Great property - seemed quite remote but after exploring the area it is clearly a perfect location. We like being in a quiet area. It was so nice to sit outside and enjoy a happy hour… Great place to watch birds.We took a train from Alzira to Valencia and highly recommend. Drove to Gandia beach and rented bikes. We highly recommend this property. The owners were very responsive to any questions and were there to get us situated.

Lovely Spain vacation

We couldn't have asked for a lovelier vacation in Spain. Henri, Inge and Flynn greeted us. They stayed in contact throughout the trip, checking to be sure all was well and that we were enjoying our stay. The villa was immaculate with so much style. The grounds were well kept and had lots of special areas to coalesce and enjoy the beautiful landscaping. We'll be back! Thank you, Henri and Inge, for a special time in Spain we'll never forget.

Relaxing villa in a great location

This is a fantastic villa with extremely attentive and welcoming hosts. The villa is faithful to the photos and was very clean with a very well-equipped kitchen. The pool is large, well-maintained and a good depth for more proficient swimmers. The location was great, far enough from the bustle of other holiday makers, but a short drive from local towns and only 20-25 mins from the coast. There are a variety of good beaches to choose from and a range of excellent restaurants. Henri was extremely kind, and did everything to ensure that I and my children had all we needed for a fantastic holiday.Thank you!

Fabulous holiday villa

We have just returned from a lovely stay at this villa and would highly recommend it if you want to get away from it all and relax. It is very well equipped with everything you need in terms of kitchen and pool side equipment. It is very modern inside with a/c in 2 bedrooms and large bathroom. The pool is amazing (very deep across the whole pool) but gated if you have small children. Living accommodation is all on 1 level with a balcony outside so perfect for evening meals. It is essential to have a car as the village is a 30 min walk away along the road where there aren’t always pavements. The village has a small shop, bakery and 2 bars as well as pharmacy with large supermarkets about a 12 min drive. There is a golf course a 20 min walk away (up a very steep hill!) which will have a restaurant soon. Loads of great beaches around a 25min drive away. We went in late May and the area is more of a Spanish than English place to holiday therefore not everything is open everyday (more likely Thursday to Sunday for some restaurants) so check Google maps for opening hours. It also means people generally speak limited English, so a few basics are useful. Valencia is an easy train ride from Alzira, which has a car park at the station (although quite full on weekdays) and a fabulous city. It was about €25 for 4 of us by train. Only negative I can think of is the mosquitoes! Which are vicious in the early evening, but that’s the same everywhere 😀 The hosts are very helpful and respond very quickly to any issues (WiFi password on arrival was incorrect, but we were soon sorted). Overall a brilliant holiday and a highly recommended villa.

My family and friends (5 adults/1 child) had the opportunity to stay at this lovely home for 2 weeks at the end of August. Communication with the hosts was seamless as was check-in/out. The kitchen is well equipped for meals at home and the ACs did a great job of keeping everyone cool in the heat. The real star though is the pool - we could have spent every day there if there wasn't so much to see in the area. The train station in Alzira with free parking made it easy to travel to/from Valencia; Gandia, Xàtiva, and the beaches were a short ride away. There are also really nice bike/running paths in the neighborhood (we were lucky enough to watch La Vuelta pass by the house during our stay!) We utilized the Casita and would strongly recommend this if you have more than 3-4 adults.All in all, a great experience.

Wir haben uns in der Villa Canta Corazon sehr wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom wunderschönen Garten, der für Kinder ein wahres Paradies ist und viel Platz zum Spielen und Entdecken bietet.Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet – es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Dank des guten Wetters konnten wir den Pool nutzen. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag für die Casita, diese konnten wir aufgrund der fehlenden Fliegengitter nicht nutzen. Da es abends viel Mücken gibt, haben wir alle im Haupthaus geschlafen.Henri und Inge waren äußerst aufmerksam, herzlich und stets darum bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Sie haben sich sehr um unsere Bedürfnisse gekümmert und standen bei Fragen jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Verfügung.Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ihr wart auch sehr angenehme Gäste, und wir möchten uns herzlich für die lieben Zeichnungen bedanken, die ihr für uns hinterlassen habt, wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Vielen Dank auch für euren Hinweis. So etwas ist bisher noch nicht vorgekommen. In der Woche vor eurer Anreise hat es allerdings geregnet, sodass dies möglicherweise die Ursache sein könnte. Das Ferienhaus ist definitiv weiter zu empfehlen. Es ist alles vorhanden, Vermieter helfen dir bei allen wichtigen Dingen, die du wissen musst. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit ausreichend Platz und ruhiger Lage für mindestens 6 Leuten. Danke nochmal 👍👍👍

