This house offers something special for your entire group/family to enjoy. I have carefully decorated this property to afford you with all of the comforts of Home! On the main floor your will find a nice updated kitchen, powder room, living room and dinning and a separate sitting room/library. On the second floor there are 4 nice sized bedrooms and 1 full bathroom , a room for the kiddos or the young at heart. On the third floor you will find 2 more bedrooms and 1 full bathroom This large yet cozy home is fully loaded with all the amenities of home. You'll find us near downtown Kansas City MO Power & Light District the 18th and Vine Jazz District. This home is moments away from everything 10 minutes from the Arrowhead & Royals Stadium . Property is spacious and the house is nicely renovated and clean. It's not in the greatest area, but it's a super close drive to the downtown area (Power & Light). The block is very quiet and we hardly even saw anyone outside the home. We all said we would stay here again.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Very much enjoyed our stay. There were 6 of us and each were able to have their own bedroom. Anything we could have needed to make our stay comfortable was provided. The location was very well situated for our day at Arrowhead and the other areas we chose to visit while in KC. Will definitely stay here again when we visit next year.

House was very welcoming. Fit all 12 of us comfortably. Was well equipped.

We had a much needed amazing experience. The house is beautiful and if you pay close attention, it has a story. We had a wonderful weekend and while the location is a bit shady, it was very accessible to many attractions.

The house was beautiful and roomy -- the neighborhood not so much. The house was clean and comfortable. We had 7 in our party and we all had plenty of space. Here are a few suggestions that would have been helpful to us: the kitchen needs some baking sheets, cooking utensils, foil and plastic wrap. We brought in food to cook and those were items that would have been helpful. Also, the decorations everywhere were cute but there is just too much stuff. We had to move a lot of knickknacks and decorations to make room for our things -- on the coffee tables, dining room table, dressers in bedrooms and in the bathrooms. Every surface was covered leaving little room for us to use without moving things. We left the house just as we found it but felt it shouldn't be the guests responsibility to pull sheets off beds, etc. Taking out the trash is ok but that should be the minimum requirement for guests to have to do. We are paying the owner to do that. Also, it was kind of creepy knowing there were cameras watching us. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful home. Thank you.

Bachelor/bachelorette Celebration

Our son got married on Dec. 3. The groom and groomsmen had a celebration on Sat before the wedding and met up with the brides party on Sunday for the Chiefs game. It was a perfect location for meeting up Togo to and from the game.

Plenty of Room to be with family

The property was as described, all in good order and easy to check in as well as communicate with the owner who was quick to respond. No issues. There was not a shortage of towels and linens, the rooms with ceiling fans were definitely a favorite, the front porch was a big hit as well. 8 adults could sleep comfortably, along with other options available depending on sleeping preferences- kids would be very happy with their options too. We all loved the high ceilings, hard wood floors, awesome wood doors, big table for meals and overall ambience of the house. The bus stop was a quick walk to connect with the tram line.

Bachelor Stay

Used this as a "10 guys getting away for a bachelor weekend". House was impressive to 10 guys at between the ages of 25-30 so that's saying something! Plenty of space so they were not tripping over each other. They loved the location being close to Power and Light as well as the stadiums. Highly recommend this property!

Oh your staying over there?!

House was nice big and perfect for our needs. Location is close to all main attractions (10-15min) drive. Most of our drivers were shocked at the neighborhood where it is. Not the safest area apparently. But besides minor noise from area barely saw anyone.

Enjoyable House

Clean, plenty of room & nice backyard everything needed to spend time at house! Ac has a hard time keeping this big house cool! Wish it would have had a ceiling fan in all bed rooms. Enjoyed the house.

Just plain average

Everything about this property is just average. The front porch area is fine to gather on, just bring your own chairs. 2 of the 3 plastic chairs are broken and the others are FILTHY. Everything works as it should, but. Nothing stands about. The front yard is 90% dirt, but itā€™s fine for games. The back yard is the same, but again, bring your own chairs. The decor is all over the place, but it works I guess.

Excellent property. Very close to Power and Light District. Owner was excellent to work with and provided detailed instructions on our stay. We will definitely stay here again. Historic and beautiful home with all the amenities you will need for a great stay in KCMO.
