Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the front yard and the barbecue grill located just outside the back door. The unit features a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and an inviting atmosphere. Further, a covered carport is available for guest use!

If you are traveling with a larger group, we also offer several additional furnished rental properties within a one- to three-block radius, and we would be happy to help accommodate your group.

To ensure the comfort and well-being of all guests, smoking, vaping, and the use of any other substances are strictly prohibited inside the property. Due to allergy and environmental sensitivity concerns, pets and animals of any kind are not permitted.
Please be respectful of quiet hours from 10am-8am for the enjoyment of all in the building. Please remove shoes upon entering the building. Please use the kitchen fan when you are cooking. Feel free to utilize the washer and dryer; laundry soap is in the cabinet above the laundry machines. Please do not flush any non-human waste or flushable wipes; those items create plumbing concerns.
