Relaxing stay

Our stay was very relaxing in the villa, everything was there that we needed. Contrary to Phil C's review, this is no pool, but work was starting on a shared pool in the vacant plot next door. I was informed that this was to be shared by 3 apartments. On our arrival the digger was present, but Larraitz (sorry if mispelt) was soon on the phone and work stopped outside for the duration of our break (thank you) We were met at the airport and given the car, dont expect a newish one for the price, it was adequate, lets leave it at that. We were escorted to the villa and shown around. If you plan on BBQing, the area is great for this, but the only downside as i found out is that at night, you can't see much, the external lights do not really cover the BBQ area, I was often using the flash on my phone as a torch to see how it was going. Make sure you have a can of fly spray or similar for the occasional ant. Overall a good stay, thank you Galindo and Larraitz.

Lovely spacious villa with pool

The villa is well laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool is lovely and there is plenty of outside space to relax. There is no air conditioning, but the ceiling fans do a good job and the building is built to be cool.

Family holiday

House Clean and good location. Little dated inside and could do with modernisation but had all amenities. No air-conditioning but they have ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. Lights inside are very cold and not cozy. TV could be upgraded to smart TV in order to watch netflix etc on it. Baby highchair available but have to book in advance. Lots of cupboard space to store clothes. Outside area Nice secluded outside area with some over look but not enough to put you off. Clean and spacious and beds were in good condition. Pool was very cold and although pool was supposed to be warmed apparently the machine was broken the whole week so unfortunately we couldn't put our baby in it as it was very cold. BBQ in good order but hard to use in the dark as it outside light didn't work. Used phone as torch. Contact Contact with owner ok but needed more Contact to fix pool which never got fixed so a little disappointed there. Overall All in all a good stay with few minor points but would go back again and recommend to friends.

Fin feriebolig for barnefamilie.

Vi har hatt en fin 2ukers ferie med barn/barnebarn. Vi har alle kost oss ute rundt bassenget som både store og små har hatt glede av. Har og blitt grillmat etter at barna har lagt seg. Ute i Hagen. Ypperlig sted å feriere med små barn. Stille og fredelig område. . Vi har alle kost oss og nå går veien hjem til Norge. Der venter 2 uker i hjemmekarantene - corona. Kommer gjerne tilbake 😊☀️

Sehr erholsame Tage in Villa 84

Von der Buchung bis zur Rückkehr und Erstattung der Kaution verlief alles super. Schnelle Reaktionszeiten, ein Video vorab per WhatsApp, wie man zu der Villa gelangt (wir waren schon mehrfach in dem Ort und kennen uns recht gut dort aus), Camila hat sich um alle Kleinigkeiten wie defekte Glühbirnen und Batterien umgehend gekümmert und es wurde noch am gleichen Tag alles in Ordnung gebracht. Die Villa ist geräumig, der Pool (unbedingt beheizen lassen) ist Gold wert. Es gibt 4 Liegen am Pool, einen schönen Grill, einen großen Esstisch draußen mit 6 Stühlen, Licht-Bewegungsmelder im Grill- und Essbereich und wir haben viele Abende gerne dort gesessen. Die Terrasse hat den ganzen Tag über Sonne und auch schattige Plätze, es gibt einen Sonnenschirm und über dem Esstisch draußen eine manuell ausfahrbare Markise. Unser Bett war sehr bequem, allerdings Queensize und nicht Kingsize. 2 sehr breite Menschen müssten sich unter 1 Decke arrangieren. Ein Badezimmer ist mit Badewanne mit integrierter Dusche, Bidet, Fenster und das andere mit einer recht engen Duschkabine, zusätzlich Waschmaschine und ebenfalls mit Fenster ausgestattet. Alles ist ordentlich, die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Sehr große Kühl-/Gefrierkombi, Wasserkocher, Saftpresse, Toaster, Mikrowelle etc., Fernseher mit vielen deutschen und englischen Programmen. Schön wären jedoch mal neue Platzsets und ein neuer Wäscheständer. In allen Zimmern sind Ventilatoren, sehr angenehm, wobei der im Schlafzimmer allerdings relativ laut war. Die Lage der Villa ist super. Es war für eine "Siedlung" erstaunlich ruhig und das haben wir sehr genossen. Die Zufahrt liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und zu Fuß ist man nach 200-500 m bei Restaurants, Geschäften, kleinen Supermärkten. Eine Anmerkung noch: Es wäre schön, wenn der Pool etwas weniger gechlort würde. Unser Silberschmuck hat in Verbindung mit dem Poolwasser gelitten. Man kriegt es wieder in Ordnung, aber Geruch und der im Urlaub unschöne Schmuck könnte vermieden werden, wenn hier ein bißchen dosierter mit dem Chlor umgegangen würde. Vielen Dank nochmal an Camila für die immer schnellen Rückantworten und wir kommen defintiv gerne wieder.