Vacances au milieu des orangers

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au milieu des orangers. Maison et jardin agréables, le temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine, belle découverte de la region de Valence. Henri et Inge, ont toujours été très reactifs à nos demandes.

Traumhafter Erholungsurlaub

Ein wunderschönes, komplett ausgestattes Haus mit Erholungsgarantie! Wir haben als fünfköpfige Familie (Kinder zwischen 15 und 4 Jahren) die Zeit mehr als genossen und würden das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen. Die Casita (mit Klimaanlage, genau wie das Haupthaus) haben wir gerne mit genutzt, der Pool hat die perfekte Größe, ist sehr gepflegt und insgesamt ist das Grundstück mit seiner Größe, den Orangenbäumen und allen Details ideal zum Erholen und Ausspannen. Die Ausstattung der Küche, der beiden Badezimmer und aller Wohn- und Schlafräume lässt keine Wünsche offen, genau wie der Kontakt/Support durch den Vermieter. Das Wlan funktioniert einwandfrei, die elektronischen Geräte (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Backofen etc) sind alle neuwertig und hochmodern. Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls toll, die umliegenden Orte sind sehr schön und nicht so sehr „touristisch“, sondern eher echt spanisch. Nach Valencia sind es weniger als 45 Minuten mit dem Auto, zum Strand ca. 15 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind alle gut mit dem Auto in einigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Super verblijf met veel privacy

We zijn prima ontvangen. De vakantiewoning is zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk diep zwembad en alle ruimte. Zeer vriendelijke verhuurder. Helemaal niets op aan te merken.

Fabelhafter Urlaubsort

Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen inmitten eines gut gepflegten Grundstücks mit Orangenbäumen und schattenspendenden Pinien. Überall finden sich kleine und große Sitz-/Liegeplätze mit Tisch (auch am großen und ausreichend tiefen Pool), so dass zu jeder Tageszeit ein angenehmer Ruheplatz gefunden werden kann. Die niedliche "Casita" (kleines separates Häuschen mit eigenem Bad/WC) kann für einen geringen Aufpreis hinzugebucht werden und bietet auch mal eine gute Rückzugsmöglichkeit für Teenager oder Großeltern. Das Haus ist insgesamt perfekt ausgestattet (u.a. neue und moderne Küche), zwei der drei Schlafzimmer (sowie Casita) und Wohnzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage, die an heißen Tagen auch schon mal benötigt wird. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und stehen innerhalb kürzester Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. In der "Garage" gibt es jede Menge Spiel- und Sportgerät für Kinder und auch die Strandstühle und Sonnenschirme durften wir mit zur Playa (ca. 15 Minuten Fahrt) nehmen, was ein großes Plus für uns war! Ja, es gibt Mücken - natürlich. Aber eben auch Moskitogitter an den allermeisten Fenstern und wenn man mit offenen Türen etwas aufpasst und sich zeitweise der fürs Sommerurlaubgepäck eigentlich obligatorischen Sprays bedient, ist es kein allzu großes Problem. Insgesamt ein augenscheinlich liebevoll gepflegter und sehr zu empfehlender Urlaubsort!

