People like you make my "job" a real pleasure. You won't believe this but after your hot spell it has been quite cool and it has even rained some days since you left! The garden is very happy. What a very strange year of weather we have had!

And the Brasserie de Quercorb is a great place to spend an evening, especially when they have musical events or Food Night -- so it's good to know you made the most of some of the great things on offer here.

I am really surprised by your 3 star rating because you didn't mention any problems during your stay and you and your family chatted very happily whenever our paths crossed. It's especially disappointing because I went to great lengths to change the configuration of the rooms and then added two more extra beds, to accommodate at least one extra guest you added a few days before your arrival, with no extra payment. I sent you a friendly message on your second day, checking that everything was alright and asking if you had found everything you needed, but as you didn't reply I have no idea why you marked us down. I think this proves it's usually best to ask questions or say if there are any problems because that gives the host a chance to explain things or provide anything you feel is missing. We really do want everyone to have a good time.
