LIVING ROOM
The light and spacious living room offers comfy sofas, dining table and chairs for six, large screen TV, WiFi and a balcony. Floor to ceiling double glazing allows fabulous west facing views over the City and will give you an energising, king of the castle feeling.
BEDROOMS
Both of the peaceful bedrooms face the rear, central courtyard. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and ample storage. The second bedroom offers twin beds and built in wardrobes. Quality linen, newly laundered and pressed, is provided for each stay.
KITCHEN
The smart and modern kitchen is open-plan to the living room with all machines including ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. There are three bar stools under the breakfast bar.
BATHROOMS
A fully tiled and stylish bathroom is en-suite to the master bedroom. It has a large walk-in shower, WC & basin. The second modern bathroom is adjacent to the second bedroom and offers a bath, telephone shower, WC and basin. Starter toiletries and fluffy white towels are provided as standard.
OUTSIDE SPACE
The balcony is directly off the living room and great for observing the hustle and bustle of London at work.

- Farringdon station - mainline trains plus Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith and City Line - a five minute walk away
- Barbican station - Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith and City Line - all in travel zone 1 - a seven minute walk.

- There are several car parking garages in the immediate area however we do not recommend that you bring a car to central London.
- Black taxi's are plentiful in this area and can easily be hailed on the corner of the street.
LOCATION
Clerkenwell is a convenient central London location in close proximity to the City, Bloomsbury, Shoreditch, Hoxton and Islington. There are great local amenities, numerous restaurants and supermarkets, plus historic and important cultural attractions. The Barbican is up the road, Hatton Gardens is around the corner and you can walk to St Paul’s in 15 minutes. Farringdon station is one of the largest and best connected in London and only one stop to Kings Cross / St Pancras. This is an authentic London pied-à-terre, much loved by the home owners and neat as a new pin.

The apartment was great overall. The best part was the location right near the rail station. We traveled a lot for this trip so the convenience oflocation to the rail was most important. There were also some great restaurants near by in a nice, safe neighborhood.

Excellent Flat in London!
The flat was a great place to spend a week touring London. The area is safe, the flat is modern, well kept, and stocked with supplies. The beds were comfortable and suited our group of 4 very well. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus over alternatives that 4 but with one bathroom. The Farringdon station is a short walk with access to many lines for easy transport across London. East-west and north-south bus lines were steps away as well, making getting around super convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
The two couches/sofas have lost their support and need replacing soon. The two red sitting chairs are overly worn, but comfortable. It was disappointing that the lift was taken out of service for the last half of our stay, but know that's out of your control.

Convenient in Clerkenwell
Lovely apartment with a great location in Clerkenwell. Easy access to the underground and plenty of restaurants and pubs, and having an elevator was a plus. It was our second stay here and would rent again.
It could use a furniturein the living room, and we found the floor inside the shower to be very slippery (had to put towels inside), and the addition of a larger shower caddy for shampoos, etc. would be helpful, but otherwise it was perfect for our vacation.

Great Location in Clerkenwell
This is our third time renting this apartment and it's perfect for us. Farringdon Station is less than 2 blocks away, which makes it so convenient to quickly get to all the places you want to see. The easy access to stores, pubs, underground, and the fact that there is a lift to the second floor is an added bonus! There were ample supplies of TP, paper towels, and other amenities for your stay. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone coming to London. The neighborhood is lively and there are lots of choices for food very close by.
The living room furniture is quite dated and could use a refresh, but otherwise, a very comfortable apartment. There is a clothes washer, but no dryer, but there is a drying rack and several fans to help dry clothes and towels.

Super apartment
This place really is super-nice - I am happy to write a review for it. We really just had breakfast here every day because we were out so much, but it was relaxing to have a nice kitchen to make coffee and tea in and plan the day ahead. It was larger than expected and very comfortable for our small group. Thank you London Agent.

