Beautiful house located 7 minutes by car from the beach of L'Estartit, in the heart of the Costa Brava. Ideal for travelers who want to discover the natural park or enjoy the beach and the tranquility of a dinner in the garden under the stars. The house is located in the Urbanization La Torre Vella halfway between L'Estartit and Torroella de Montgrí, in a natural environment through which GR routes pass for lovers of hiking. Accommodation

The house is perfectly equipped for families, in it you will find for the little ones, highchair, travel cot, cutlery and crockery special for them, also soap and cologne for babies and of course all the kitchenware you need. We also provide you with free bed linen. You will also find umbrella and beach toys. We also put at your disposal three fans, although the house is very cool and in winter the chimney spreads the heat throughout the house, however we also have electric heating. Highlight that we provide you with breakfast items for the first few days (Coffee, Tea, 1 milk brick, 1 brick of juice, 1 bottle of water, 1 packet of toast, jam and a bottle of cava to start your holiday better way ). Our goal is to enjoy your holidays and do not worry about anything and avoid nasty last minute surprises. The house has a lovely garden where you can relax, converse or just play. In the front garden we have a barbecue that will delight the aspiring chef, there is even a Basket Basket :) In front of the house there is a parking space belonging to it, where you can leave your car with total peace of mind.

Services and common areas

The whole house is rented, so there is no limitation of access, it is available to you completely. Leaving through the garden gate you will find a small playground with a swing, a slide and some other playgrounds.
Note that 2 minutes walk from the house is the Torre vella club where there is a pool that you can use at no cost as many times as you want. We will give you an access card that must be presented at the request of the employees. The club also has a bar, a restaurant and a poolside snack bar.
At the entrance of the urbanization there is a large supermarket where you can find anything you need.

The urbanization Torre Vella is conveniently located between L'Estartit (Illes Medes) and the beautiful town of Torroella de Montgrí. Ideal for lovers of sports and culture and gastronomy. You can practice any of the sea sports, especially scuba diving as the Illas Medes are a nature reserve and the biological diversity they present is among the largest in Europe as a fauna and flora. Also note the descents in cayac by the river Ter, an activity suitable for the whole family. For lovers of hiking and mountain biking, just behind the house passes the GR92 that allows to make numerous tours surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and enjoy the amazing landscapes and views that the road offers. In the house you will find a practical guide of excursions on foot that can be made by the area, as well as a general guide of the Costa Brava. For lovers of Culture in a radius of a half hour by car can visit from the Grecoromanas Ruins of Ampuria Brava, to the beautiful towns of Pals, Besalú, Begur, La Bisbal, L'Escala or Follow the footprint of Dalí in Figueras (35 min) Castell de Pubol (16 min) or slightly further away Cadaques (50 min).
For lovers of the beach and nature you can not miss the mouth of the River Ter. The ter ends at a wide and beautiful beach of Dunes crowned in the background by the Illas Medas (10 min) You can also have access to the dozens of coves and beaches that gives us the Costa Brava. The Estartit beach (7 min) stretches majestically in front of the Illas Medes, the beach is white sand and the entrance to the water is progressive making it ideal for children. The beach has all the services and is easy to park because before arriving to the beach there is an esplanade of a kilometer or two where you can leave the cars, possibly in high season can be a little more difficult. At L'Estartit you will find all kinds of restaurants, shops, pharmacies, banks, boat rental companies, sea excursions and companies specialized in diving.
