Beautiful apartment in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A stones throw from the beach and on the South West coastal path.

3 bedroom apartment on ground floor with 2 bathrooms and open plan living/kitchen area.
Open plan living area with 2 large sofa's and extendable dining table, seating up to 8 people. Window bench with excellent sea views.
Wi-Fi throughout, laptop and multi function printer in small desk area by kitchen.
Landlines available for use.
Newly installed Dimplex night storage/panel heaters plus extra plug in rads available.
Main bedroom with king size bed.
Second bedroom with double bed.
Third bedroom with full size single bunk beds
One family bathroom with bath and shower.
One family bathroom with large walk in shower.

42 Inch Smart TV and DVD player. Netflix & Prime video logged in.

To Devon I drove To stay at Hope Cove I took wife and cat Also this and that Eddystone had all I need Even had a book to read The standard is so great And a kitchen so we ate The view to sea is unreal So stay here I appeal

Fab stay!

What a fabulous place! The apartment exceeded our expectations as the photos really don’t manage to capture just how great the place is. It is so well equipped with everything you need to make your holiday as easy as possible, the location is fab, just a stones throw from a fab spot to spend the day paddle boarding and the evenings watching the amazing sunset. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Wonderful Hope Cove

When we arrived it was lovely, sunshine and the apartment looked great, beds and bedrooms fine bathrooms clean and well laid out. Kitchen dinning room and front room well laid out sorry to say this as I dislike negatives but kitchen was great with everything you could wish for to cook for a family, but could not use the oven or the air fryer due to both being very dirty. Curtains at the front door hanging off the rail and to high for us to correct as the hooks on the rings were broken. Furniture stained and in need of shampooing on both settees, dining chairs and window seat. The owner was very helpful with a problem in the sinks which turned out to be no problem at all as they were very modern and we did not know how they worked. The apartment is wonderful but it needs a really good clean and check over between lettings it’s tired and in need of some love.

Quiet week away by the beach

We simply loved our stay in hope cove. The ground floor apartment was really well equiped with everything you could think of and more - simply a home from home. The sofas were comfy as were the beds. The two bathrooms were clean and spacious. The aprtment which was tucked up just yards from the sandy beach. The beach itself was safe and one of us actually had a swim! Great places to eat and drink just a short walk away. We would recommend the lobster pods and of course the Hope and Anchor! The only tiny teeny thing was behind the bed in the larger of the two bedrooms! We would definately stay again. Great for a family break with children or as we did a party of adults seeking a rest away from it all.

Excellent holiday appartment

We arrived after a five hour journey with small children but couldn’t get access until 5.00 pm, which was very stressful. However the accommodation was fantastic and the equipment was second to none. We had a fabulous holiday.

Lovely Apartment in a Beautiful Setting

I've stayed here before and was hugely impressed with how spacious and well equipped the apartment was. It has all you need and more plus communication with the owner is very good. I have marked the cleanliness down as the attention to detail for cleanliness was missing however, I understand this was because the owners regular cleaner was unwell and unable to clean this time and she had to get in alternative cleaners at short notice. Other than that, I very much enjoyed the holiday staying here again and would highly recommend the property.

Perfect chilled get-away

The property was light and airy with high ceilings. Lots of space. Well kitted out with computer and smart TV with prime and Netflix. The kitchen was really well equipped which was great as we love cooking and some holiday properties have next to nothing in the kitchen. The bed was so comfy. Best sleep we have had in ages. Lovely big walk in shower and two bathrooms was a real treat. All in all a beautiful property

Stunning Location

Lovely quiet location right by the beach and very nice property. It could have been cleaner in certain areas, notably the rollaway bed, and the basic cleaning products mentioned in the Welcome Book were non existent. Despite this, it was very nice place to stay and perfectly located.

A Great Apartment in Hope Cove

We have just returned from an excellent stay at Eddystone apartment in Hope Cove, the property is a great base for exploring the South Hams, with access to the cost path and local beaches is easy. While the weather was stormy is was great to watch the waves crashing over the sea wall from the bay window in the lounge ( We arrived in the aftermath of Storm Eunice), we also saw seals in the bay daily, much to the delight of our 6 year old daughter and 1 year old son. Hope Cove also treated us well out of season with good food at The Cove and the Hope and Anchor. The apartment was a great base, warm, well appointed, well furnished and clean. It felt like a proper home with everything needed to actually prepare good home cooked food (often neglected in holiday lets), and credit to its owner Vanessa. The apartment being 50m from the beach was great as you can walk to the beach and enjoy your morning coffee. The apartment is great for outdoorsy families and we would highly recommend. We will return hopefully for another out of season break soon

Great Property, great location

We have returned to this property a few times and will again. We have stayed in many properties around Hope Cove, and this is our favourite. Spacious and comfortable with everything you could need. Great communication with owners, easy check-in. Fantastic location, with parking and outside space within touching distance of the beach

Wow what a place

This was the most amazing place from the beautiful location, incredible walks and top notch apartment. The apartment had everything you could need and more…I especially loved the info folder with manuals for all the appliances so handy when your not used to a certain dishwasher/washing machine etc. We really didn’t want the holiday to end, we couldn’t recommend this place any higher.

Always wonderful

We love staying here. It’s always well maintained and always feels like home. One slight problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently. We were impressed. I would recommend the property to anyone especially those taking children it’s ideally situated.

We had a lovely stay at Eddystone in Hope Cove. A very attractive, well equipped and comfortable apartment, very close to the beach and coastal path. Would highly recommend.

The property was large and very well equipped for every day use. It is situated with a Seaview

We found The property large and very well equipped it was very clean with two bathrooms that were excellent from the front patio you can sit and have a drink with a Seaview. It is also located close to the bars and shop of the town overall we had an excellent week stay

Excellent in all ways except for bad weathercausing communication problems.

Unfortunately there was no WiFi connection throughout our stay and no phone line for the majority of our week. This was in no way due to the fault of the owners; it just took a long time to connect with the owners. Once we had made direct contact the owner’s husband travelled a long way to attempt to sort it out. We very much appreciated this because I had been trying to communicate with a London Hospital with the intention of immediate admission. We duly had to leave two days earlier than planned in order to get hospital admission

It was regrettable that the phone and internet was not working, especially as mobile coverage is temperamental at best in such a remote part of the world! Thank you for your understanding whilst we attempted to get things fixed. We hope you are well and enjoyed your stay although you had to leave earlier than planned.