Heerlijke vakantiewoning

Een heerlijk vakantiehuis om een heerlijke vakantie te vieren. Alles is aanwezig! Het huis is voorzien van airco, wat erg fijn is bij temperaturen van 35 graden en hoger. Het zwembad is perfect voor verkoeling. De tuin is groot en mooi onderhouden. Overal zijn zitjes gecreëerd, zodat er op elk moment van de dag een heerlijk plekje is om te genieten van het stralende weer! Dit vakantiehuis is een aanrader voor mensen met kinderen! Overal is aan gedacht. Wij hebben een top tijd gehad!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Es ist ein sehr geräumiges, top ausgestattes Haus mit einem großen, sehr gepflegten Pool. Wir waren zu fünft dort und hatten für die große Tochter noch die Casita zusätzlich gemietet, was eindeutig die richtige Wahl war (ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer und eigenes Bad). Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief immer rasch und sehr freundlichab. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte ebenfalls sehr freeundlich. Weiterzuempfehlen!

Heerlijk vakantiehuis met mooi zwembad in rustige omgeving.

Goed en mooi onderhouden huis. Veel ruimte eromheen. Zwembad ideaal voor ons, gezin met 3 grote kinderen. Alles is aanwezig. Airco heel fijn in de zomer. Wij voelden ons zeer welkom. Mede door goed contact met de eigenaar waren wij goed voorbereid en hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad in Villa Canta Corazon.

Heerlijk ontspannen

Alles wat we nodig hadden was te vinden in en om de woning. Van keukengerei tot speelgoed voor in het zwembad. We waren met 4 volwassenen en twee kinderen. Ook al is het huis met drie slaapkamers geschikt voor 6 personen. Het ‘bijhuren’ van de 2 persoons casita gaf ons toch net een beetje meer ruimte. Elke ochtend plukte we sinaasappelen in de tuin, zodat we tijdens ons ontbijt met uitzicht op de bergen konden genieten van verse jus d’orange. Het meest genoten hebben wij van het zwembad bij het huis. Een mooi groot zwembad. Klein nadeel voor de kinderen is dat het zwembad erg diep is. Zij konden maar op een klein stuk staan. Ook dit nadeel heeft zijn voordeel. De kinderen hebben hun zwemvaardigheid goed getraind! De tuin om het huis vraagt wat onderhoud. Al is het door de grote ruimte om het huis niet nodig de tuin te gebruiken. Nadeel in de periode dat wij er waren was het grote aantal muggen. Deze beestjes werden rond 18.30 uur echt vervelend. Avondjes buiten zitten was er voor ons helaas niet bij. Dan maar een wijntje drinken in de woonkamer. De omgeving heeft veel te bieden: natuur, strand en uiteraard Valencia. De directe omgeving oogde wat ‘rommelig’. Verschillende gebouwen waren verwaarloosd en andere gebouwen zijn nooit afgebouwd. Geen bruisende omgeving dus. Deze kun je uiteraard wel opzoeken als je bereid bent hier een stukje voor te rijden. Wij hebben heerlijk ontspannen en genoten van ons verblijf.

Fijn dat onze gasten het zo naar hun hun zin hebben in Villa Canta Corazon. Het zwembad en de stranden zijn inderdaad heerlijk, Voor (kleine) kinderen zijn er zwembanden/-zitjes, maar als ze geen diploma hebben moet je er natuurlijk altijd bijblijven! Voor de allerkleinsten is er daarom een opblaasbadje. Wat betreft het onderhoud van de tuin: ons perceel is 2700m2 groot en is opgesplitst in een deel voor de gasten met een door de tuinman onderhouden terrassen/siertuin en een permaculture-deel dat wij grotendeels aan de natuur overlaten. In Spanje zijn er ook muggen, gebruik daarvoor de aanwezige muggenlamp (in de garage) zodat je buiten kunt blijven zitten. In het villawijkje rondom Villa Canta Corazon staan goed onderhouden huizen maar het dorp La Barraca is echt Spaans, dus naar onze noordelijke begrippen wat rommelig. Maar dat hoort er nu eenmaal bij in het echte Spanje! Dus ...... als je houdt van zon, strand en steden/cultuur (alles (behalve de zon) max. 30 minuten rijden) en je wilt verblijven in een mooie, zeer goed uitgeruste Villa met groot privé zwembad, dan ben je in Villa Canta Corazon op het juiste adres !!

