We are 4 MILES TO GULF OF MEXICO BEACHES and GULF SHORES NATIONAL PARK AND LAKE SHELBY AND THE FLORA-BAMA AREA. SPORTS COMPLEX JUST A MILE DOWN THE ROAD and OWA in Foley.....so much to do out here!

There’s just something special about being near the water. The beautiful views, the gentle breeze, and the soft sand all combine to create a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. It is a sanctuary like no other. Enjoy the feel of sugar white sand between your toes. Experience the tranquility of long walks on a pristine beach.

Our balcony faces a beautiful sunshine every morning for you to sit and have your coffee AND THEN off to our BEACHES or EXPLORING BEAUTIFUL GULFSHORES!

Please take advantage of the various activities within a couple miles of your condo stay. We have boat rentals, dolphin cruises, fishing, zip-line, parasailing, jet ski rentals, 2 shopping malls, a movie theater, golf, zoo, race tracks, mini golf, arcade center, water park and not to mention the BEAUTIFUL BEACHES!

We are famous for our restaurants which include, LuLu's, The Hangout, The Wharf, The Oyster House., Pink Pony, Shrimp Basket, Bubba's and Lambert's Throw Rolls.
OWA is just a mile north of the condo and is worth checking out. Google it for all the activities and concerts, restaurants like Paula Deans and many quaint shops. A full size theme park as well. The Safari Zoo is practically our neighbors and is also worth checking out. For more activities google gulf Shores to get the up to date happenings.

Our little town is packed with things to do and places to see, FIVE minute drive is all you need to reach any destination.

After a day full of activities, you can come home to a nice quiet retreat and relax by the pool.

Guest have access to workout room, hot tub, pool, tennis courts, club room/cookout area.

First floor, easy access. Plenty of parking. Handicap Accessible! Fully furnished kitchen, sheets, towels, and washer/dryer. Brand new memory foam mattress in master bedroom. Extra guest no problem, we have a deluxe queen size mattress that blows up automatically. Even has pillows on it.

JUST bring your bathing suit and a smile!

Condo is just off Gulf Shores Parkway (Hwy 59) 4 miles to the public beaches in Gulf Shores. Location is very quiet!. The driveway is very long and well off Rt 59. We are located in Colony Club.

We want you to enjoy our condo and treat it as your own. Enjoy our town, our beaches and most important your vacation:)

Charlotte was an amazing host! She was very informative and helpful with things around the city! The property is beautiful and was just right our quick getaway trip! Would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed our week!! The condo is 5-10 min drive to everything in Gulf Shores. We appreciated all the amenities of the property. The condo was a home away from home.

Great Place

The condo was perfect for our weekend. We were in town for our daughter’s college softball tournament at the Sportsplex. Condo was literally across the street and not far from down town and the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Great alternative to a hotel in Gulf Shores

No stairs, fully equipped for a stay near the beach. Really appreciate the owners quick response to my questions, especially since HomeAway had the wrong access code to the lockbox! Perfect for a couple looking for more space at a good location.

Just what we needed

This was our 2nd stay in this condo and the experience has always been exceptional! Safe neighborhood, close to all the attractions! Working with Mrs. Charlotte is always easy and she makes every step just as relaxing as sitting on the beach itself! To sum it up, we will continue to rent this condo during our Gulf Shore visits!

Nice location, cute little condo. Our family enjoyed our stay here. There was a miscommunication when we arrived, the check in details said to use the back gate because it says unlocked when we got there the back gate was locked and wasn't able to get in. We wasn't able to reach the host via phone and had to wait for someone else to come through to let us in. Finally later that night I was able to reach the host and get the gate code. Also the pool and hot tube there is great but anyone under 14 years old can't use the hot tube so my kids was a little bummed about that. But it a beautiful condo, only complaint is the miscommunication about the gate and us not being able to get in. Other than that the stay was great.

