Beautiful River view from the home. Bedroom one has a king bed with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two has a queen bed. There is a futon in the living area that can sleep two people. This home is set up to relax, with key west colors and serene decor. You can relax with your family or walk to one of the many local live entertainment spots. There are several public docks and a boat launch located near the home. Sebastian inlet is also nearby and is known for great fishing. Riverview park is two blocks away with a playground, a splash park and volleyball court. Festivals occur at this park often. Sebastian Florida is a premiere vacation location! You may also choose to take the 90 minute drive to visit Disney and many other Orlando attractions. This location offers it all!

This is a great place to stay! Walks to restaurants vary from 5 to 10 minutes along the Sebastian River and there are several parks and piers for dolphin and manatee watching.We only just checked out and I have booked our stay for next December already.The bed are comfortable and the whole place is clean and neat.Coffee while you watch the sunrise was unbeatable.

Wonderful holiday get-a-way!

We really enjoyed our stay in Sebastian, the property was perfect for our family. The host had the home stocked above and beyond what we would have expected and made it very comfortable being there, would go back and recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful cottage! Was very convenient to where our Dad is in memory care. We fished right in front of the cottage and even though we didnā€™t catch anything, we saw plenty of dolphins! Beautiful sunrises

Lovely house! / Perfect location!

Robin was an awesome host! The house was as described and super clean. Robin included a lot of extras from toiletries to snacks that really made our 2 week stay feel like a home away from home. The views of the water were beautiful and the house was walking distance to all of our favorite places in Sebastian ! Would definitely stay here again :)

Perfect getaway

The house was clean and very spacious! Fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. Located within walking distance of parks, restaurants and bars. Let's talk about the view........ FREAKING GORGEOUS!!! To wake up and see that makes me jealous of the locals! We have family and friends that live in Sebastian that are also recommending this home to others!! The extra touches with snacks and daily essentials was so kind! Definitely will be booking with Robin again.

Birthday weekend

Came down for our grandson's birthday, and this house was perfect. Walking distance to Riverside Park and directly across from the public riverfront walking trail. Close to everything, view is fantastic, house was the perfect size, clean, and Robin supplied us with all kinds of welcome goodies (plus had all the staples on hand). Will stay again.

Oh the view!

Lovely house, roomy and comfortable and the view of the river was wonderful. I enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning! Robin provided everything we needed including a lovely selection of snacks. Excellent communication and easy check in too. Highly recommend.

SIX stars!

Cannot recommend this place enough! The house is lovely--spacious, sunny, airy, very comfortable, and immaculately clean--and Robin was beyond wonderful in every thoughtful way. Location is perfect, with the riverside walking path and nearby park and easy access to shopping just blocks away. Neighbors on both sides were friendly and welcoming, too! This is a gem.

Lovely home for a getaway!

We rented this lovely home during Christmas week and truly enjoyed our stay! The home is very spacious, clean and comfortable with everything you need! Our wonderful host, Robin, had a welcome basket of snacks &water waiting for us upon our arrival. She also included an ample supply of toiletries (if you forgot it, she thought of it). The views from the home are spectacular. The sunset was gorgeous and the night the bright moon shined across the river was amazing! Our dog enjoyed the fenced in side yard where he played a lot of ball (plenty of room to run). We also enjoyed every evening in the side yard, watching the people walking with their pets and babies, as well as enjoying that nice cool breeze. Not only is it a wonderful home, it's very convenient to all the attractions and restaurants in the area. There are plenty of places to eat and do things within walking distance. This is a treasure I know I'll want to come back to! Thank you, Robin!

Cute roomy two bedroom overlooking the Indian River

The River House is a home away from home for us when visiting Sebastian. We feel so spoiled when we visit. Robin supplies the home with so many goodies such as many snacks, bottled water, any cleaning and laundry needs, many personal needs, etc.. There are many CD movies, and games for rainy times. The front of the house has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Indian River. You can't beat the view and location. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Robin is a terrific host. The home is light and bright. We love it!!!

Better than we could have even dreamed!

Absolutely LOVE this place! Everything you can think if, you have here in this hidden gem. From the small touches such as lotion, soap and toothpaste, to the big items like toilet paper and paper towels this place has everything. I would recommend to anyone looking for a stay at Sebastian that's close to everything, cozy like home, and the best sunrise you can find! Dont hesitate - rent this place!
