centre, very comfortable flat with all the necessary to spend a relaxing holiday with my family. Everything has been handed in spotless condition. Despite the high temperature experienced in July, we had two aircons to make the environment nice and fresh. Alghero is beautiful and the vibes are unforgettable. Only two downsides, the stairs are a bit tough to climb. Also, if you have a car, finding a space to leave it becomes a challenge. Overall a great holiday and we would definitely come back.

Dag...Hello, we were never warned about the difficulty of accessing the apartment. In fact, it is not mentioned anywhere that the staircase is very, very difficult to climb, given the number and size of the steps, approximately 30 cm high, with photos to support this.Furthermore, the lighting in the hall doesn't work at the entrance. There is almost never any water on our floor, as this is a recurring problem in Alghero.and finally the owners (whom we have never seen) ask us for a deposit for a washing machine which already had problems

Good morning, we're here to answer any questions and clarify matters. The stairs throughout the historic center are difficult to climb because they're part of ancient, historic buildings. Regarding water, the house is equipped with a pressure pump that activates when the water level is low, as clearly indicated in the information booklet. Regarding the electricity, we apologize, but if you had notified us, we would have come immediately to fix it, which we did immediately after your departure. However, you failed to inform me that you had forced the washer-dryer, which broke, and that's why the security deposit was withheld. We're always available to our guests to resolve any issues, but in your case, we weren't even told about the damage to the washing machine.

Great location, but challenging stay

This apartment was in an amazing location in the old town and near the bus stop. The apartment was nice and the hosts were kind and tried to be accommodating. They let us check in early as soon as we arrived from the airport. Unfortunately, however, we ran into too many issues with the apartment for us to recommend this stay. There was no hot water the first 2 days of our stay but the hosts were helpful and quick to get this fixed by sending someone to the apartment the next day. The WiFi stopped working on the third day of our 5-day trip and was never fixed, so we could not use the internet or the televisions. There is an additional 50 euro cleaning fee in addition to the city tax that is due upon arrival that is stated somewhere in booking the booking process but it could be more clearly stated.

Good morning Gabriele I am very sorry to read this review, because I immediately proceeded to send a plumber to fix the hot water temperature which never failed; for the wifi once given directions I never heard from you, so I didn't know it didn't work; as proof, clients now inside have not complained that the wifi doesn't work, much less the television The additional charge of 50 euros for final cleaning was always stated in the house rules, which could be read when booking.

Located in a beautiful part of old town Alghero

The property looked exactly as the pictures had shown it. I really struggled with what to give the overall rating as on the whole the apartment was ok. There were a few thing that knocked it from 4 stars to 3 stars. As a self catering apartment it did have everything you needed with the exception of and iron which for me is an essential. We travel light to avail of cheap fights, so when I’m booking self catering apartments I’m looking to see if they have laundry facilities which this apartment did. I did text the owner when we arrived to ask if she had an iron somewhere and she said no. I asked if there was anywhere to hire one from and she said you can buy one at any Chinese or hardware shop. Tbh I don’t want to buy one, certainly not to leave behind! Also only 1 tea towel to dry dishes so we had to wash that when we washed our clothes! Surely you can stretch to more than one tea towel. The other big thing that knocked it from 4 to 3 stars was the hot water or lack of. The hot water never got that hot and by the end of your shower no matter how quick it would have run cold, this along with very poor water pressure, don’t turn on any other taps when someone’s in the shower. There was only 1 pillow each! This was the first apartment I have ever rented where there no additional pillows, and the pillows that were there were completely flat and lumpy. The wi-fi was very hit and miss, mostly miss. Again I text the owner when it wasn’t working and the response wasn’t what I’d expect. The very last negative was the issue to get rid of the waste. There was a list of what waste went out on what day in the manual, actually there was 2, and they were contradictory. Needless to say we had tried on each day to put out the waste and only once was it collected. I did text the owner and tell her we had a problem to get rid of it and she told us to put it in the bins around the corner that belong to a restaurant. We did try but my hubby was spotted by an employee of the restaurant and told he can’t put the waste in there. Hopefully the owner will take these points and make it a bit better for the next people that hire the apartment. I don’t mean to be negative just honest.

We are very sorry for your first review. As this is a holiday home, there is no iron. Sorry but I have not been asked by any guest before, the water was always there and if it should be scarce, the illustrative book tells how the autoclave works, the pillows are two depending on the number of guests and della wifi may not work due to bad weather, but it was bought new a few days before its arrival. For the garbage in the notebook there are days when you can leave the basket outside.

Sehr schöne Wohnung inmitten der schönen Altstadt in Alghero. Allerdings ist das Parken da etwas schwierig, man muss bereit sein ca 10min zu Fuß zu gehen und die Treppe zur Wohnung ist kein Spaß mit großen Koffern.Nichts desto trotz eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieterin war Top. Müll entsorgen ist auch etwas kompliziert aber dafür ist man Abends mitten im Geschehen. Die Vermieterin hat ihre Mutter oder irgendwenn geschickt, die Dame konnte leider überhaupt kein Englisch nur italienisch, dass war etwas schwierig mit der Kommunikation.

Très bon séjour, appartement propre et idéalement situéNous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement à Alghero. L’appartement est très propre, moderne et tout est récent. Il est également très calme malgré sa situation en plein hyper-centre, ce qui est vraiment appréciable.L’emplacement est excellent : de nombreuses commodités, restaurants et commerces sont accessibles à pied. Notre correspondant a également été très à l’écoute, disponible et réactif en cas de besoin, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié, notamment pour un séjour en famille de quatre personnes.Le principal point négatif concerne l’accès à l’appartement, avec beaucoup de marches dès l’arrivée, ce qui peut être assez contraignant lorsque l’on a plusieurs valises ou des bagages lourds. Il faut également savoir qu’il n’y a pas de stationnement avec le logement. En plein mois d’août à Alghero, il est particulièrement difficile de trouver une place, et cela peut devenir un véritable sujet lorsqu’on est chargé.Malgré cela, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’appartement, notamment pour sa propreté, son calme, sa localisation exceptionnelle et la disponibilité de notre correspondant.