February Getaway

We loved our stay at Villa 84. Galindo & Camila were fantastic with communication and nothing seemed too much hassle. The villa is easy to find and for those in doubt these guys also send you a video to make it clear. The heated pool option is well worth the additional payment. We can’t thank these guys enough and look forward to staying here again!

very nearly perfect

Great communication before and during, there was a problem with the WiFi but this was quickly sorted. Everything is as described, superb very sunny patio around the pool. The villa could do with a little freshen up, some of the kitchen drawers are a little wonky. Overall a great stay in a well established and marketed property.

Excellent!!

Just returned from a week at Villa 84. Had a fantastic time, the villa has everything you'll need. Location is great, a 2 minute walk from the supermarkets and restaurants. Camila arranged everything for us including the car and we had no problems picking it up from the airport once we realised the exit gates are numbered on the outside! The villa is about a 25 minute drive from the airport and it's an easy drive when you're attempting to get your bearings. We'll definitively be going back! Callao Salvaje is now our favourite resort on Tenerife.

Fantastiskt läge

Vi är totalt sett mycket nöjda med denna bostad. Vi har dock ett par tips, eftersom vi tyckte att några saker borde finnas i bostaden, och det är t ex: dammsugare, rengöringsmedel till toaletter och golv mm, tvättmedel för att tvätta sänglinnen och handdukar och dessutom plats att hänga upp sängkläder för 6 personer om vi nu ska tvätta dessa själva. Saknade också två solsängar eftersom vi var 6 personer. Köksdelen lite dåligt rengjord, men i övrigt fint och fräscht. Kontakten med Camilla fungerade utmärkt och hon var mycket hjälpsam och vänlig. Poolen sköttes utmärkt. Vi saknade också en pärm med information om orten och t ex var sopor slängs, tel nr till läkare, och annat allmänt.

prettig verblijf begin oktober

De woning voldeed aan al onze verwachtingen. Het huis was proper bij aankomst. Het zwembad was aangenaam van temperatuur om in te zwemmen. In het huisje was een wasmachine aanwezig, spijtig genoeg geen afwasmachine. De ligging van de woning was in orde, dicht bij diverse restaurants en supermarkten en op een rustige locatie in Tenerife. De incheckprocedure was ook eenvoudig en de bijgeleverde auto voldeed ook aan onze verwachtingen. Bedankt voor een prettig verblijf in Tenerife!

Overall very enjoyable stay in villa 84 pool a great asset and the hired car a useful advantage. Perfect for our family of five only nitpick could have done with better lighting on the kitchen but didn’t detract from us enjoying everything thank you to Gallindo and staff for their courtesy and help. Sitio ideal

Esta casa es justo lo que necesitábamos mi familia y yo. Un lugar donde descansar pero con buenos accesos a los puntos de la isla que nos interesaban. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la piscina y de las cenas al aire libre! Asael nos facilitó y flexibilizó la entrada, y el alquiler del coche, lo que nos hizo más cómodas aún las vacaciones. Gracias por todo!

