The Space:

Located on beautiful Main Beach and in the Amelia South Complex, F-6 is the perfect place to be for a relaxing getaway. With a sixth-floor view of the beach from your own private balcony, there is no better space to watch Amelia Island's famous sunrises. Upon entering the unit, you will notice the bright, comfortable common area and the fully equipped kitchen. This unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the first boasting a king size bed, from which you can look out at a stunning view of the ocean. The guest bedroom has two full size beds, allowing for a total of six guests.



All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach/pool towels are also provided for you to use during your stay.



This property does NOT supply beach chairs or umbrellas.



We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of Docusign.

Easy check in, clean and comfortable rooms. don't use the ice maker the ice taste very chlorine, The curtains at the balcony are messed up and not working well. The view was very nice and relaxing, us three ladies enjoyed our stay very much.

Amelia Beach Visit

Overall- the location is great. We love staying on the beach and quick accessibility to pool and beach is top priority. This was our first stay at this condo and overall it was clean with great beach views. The only feedback to share is the carpet should go and the furniture and rugs were dated. I would also recommend they put in door hooks for additional places to hang towels and bathing suits. For the price and location, we would definitely return. The rental company stayed in contact and we appreciated their willingness to make our stay enjoyable. We would recommend.

Great Vacation

Loved the unit and the beautiful view. Only down issue was our elevator was still down since May so we had to share one but it worked out ok, just had to be patient. Would definitely come back. Pool was perfect, beach awesome, beds comfortable, unit spotless and plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. Communication with host was right on.

Nice property

Very nice condo. It was a little too far from town for us, but nothing major. Our only complaints are that we couldnā€™t figure out how to work the coffee pot nor the TV (which had about a gazillion channels). It might be nice if you had user guides for these items.

Overall it was Okay. But I will say that the furniture needs to be updated the wicker sofa was so uncomfortable and the recliners really donā€™t recline properly. The king size bed needs to be replaced as well. A lot of big dips in the mattress where itā€™s been worn down. But a great response on the plumbing issue the shower had and it was resolved. And another thing as you would walk in the door there was a sour/ moldy smell. Not sure where it was coming from.

Great short stay.

The property was exactly as described. It was clean and had a million dollar view. We were very pleased with everything. The only problem was the elevator. Only one worked for the entire visit. Really inconvenient, as it is a large property and we were on the sixth floor. Otherwise, I would recommend this property.