Heerlijke vakantie!

Wij huurden zowel de vakantiewoning als de casita. De vakantiewoning heeft echt alles wat u nodig heeft voor een heerlijk verblijf nabij Valencia. Ook aan de kinderen wordt er gedacht... Wij konden via Whatsapp ook steeds de hosts of eigenaar vlot bereiken indien we vragen hadden (ook op voorhand konden we met al onze vragen terecht bij de eigenaar). Een aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar absolute rust!

Mooie, vrijstaande villa met veel privacy

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf in deze villa, alles wat je nodig hebt is er. We hadden zelf geen (strand-)handdoeken mee hoeven nemen. Doordat er ook in de slaapkamers airconditioning is was het tijdens erg warme dagen heerlijk koel binnen, ook in de cassita. Er staat een weber bbq waar we gebruik van hebben gemaakt en waar we vooral van hebben genoten is het heerlijke grote en diepe zwembad. (Waarvoor er luchtbedden aanwezig waren) De bomen hingen vol met sinaasappels en citroenen die we konden plukken en persen, hoe bijzonder was dat! Tijdens een vakantie in dit huis zal je niet snel mis grijpen, het is zeer compleet uitgerust ,er stond zelfs een kinderbuggy. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad waar we nog vaak aan zullen terug denken!

Villa très agréable. Nous avons apprécié tout particulièrement la piscine. Malgré la "barrière de la langue, nous avons trouvé le propriétaire, ainsi que les personnes sur place très gentils et intentionnés.

A great, sunny, child-friendly house with a beautiful garden with nice swimmingpool and orange trees

We were in the house with our two kids in april/may and the weather was great. What a great and beautiful house!! Every morning my husbrand and kids picked oranges is the garden for breakfast. The kids lovend it. Then we went to the beach/zoo or aquarium in Valencia or we went to Denia or other nice places. When we came back we went for a swim at the pool. Everything in the house was there for a great stay! Even things for the kids to play with in the pool or games to play inside. There is nothing negative to say about the house! The beds, shower and kitchen are good, there are a lot of places tot sit inside and outside and we liked it so much that we are surely coming back next year!! The house was clean and when we arrived the beds were made up and there was water in the fridge already. We also could do our laundry there (thats great when you have kids). Thank you Henri & Inge for this perfect vacation and we will see you next year! We hadden een perfect verblijf! Zonnig, mooi, schoon, zelfs aan de kinderen was gedacht. Er ligt papier met kleurtjes, speeltjes voor in het zwembad en spelletjes om te spelen. Zelfs een grote opblaaskrokodil voor in het water. We hebben veel gezwommen in het heerlijke zwembad en boekjes gelezen om de lubberden. We hebben genoten met ons hele gezin. Een prachtige omgeving vol sinaasappelbomen en mooie stranden, kastelen en genoeg te doen met kids (zoo en aquarium in Valencia). Wij komen zeker terug!! Super bedankt!

A real retreat

We spent an amazing week at Villa Canta Corazon Henri & Inge were very helpful from our initial 1st enquiry. We loved the detailed information that was sent through a week before our arrival at the villa. The directions that were given in the pack were excellent. We found the pictures to be a true representation of the villa. The villa was very clean and well equipped. There was lots of attention to detail. Our point of contact whilst at the villa were Remco & Caroline, who were only a phone call/text away from any questions we had and they were very helpful. On our second day at the villa Henri called to check everything was ok, we really liked this personal touch. Our kids had a great time in the pool and loved the little touches that were left for them. We also found the location excellent, close enough to Valencia, but remote enough to relax. The true testament to how much we loved our holiday at this villa is that we are going back next year. 2019 can't come quick enough!

We have so much privacy and space around the house, a real green retrait. 🌿 We love our nice and very friendly neighbors who live in this residence area.

We do respect the privacy of them and we kindly ask our guests to do the same. 🙏🏻

This valley near the Mediterranean see is green and beautiful for hikes, bicycles. But if you just enjoy the villa with the pool, you can feel the relaxed atmosphere overhere. The sound of the cyclades makes it complete.