Nice Villa in quiet residential area

Excellent location for those looking to enjoy the weather. Nice quiet area for those with families. Villa is lovely, pool is great all services as advertised. Easy checkin and checkout, the people who you deal with are excellent and provide a professional and comfortable service. We had a late checkout due to our return flight time, to which the company had no issue & at no extra cost. This gave us plenty of time to enjoy the day, pack our belongings & ensure the property was left clean and tidy. Thanks again for a pleasant experience.

Excellent Holiday

Villa 84 was fantastic, great location and the car hire was excellent. The villa had everything we needed and required for a great holiday. The villa was very clean and tidy on arrival and the pool was amazing, very clean and well maintained. Larraitz was superb, very friendly and was always on hand if we needed her. We hope to be returning in the near future. Thank you both for a fantastic holiday.

Excellent Value

Wonderful trip - the villa is fantastic - we travelled with a 13 month old and the space was perfect for him. Larraitz was so helpful and accommodating. Callao Salvaje is very quiet but if you want to visit the busier areas of Adeje and Playa las Americas are a 15 min drive away. We had such a lovely time there we are already thinking about returning this year. Thank you for a brilliant holiday :)

Well situated villa, close to shops, restaurants and beach

Although in a fairly compact development, the area is fairly quiet, other than the odd local dog. The garden is the best feature of the property, especially if you pay a little extra for the pool to be heated, as it receives the sun right through the day. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the shops and a good selection of restaurants in the centre of Callao Salvaje. The villa has all the required facilities for an enjoyable holiday, functional rather than luxurious. Galindo is quick and efficient in dealing with all aspects of the booking and Larraitz is a very pleasant lady who shows you the workings of the villa, when you arrive.

The Villa was ideally situated just where we expected it to be with basic but adequate furnishings

The car, a brand new one with 9 Kilometres on the clock, was ready and waiting on our arrival. Larraitz met us (at Lidl) which was on route to the Villa, then she directed us and let us into the Villa whilst showing us around she not only helped us settle in but even helped with our luggage! Nothing was too much trouble a very helpful young lady!! We had previously stayed in and around Callao Salvaje so we already knew the area with the shops, restaurants and bars but things change over the years as they have and normally for the better! The weather was a little variable, even for November, but we still managed to top up our tans and recharge the batteries, to our satisfaction

Quiet, relaxing and close to restaurants

The car hire is so easy, no queing, just straight to the car park to collect. As we had been before Larraitz met us at the Adeje Lidl supermarket which is about 2km from the villa (There is also a Mercadona and various other stores). Everything at the villa was perfect. Lovely and clean, lovely pool and well looked after by Larraitz. We stayed at Villa 83 last year, knew what to expect and we were not dissapointed. It is a very quiet area and only a very short walk to the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be returning.

schönes Haus, gute Lage

Das Haus liegt in kurzer Entfernung zum Zentrum in ruhiger Umgebung. Es ist geräumig mit schöner Terrasse und nettem Pool. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns zweimal sofort und kompetent geholfen als wir Probleme hatten (die nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun hatten). Alles in allem gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, empfehlenswert.

Lovely villa with everything you could need. Beautiful pool area

Had an amazing holiday, couldn't fault anything. Very modern, pool lovely and clean. Plenty of bars and restaurants within 5 minute walk. Car an added bonus which we used regularly. Lidl only 10 minute drive away. Siam Park was amazing which was a 15 ninute drive away. Will definitely be returning and would thoroughly recommend this villa and location.

A lovely villa in a great location, nice and quiet but with shops and restaurants a few minutes walk

The only reason I am giving this villa 4 stars instead of 5 is because so much stuff in the villa needs replacing. Some of the bed linen is stained and old, the pillows are lumpy, the plates were cracked, the cups were chipped and old, the cutlery had definitely seen better days. All of this stuff is so easy to replace and would just put the icing on the cake for this villa. Everything else was great, particularly dealing with Larraitz who really helped us out with the pool and also with getting us a DVD player to use within a day.
