Enjoy your family vacation from this charming newly refurbished ocean front home. You will enjoy beautiful ocean views of Humarock Beach from every room. Experience morning ocean sunrises and evening sunsets. The open floor plan and large decks are perfect for entertaining family and friends. The house accommodates 8 people with amenities and Wifi included. The first floor has a 30x29 living room with two sitting areas, comfy furniture, two sliders and windows that face the ocean, a flat screen TV, dining area with a large table, a kitchen with plenty of cabinets, pantry, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer & drier, and a first floor bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath room. The second floor has three bedrooms that each sleep two, and a full bath. Central Air Conditioning . Just step off the deck and you are on lovely Humarock Beach! There is a convenient outdoor shower off the deck. Located within walking distance to restaurants, a convenience store, liquor store, donut shop, Humarock Marina, hair salon, basketball courts and gift boutique. This wonderful ocean front beach home comes complete to make your vacation a memorable experience. Perfect for summer weekly rentals or seasonal rentals.

Humarock House

Had an amazing stay. The home & homeowner are 1st class. Location is A+ & plenty of parking. Very clean, fully stocked & ready for a great vacation. Views from inside & outside the home are priceless. Would absolutely rebook this home.

Most relaxing week ever!

We had such a great week. Sincerest thanks to Bill. We relaxed, walked the beach, built sandcastles, and played board games! We felt so refreshed. The great room and deck were more than we expected. The views were amazing and we were all together.

Perfect spot for a beach getaway!

We have been renting beach houses on the south shore of Massachusetts for a few years now, and this gem on beautiful Humarock Beach has been the best one yet! The great room is huge with different seating arrangements within it and a panoramic view of the ocean. It's breathtaking. Kitchen, bedrooms, decks, and outdoor shower are all terrific! The area itself is lovely, too. Very nice neighbors. Restaurants, ice cream take-out, fish market, gift store, and convenience store are all within short walking distance. Owner is attentive and helpful. This is a super spot for a family vacation!

Beach paradise

This house was the best rental we have ever had. Would love to return some time to enjoy the beach and the nearby restaurant and shopping for souvenirs again. All within walking distance. Property had everything we needed. Totally enjoyed our vacation.

Best place on the beach !

Booked the house for a family getaway and boy did it deliver ! Plenty of room, plenty of deck, stocked and spacious kitchen, gracious hosts, and of course... Humarock. Highly recommend.

Excellent getaway

We stayed for one glorious week and loved it. We need two weeks next time. The house is perfectly situated near a local restaurant and shop. Direct access to the beach is ideal. We walked everyday and played games on the beach. Thank you for a great stay.

Amazing location

This is a cute beach cottage located in the heart of Humarock beach! The house is clean and comfortable and was great for a family get away with small children. The hosts were always responsive quickly to small issues. We were able to walk to town and the beach was right at your feet!

Beautiful location

We enjoyed our stay in this house. Walkable to ice cream shop, some restaurants, coffee shops. Comfortable house with plenty of living space. Bill made our stay very comfortable and was available if we needed anything. Neighbors also friendly and helpful.

Humarock Gem

Our family loved staying here. It was, by far, one of the best places we have stayed in on Humarock Beach. It was clean and had everything we needed to make this a memorable family vacation. There were numerous games and movies for any late night gatherings. We mainly focused on the games and many of them brought back fond memories. A great place to stay and highly recommended for families with children and young adults, no matter what age they are. It is conveniently located near all the restaurants and local fare. Definitely a great summer location!!!

Spacious, clean, accessible to everything!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation! The home was spacious and clean with the most gorgeous view of the ocean! We walked to the shops, to the restaurants and walked for ice cream almost every night! My sons and grandson had great fun fishing and crabbing at night. When we went to bed you were lulled to sleep by the waves hitting the shore. I got to wake up every morning and have my coffee on the deck while falling in love with the ocean view. I got to read a book and throughly relax! The owner Bill, was attentive to any needs we might of had! We will definitely be back and can’t wait for next summer! Thank you Bill!!!!!

Great beach location

Perfect location right on the beach. You can take a walk, go for a jog or just hang out with family and friends. The house has a large common room full of ocean views which is perfect for entertaining or relaxation. There's a large deck for both as well. There is a nice restaurant and a donut place within walking distance and lots more just a couple minutes away by car. My one con would be. There are 2 bathrooms but only one with a shower, the other has a tub. There is a shower outside that works great to rinse off after a day down by the water, but probably not the best for getting ready in the morning. Overall, we had a great stay in Humarock. There were 8 of us and we always were comfortable. The location made it easy for us to go 45 minutes north to Boston and equally as far south to the Martha's Vineyard ferry. There are restaurants, shops and grocery stores a plenty in the area. Great place for a vacation.
