5 Firle Road Annexe is an annexe cottage near the town of Worthing in West Sussex. It has a twin bedroom which can be made into a double bed upon request with a shower room and WC. Also inside there is a fitted kitchen and a living room with a dining area. To the outside there is off-road parking for one car and a shared lawned area with furniture provided. 5 Firle Road Annexe is a cosy cottage in a wonderful seaside location.
Amenities: Electric heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, shared washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, radio, a selection of books and games and WiFi. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Bike storage. Shared use of owner's garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Beach 1 mile. Note: The twin bedroom is separated from the living area by curtains. Please note that this property is not wheelchair friendly.
