Beautiful, Self Contained, Modern 3 Bedroom Villa with Private Pool in Walled Garden with easy access on Ground Floor, ideally sited 50 mtres from Plailem Beach.
The Villa has a modern fully fitted Kitchen and Dinning room with a separate Lounge, outside the Covered Terrace is alongside the private Pool and mature, well maintained Walled Garden affording complete privacy.
There are 3 bedrooms, all en-suite and fitted with Air Conditioning and TVs. There is sleeping for up to 6 persons.
The Kitchen is well equipped, with a Modern Electric Oven, large Fridge Freezer, Cutlery, Crockery, Glassware, and Cooking Utensils and the Dining Area has seating for 8 persons.
The walled Tropical Garden has a good sized pool, is well maintained and equipped with Tables, Chairs, Sun Loungers, ideal for a relaxing day.
It is only 50 mtres walk to the beautiful Plailaem beach, with spectacular views looking out towards Koh Phagan Island, famous for its Full Moon Parties,
There are several local shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
Bangrak is only 1 km away, Fisherman's village is 10 minutes drive, as is the Airport and Chaweng is 20 minutes drive.
Off road parking on site.
Ideal for extra shopping or trips around the island.
The villa has full time staff available through out the day to help or advise as needed.

Pool is amazing!

The property was well located, quiet and local to shops and good food. The beach wasn’t great but the pool was brilliant as it was super hot during our stay. We would highly recommend staying here.

perfect for us

private peaceful retreat from the bustle of samui, close to beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would recomend to anyone not wanting the frantic nightlife of Chaweng or bophut

Lacking Basic Supplies

Arrived late, owner was not at condo, condo was hot inside, AC not on, NO TP, bottled water, king bed sheets, soap, dish soap, salt, pepper. TV and internet set up in German no instructions for TV’s. Hard to get tech support. Yes, had dishes, pans, silverware. We recommend Melati Resort instead.

i am sorry to hear you were dissatified, however i do believe several comments are not reasonable.. The guests arrived much later than they advised and the owner was in his own next door property when the guests arrived. The beds were correctly made up, the comments about King sheets is totally invalid. There was an error and no toilet rolls were in place, however the owner remeded this as soon as the matter was noticed and he provided them plus a complimentary bottle of wine as an appology. The property is a SELF CATERING villa not a Hotel. Therefore the other 'missing ' items are not included in the service.. The TV was set ,as left by the previous customer but the owner or villa manager would both be happy to -re-set it if or when asked. There is no comparison with the Melati.Resort. which is a 5 star Hotel not a 4 star self catering villa. What is more it is substantially more expensive for one room than this 3 bedroom villa. and any comparison is unreasonable.. Berst regards Ian Morton

5 minutes from airport

My first impression of the villa was just wow. I initially had a bit of trouble to find the location. Landmark to remember is Deva Beach Resort and road next to it. I was welcomed by Ballou who was very outgoing. Ballou explained everything and answered all questions. Available in the villa are towels, cutleries, pans and pots, fan, air con rooms, bin bags etc. everything you would need for a short stay even longer. Fridge available as well. There are nearby restaurants and laundry. At the villa theres a menu where you can order from Sopa and they deliver. The ease of ordering from whatsapp is great. Ballou was outstanding checking on us to make sure everything is ok. At the end of our stay we arranged with him and everything was spot on. Ballou if you can see this thank you so much. I would definitely come back to this villa and recommend it. 5*

Great two weeks at Casa Tropicana

The location of this property was perfect for us, right behind Mr Tu's pier, where mostly the beach was empty most of the time. There is a 1 minute walk via a little cut through to get to the beach. There were enough restaurants locally within walking distance, and we would highly recommend a short taxi (required because of incline on hill) to the Maithy Lounge, less than 5 minutes away and the sunset view, vibe and food is incredible. Also worth mentioning, The Shakespeare Pub for any English people! However, in two weeks, all 4 of us never had a bad meal anywhere and we had dietary requirements. The songathew's are easy to jump on from the main road and they can get you all round the island, don't take their first price as they do like to try it on! Back to the villa now, the owners are lovely, Ballou met us on arrival to talk us through everything and help get our bearings. If we had any queries Ballou and Ian were always at the end of a What's App and happy to help, the other owner lives upstairs who we met once, equally as nice and said to just knock if we needed anything. The garden area and pool are without a doubt the best bit of the property, plenty of room, sun all day and the garden and pool is well kept. The property is large and spacious with bi-folding doors from the lounge to the outside and a fabulous projector/screen TV with Netflix. It is worth noting that two of the bedrooms are connected (with a door) as I don't remember this on the ad but this did not bother us as we were a group of 4. The kitchen is well equipped with everything that you require, no washing machine but the launderette on the corner turns your washing around in 24hrs for 80baht per kilo. A couple of feedback points for the owners, although we are aware that the villa may have been empty for 2 years during covid times. The curtains, bedding and towels could do with updating as they have seen better days. Also, the room we were in had no dressing table or enough storage for unpacking for 2 weeks for 2 people so it would be nice to see an update on this in time. There is only one dressing table and it is in the connecting room but there were two hairdryers. The water is luke warm, I am guessing this is standard across the island as the water heater was very small, it didn't bother us as the climate is warm. However, the shower head could do with a good descaling as it does tend to spray out at all angles! We would defo love to return!

Avons bcp aimé cette villa à 20 mn de l’aéroport , pas loin du grand bouddha , pas évident à trouver par contre , faudrait qu’ils nous disent le nom de l’hôtel qui est à côté , j’ai oublié le nom sorry ! La villa est luxueuse avec ses 3 grandes chambres , son salon high-tech ( rétro projecteur avec ordi et netfix) , seul bémol , il manque une machine à laver , dommage car il y aurait la place ! Faut aller laver dans des endroits exprès !!!! Sinon on est à qq mn à pieds de l’embarcadère pour la full moon , on est arrivés ce jour là et on y a été , on a voulu le vivre une fois dans notre vie , c’est à voir ! On peut aller à pieds au supermarché aussi et manger qq chose aussi pas loin ! Il y a un superbe resto , qui livre aussi jusqu’a 22h , très très bon , pas cher et copieux , on y a été , le personnel est adorable et le soir c’est animé par des chanteurs , c’est une superbe adresse , à tester ! Tt est réuni pour passer un superbe séjour ! L’homme de main qui nous reçoit , qui nous remet les clefs , est très gentil , très à l’écoute ! Avions loué une voiture à l’aeroport , la conduite y est facile ! On a passé de superbes moments sur l’ile ! Je recommande cette maison , merci La famille Macario

Dejligt hus.

Dejligt hus med en beliggenhed som er perfekt hvis man ikke har behov for byliv lige uden for døren. Vi var 5 voksne mennesker afsted og det var huset helt perfekt til næste gang har vi et barn med og det er huset også fint til. Huset var fint og rent, og manglede vi noget, ringede vi bare til udlejer så blev det ordnet med det samme. Det er bestemt ikke sidste gang vi vil leje dette hus.

Villa was just as the pictures show and better.

I'll be staying here again and telling my friends. Best area to stay, close to the airport, shopping, restaurants and beaches. We were looked after so well that i have only good things to say about Casa Tropicana.. See you again next year.😃👍👍