Charming new area for us
What an interesting area Clerkenwell turned out to be. Our little group wanted to stay somewhere we weren’t so familiar with in London this time around and we are so glad we chose this flat. We found some great places to eat locally and in the City and it doesn’t take long to get into the centre. It is only one stop to St Pancras! The flat itself was very lovely, so that combined with getting to know somewhere new made our trip wonderful. Thanks again.

convenient and easy
We live in London - around the corner from this flat - but had to move temporarily due to damage to our own home. This was a convenient option for us, it is very near Farringdon underground and the flat is larger than the photos communicate - which is great as it's usually the reverse. Our agent was efficient and easy to work with and we can recommend them and the flat.

Great apartment in Clerkenwell
Clerkenwell was amazing - I was not very familiar with this part of London and it was exciting to discover how much there is going on around there. It's an interesting neighbourhood with good restaurants and a busy vibe. The rental apartment was great - comfortable and relaxing, and nice bathrooms - always useful to have more than one with travelling with friends! Happy to recommend this neighbourhood to anyone who likes London lively.

Lovely apartment, no complaints at all.
We all enjoyed our time in this lovely apartment - it is clean, attractive and comfortable. Little extras made living here enjoyable and relaxing like the balcony, the good sized bathrooms and being close to transport. If you like a busy and interesting part of London to stay in with plenty of history and culture, I can recommend Clerkenwell. Lots to do and see and some good local places to eat. Our stay was a success, so thanks to all and see you again.

Great flat, nice location.
Our trip was successful and we had a comfortable stay in this apartment. We found it to be spacious and nicely decorated. The bathrooms were a good size also, which is important. Being so close to the transport also suited us well. London can be a noisy place, but we did not mind this so much as we know we are in a large city. We enjoyed walking around and found this part of London to be very interesting. We had no trouble finding the food we wanted to buy to cook in the apartment in the shops and markets. Thank you everybody at this agency.

Farringdon Station Neighborhood Apartment
We stayed one week at this apartment.
Positives: It was very clean, newish furnishings, although the sofa needed a good cleaning, and new looking kitchen and bathrooms. Two bathrooms are a rarity and this was a must for us (3 people) so this is one of the reasons we chose this rental. Location is excellent, a bit noisy at rush hous because it is just across site street from the station, a huge positive for us!. Two exits on the rail from Covent Garden station. Lots of good restaurants, moderate to expensive priced, and lots of pubs. Small convenience grocery stores are down the street (expensive) but very convenient. A great library of books and England travel guides are at your dispose. The security is excellent and there is an elevator.
Negatives: No air conditioning and there was an unusual heat wave. There were two tiny fans that did not help. The window in the master bedroom opened to the back of a restaurant so with windows open the room smelled of fried fish :(((
The Internet was not the best , we had to reset it in order to connect and sometimes it did not work at all which was frustrating as it was very important to us to be connected.
There were only 3 bath towels provided and it was not ideal to use the same towel for a week.
The "washer" was a tiny apartment size appliance and not very helpful and there was no good place to dry clothes except on a rack provided in the living room near an open sliding glass door. Also when we tried to wash the bath towel, they were hard, grey looking and scratchy due to the poor washer and lack of dryer.
In conclusion, we would definitely stay at this apartment in any season other than summer. We loved the city and the people and this was one of the best vacations we have been on!

Air-conditioning is not usual in residential homes in London. We have very few extremely hot days and it is not considered necessary plus many people regard it as unhealthy. It is far more important to have central heating and double glazing which the majority of homes do have.
The Wifi provider has recently been changed from Virgin to Talk-Talk and we hope that will improve the quality of internet connection.
All of our towels are from John Lewis and are provided clean, white and fluffy.

Perfect fit
Your flat was exactly what we needed for our first visit to London! The flat was comfortable, well equipped and in a very convenient location. Having the tube and train station nearby was key in getting around London with ease.
We were disappointed in the wifi. We had trouble connecting consistently. This was unfortunate in that internet was our way of making plans for the following day and communicating with friends and family.
