Beautiful villa in a tranquil location

A stunning villa with all the amenities you can need, a lovely welcome pack is included too. The setting is so peaceful and tranquil. You do need a car as on a hillside, but falaraki and old town Rhodes are not a long drive. We enjoyed our 6 days here so much we’ve already booked to come again next year.

Amazing stay even with bad weather

Stayed for a week with friends who had not been on holiday overseas for 22 years and had never been to a Greek Island. Even with 2 - 3 days of lightning storms we had an amazing time. The villa was awesome, we have stayed at a few villas and sometimes the photography is very good and the villa does not live up to the online space etc. This is completely opposite, the whole villa and garden were idyllic. My only regret was we did not book for 2 weeks. Thanks for a lovely time

Villa Grounds very Peaceful & Tranquil 👍

We had a fantastic week at the villa. As per the photos it has so much beautiful green private space within its grounds. The pool is huge for a private villa and very well maintained. Best to hire a car due to its location up a little way back from the coast in a very quiet area however this provides such a peaceful stay with nice views of the sea in the distance. Villa is spacious and well equipped. It’s not been modernised but kept in great condition with everything you need with good air con units in every room. With a car in 8-10mins you can easily get to amazing quiet bays with wonderful local food / beach restaurants, safe rock pools and sheltered sea swimming. We definitely plan to go back. The whole family enjoyed Rhodes and indeed the villa. *****It’s worth noting however that we did have an issue with the large Fridge/Freezer ice machine that was reported on the 1st day and wasn’t fixed until our last day! They provided a smaller fridge unit without a working freezer for stay but it was an inconvenience. Our message to the owner is that you really should act more quickly on issues if they arise. Why have such a great facility yet allow a faulty fridge/freezer to become a big inconvenience to your guests?***** That said we would go back - its a great villa.

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and it was everything as advertised. Beautiful home, private location, pool was lovely as well as the backyard and the house was clean with all that we needed. We stayed with my mother and 3 kids (ages 12, 13 and 14). The kids loved the pool and enjoyed hanging out in the backyard. We were there to visit family in Kritinia, as well as explore Rhodes. The house was in a private location that felt very safe but was close to everything we needed. Maria from the Rhodes Holiday agency was wonderful to work with as well and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to stay at, it is off the beaten path of tourists but close to everything you need. We rented a car, which I would highly suggest to be able to explore on your own time as there are so many parts of Rhodes to enjoy (Lindos, Kritinia castle, the harbor, The market close by was great-they even have a counter to order coffee, pastries and sandwiches, and coffee shops and restaurants are all near by as well. Only about 10 min to Old Rhodes Town and easy to get anywhere. Our favorite beach was the sandy beach Agia Agathi (about 30 min away) or if you want something closer, Kallithea Springs is about 10 min going the back road (left out of the house) and great to spend the day swimming and sunbathing and enjoying the cafe/food drink services (just get there early). Beautiful home and we really had a great time!

Sehr gutes Haus - perfekt zum Entspannen!

Diese Villa ist wirklich super! Luxuriöse Ausstattung - vor allem die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und lädt insbesondere abends mit der atmosphärischen Außenbeleuchtung dazu ein, gemütliche Stunden auf der Terasse zu verbringen! Auch im Haus war alles bestens und sehr geräumig! Insgesamt sehr hoher Komfort - u.a. beispielsweise ein großer Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelfunktion. Einzig der Weg/Straße zur Villa ist etwas abenteuerlich, da teilweise enge Straße mit auf und ab und engen Kurven bei möglichem Gegenverkehr. Hier muss man vorsichtig fahren, letztlich gewöhnt man sich nach 1-2 Tagen aber hieran... Außerdem möchte ich noch den freundlichen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sowie den Housekeepern vor Ort erwähnen - wir wurden sehr freundlich am Anreisetag in Empfang genommen und am Abreisetag zum Check-Out verabschiedet! Insgesamt waren wir begeistert - der Urlaub in dieser Villa war wirklich sehr schön!

Stunning!!!

Blue and£ Green was exactly as it is described on home and away. Even better. It is a beautiful property. We loved it from the moment we arrived and were sorry to leave. It is a home from home. So much more provide by way of essentials than usual. Soaps, shower gel, kitchen essentials like washing up cloths and liquid. Cooking basics like oil, herbs, salt, pepper etc. The pool is not massive but fine and spotless. The garden is just lovely and so well kept. We love this home and will definitely be back. We must mention Katerina as well. We didn’t need her much, but when we did, she responded immediately.

Great house and surrouding!

The villa was perfect (inside and outside)! All facilities you may need were provided. The location is beautiful with an outstanding view and a quiet surrounding. We stayed with a group of 7, but we didn't have a car. Therefore we had to walk 20 minutes to the nearest bus-station (very cheap bus-tickets) and 20 minutes to the nearest supermarket (Lidl in Asgourou). I would advice to make use of a car or taxi's (altough this makes your holiday more expensive). On the other hand, many (sportive) people won't experience any problem with these walks. All in all a great place to stay during your holiday and a very central location to visit a lot of sights.

Eine Luxusvilla mit allem Drum und Dran

Diese Villa ist ein Traum - mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und mit allem, was man braucht (und sogar dem, was nicht unbedingt sein muss. Es gibt sogar ein riesiges Ankleidezimmer - das hat eines unserer Kinder gleich als weiteres Schlaf- und Spielzimmer umfunktioniert). Der Blick aufs Meer ist fantastisch, die Lage ist super - nahe dem Flughafen, nahe der Altstadt Rhodos, leicht zu finden. Wir haben uns sooo wohl gefühlt. Auch die Betreuung ist 1a. Als wir aus Versehen den Schlüssel drin liegen gelassen haben, kam innerhalb von einer halben Stunde jemand und hat uns aufgesperrt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Superb from start to finish !

Would we come back again ? Of course we would. The villa is superbly appointed with everything you need for an amazing holiday. Villa is tucked away in a peaceful location but I would strongly recommend a hire car for the duration of your stay. Property is set on a large plot with views across to the sea. Greeted upon our arrival and nothing was too much trouble. Already looking at booking again !

This is a beautiful villa in a great location

This is a beautiful Villa in a great location, unfortunately the facilities at the villa are not what has been advertised on the website. This was very disappointing as we choose this villa specifically for its hot tub, one of our party has a ongoing back problem and they have their own hot tub at home to ease the discomfort it causes them. Disappointingly when we arrived at the resort there was not Hot Tub as advertised, more disappointing was the reaction of the property resort management team when we raised the issue. Initially they tried to say that the Hot Tub referred to in the property details on the website was a jetted tub in one of the bedrooms. We provided a copy of the website and our confirmation that clearly showed that the jetted tub was already listed as a feature in the one bathrooms and the Hot Tub was listed separately next to the swimming pool. Despite providing detailed evidence, the resort property management team choose to ignore the issue and simply stated that the Hot Tub description referred to the jetted tub in the one bathrooms. This very poor response resulted in us raising a complaint with both Home & Away and the ASA(Advertising Standards Agency) in the UK. We had a very enjoyable holiday and the Villa and its grounds are of a very high standard. Unfortunately what could have a been a very positive review and a high recommendation, as become a very poor experience in dealing with the property resort management team and not getting the features that were clearly listed in the property details which we paid for.