I'm so sorry for the miscommunication regarding the back gate. That one is always open but we have a new HOA board who apparenly changed the rules. I'm also sorry I wasn't able to get your 1st call but I have a full time job. Texting is better when zI am working. But I'm happy you enjoyed your stay . Great location, clean, & quiet area.

This was a very clean & spacious condo. Area was quiet & away from the busy traffic. It is about center point for Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, & Foley, which was perfect for us, as we were traveling to OB daily for nationals. You will need to bring your own toilet paper, laundry soap, trash bags, etc., but there are plenty of stores just down the street. We ended up buying kitchenware as well, even though utensils & cookware were provided. Daughter tried the sofa bed, but said it was extremely uncomfortable. So we pulled out our air mattress that we use for travel. We did enjoy the pool on the days we couldn't make it to the beach, which was very clean. We did have a small hiccup during our stay, however, the Hostess was very responsive to any texts I sent & everything to taken care of quickly. Overall, we had a really good stay & we will definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you had to buy kitchenware. I will look to see if we need more. We do have an air mattress at the condo and if anyone needs it please let us know in advance and the maid will leave it out for you. Sofa beds are never comfortable. You'd think they'd make them better in this day and age. All rentals only provide the minimal on toiletries, so yes bring your own if your going to be there more than a couple days. Repeat guests do get a discount so please come back to visit us again!

Not what we expected but it was an okay place to stay.

We were a little disappointed upon arriving. The house was very musty smelling, the shower wasn't clean, and neither were all of the dishes that were in the cupboards. We had to clean out the pool because there was garbage floating in it when we went to swim. The property still has quite a bit of damage from the last hurricane. We killed a few spiders inside the house and there was a dead frog in the crack of the door when we arrived. Besides these things, everything you needed was inside the house and it is all you need for a short stay. It was a good location, only a short distance from the beach and things to do downtown. Checking in was easy with an onsite lock box. We met a few people on site that owned their condos and they were very kind and helpful which we appreciated. Overall it just wasn't what we were expecting.

Dear Alyssa, I apologize for the condo not being as clean as it should have been. I had terminated my maid because she was not able to keep up with the cleaning. I now have a new cleaning service which is so much better than the last. Hurricane damage on some of the buildings is slowly moving along in our complex. My condo was not affected but many were and it takes time to complete the damage that had occurred. Frogs and spiders I can't control either. It's a shame no one saw the frog and he got smashed in the doorway. Please come back again and experience my new cleaning service.

Not as described

When we he led in the condo smelled of smoke pretty bad. Whether it’s from the people upstairs, next door or from everyone smoking outside. The kitchen did not have adequate pots and pans for a family. The entire complex was under construction. That WAS NOT in the description of the property and if I would have known I would have booked elsewhere. Called the owner and she did not seem to care that it bothered me. Between the construction and the smoke smell it truly ruined my vacation. I would book somewhere else!

Dear Mr Wright, I have never had a guest say my condo smelled of smoke. My cleaning service assured me it did not have smell of smoke when she cleaned it before your arrival. I am not sure what you were smelling. Our complex has 168 units, it's a very large complex and we have had construction going on off and on since 2020 when hurricane Sally hit GS. My unit nor units near me were NOT under construction when you arrived or left. When my building is being worked on I don't allow guests there for their safety. In fact I don't even go there until they are done. Most of Gulf Shores and Foley and surrounding communities have had construction at some time or another after the hurricane. At the time of your arrival we did not have construction going on at all due to rain. As far as an adequate kitchen with pots and pans I have never heard that complaint since I have been renting my condo many years ago. I do believe you said you were there for softball tournament with your daughters and asked for suggestions on eating out since they had such busy schedule.. I am sorry you did not enjoy your time here. It's unfortunate but with 5 star reviews and being a PREMIER HOST I do not feel it was do to my condo. I wish you success on your future vacations and please free free to look elsewhere. I work very hard to keep my condo fresh and updated and most importantly affordable.
