Overall enjoyed the stay and would book with Chad and Danielle again. The condo properties/buildings could use some updating but still a good choice for price point. It was clean and thats what moms care about .

Weekend Getaway

Great location close to a lot of fun things to do. Situated in a cove around the corner from the main channel. Nice place to relax with morning coffee while watching fish and turtles swim around from the waterfront condo.

Great time at the lake

My mom and I had a great time at their condo. It was very comfortable and well decorated. We were close to everywhere we wanted to go. We will definitely be back. Theanks for having us Chad and Danielle!

spring vacation

The property was perfect for our family getaway. We had the indoor pool to ourself, the property was clean, and had sufficient kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, etc. This was our second time staying and would gladly stay again. It is only a short drive to all Osage Beach or Camdenton has to offer. Two adults, two kids.

Wonderful Lake Trip!!!!!!!

We stayed at the lake at this gorgeous property. The condo is just lovely, and it's very nicely decorated (great linens and the bed is heavenly), for us it felt like we were home. The Club House pools (both indoor & outdoor) and the hot tub are all very well maintained & crystal clear. We were so close to all the fun activities that it was perfect. It's a really great location (Osage Beach), and really convenient to all the places we needed (golf, outlet mall, grocery stores & fine dining). We would definitely stay here again.

Loved this place on the water, you will not be disappointed. The reasons we gave it a 4 instead of a 5 star:I reached out and personally asked via email if there were any steps (one of us have a very bad hip etc) and was assured there were none so we booked... NOPE there are steps to climb getting to the condo. Would have booked another place if we got the actual details. This one was not a deal breaker but all of the out door lights were burnt out and since we did not arrive until late, we could not find the room.

By the water

Enjoyed looking over the deck rail at the aquatic life below. A few items missing like dish towels and pot holders Not a big issue managed without. Quiet cove area. We were there during the week so May be a little noisier on weekend. Overall good experience.

Nothing short of magical

It was absolutely beautiful! Coming in from Florida I have a good idea on comfort and this was simply amazing. Chad was so helpful and there were mapped guides on places to check out! I especially enjoyed how secure and safe I felt as a woman alone in an unfamiliar place! Everyone was so nice, the place had every basic necessity and then some like extra pillows and more than basic appliances in the kitchen! I made buffalo chicken dip in the crockpot! Enjoyed tea on the balcony while looking directly at the lake. I recommend this place to anyone!!

Wonderful property, but need to hire new cleaners

No issues in check in and check out process, however it did not appear to be cleaned very well. I found an old hospital bracelet with someone’s name and info on it under the bed, as well as someone’s old socks. Their was also stains on the bedding. Overall we’d stay there again, but would highly recommend property owners look into hiring a new cleaner.

Overall nice

Condon is located at the very back in building 9, and down a flight of stairs. The condo above us might have had a bowling alley in there because there was crashed all night long, it was so loud. And the neighbor on the same floor has a few dogs that wanted to bark all night long. The sliding door to the balcony didn’t lock, and the front door doesn’t have a dead bolt. If you mess with the bolt on the door it won’t lock each time you leave, found that out the hard way! The condo came fairly stocked. The shower and beds were nice. Beautiful view and love the property of the Knolls.

Love Osage Beach, its my favorite place, The Knolls was not like the picture described it to be, I had to clean our Condo there were two lights out and the lightning is not that good to begin with and the sliding glass door would not lock. But overall stay was good.

Knolls Condo vacation

The property is tucked away and secluded. Great view of the lake. The cove that this condo is in is awesome. Couple restaurants and swim up bars in the cove. The room was Clean and had everything we needed. The balcony was awesome for hanging out in the evenings . The drive in was very cool as well. We enjoyed our stay here.

Meh...

For starters, The Knolls as a whole is an excellent property. Most importantly this property was rented to us with no working fire alarms or smoke detectors in the unit. Extremely unsafe considering the building was evacuated at one point during our stay, and we had NO idea. We were just hanging around inside with two small children while everyone else was alerted of a fire within the building. When the owner was notified by VRBO regarding this issue, he was extremely rude and talked down to me as though I am dumb. "The red fire alarm is right on the wall in the kitchen. I'm not sure how you don't see it on the wall." He said. Even without that issue, there was nothing real great about the condo. Terrible lighting so it was super dark inside, literally one trash can in the entire unit, the couches were so worn out that they sagged throughout (even the arm rests sagged) Only the bare minimum was provided as far as necessities in the kitchen. (No condiments, only a couple of towels, one minimal set of pans, nothing 'extra' like most VRBOs) Overall, not very inviting and definitely not great for a family. It doesn't help that the owner was ignorant. 10/10 would not recommend.

Little older condo but mostly kept up. Comfy

The condo looked like it had recently been redone and possibly in the stage of being completed. The main bedroom had a large closet but it was full of boxed and stuff so no clothes could be hung in there. The 2nd bedroom did have a closet but inconvenient to to have all clothes in one room. The garbage disposal did not work. Did not know this until trying to put food down it. Notified the owner on June 21, the day after we arrived. No response from the owner at all and we checked out on June 24. No information in the condo on who to contact should there be issues such as this. So the water would back up on that side of the sink and the food was getting pretty smelly. The ice dispenser did not work on the fridge. It made ice but would it would not push the ice cubes out the door nor crush the ice. I do not have an ice on the door fridge so did not know what to do. We just reached into the ice maker with our hands. So much for sanitizing. I left a note the day we left about the garbage disposal and the ice maker. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful. Nice that we had 3 TVs, all worked. Furniture was all very comfortable; beds and bedding were wonderful and upgrade, not cheap. Located on the water but not a beach. No swimming allowed but there was an indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub and an outdoor pool. All were very clean. I loved having a code to get in instead of a key or key card. There was a balcony we could go out on with chairs and a table. Great to sit on at night when the heat went down. All it all, a good stay and I would recomment to a friend.

We didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the condo, it was mainly only used to shower and sleep. Beds and couches are comfortable, shower is nice. We brought a small fan as we always do (need the white noise to sleep), but there was an awesome fan already in there. Also packed hair dryer and straightener, but those were there as well. The bedrooms are super dark which made for great sleeping. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the living room ceiling fan… don’t know if it doesn’t work or if we’re just dumb. The thermostat has a mind of its own and would randomly change the temperature to something drastically different than what we set it on. Two additions that I would have found helpful is a full length mirror and a small trash can in the bathroom. Overall, great condo and we would definitely stay again!

We have been coming to the lake for over 20 years and always has been drawn to The Knolls Resort for all of its amenities. The grounds are always kept up, well cared for and overall a great complex. We wanted to give our children a vacation place and hope they will carry it on with their children.
