Nice lake view. Accommodations nice. Restaurant not open but was mentioned as an amenity. Challenging to find a place to eat for breakfast or dinner in Hammondsport. No response from online host after multiple contact attempts regarding meal options. Day of arrival I was emailed name of contact if needed. Would not choose to stay here again.

We were not informed that this was a fthird floor walk up altho we had informed them that we were senior citizens. Made life very difficult for us. Had to make three requests for information before l got any response from property manager Had no information about hours of restaurant operation. Had no instructions about operations of tv. No extra blankets availble

Very clean, great views, only problem was no designated parking spot or boat slip. Was told just put boat anywhere but slips fill up when restaurant open. Overall great place.

Keuka Lake Fun

Excellent location with an amazing view of Keuka Lake. The 2 bedroom suite was cozy, clean, and just right for our visit. The parking was convenient since the downstairs restaurant was not open yet for the season. The balcony was very nice and roomy and relaxing. We definitely enjoyed our stay!!!! Thank you.

Relaxing lakeside views.

Enjoyed being so close to wineries and restaurants. Downtown Hammondsport offered a fun variety of stores. Our stay at Snug Harbor was enjoyable, will definitely consider again.

In town for a concert ...

We stayed a weekend at Snug Harbor for a concert at Point of the Bluff and had a great time. The place is beautiful, comfortable and, as advertised, right on Keuka Lake. The staff downstairs at the restaurant were friendly and helpful and the property manager was responsive to questions. I'd stay here again.

Beautiful setting, challenges with communication

This location was gorgeous and we loved how easy it was to check in! Being right on the water and so close to town (Hammondsport is wonderfulā€¦ eat at Park Innā€¦ it was delicious) is exactly what we were looking for! Unfortunately, there were issues with the water in the suite. Mainly, it was shut off a number of times during our stay. This was quite disruptive, but we understand things happen. Unfortunately, we had no way to get ahold of our host to fix the issues. šŸ˜” We sent messages in the Vrbo app (he was not responsive for 19 hours) and called the Vrbo host number several times (no answer, mailbox was full). The virtual assistant didnā€™t help either. We were at a loss and at the mercy of when the water would be turned back on. I doubt this happens often so please treat this review as an opportunity to enhance communication going forward with your guests. Thanks!

Unit was clean. Kitchen well stocked. Loved sitting on the porch. Comfortable space for four adults. Very close to things we wanted to see and do. I had a couple questions for the owner and he responded right away. Would highly recommend.

Cozy with a great view

The apartment is cozy, and nicely furnished with fully updated kitchen and bathrooms. The deck overlooking the lake was a real bonus. The unit is two floors above a restaurant but we were not disturbed by noise or unwanted cooking odors. And it was nice to have the option to just go downstairs for a meal or a drink.

Great views

Property is located in a beautiful location along the shores of Kueka Lake. Close to finger lakes wineries and the quaint town of Hammondsport. The unit was perfectly setup with all modern utilities, we wouldnā€™t have changed a thing!

Was a great place to stay on the lake. Beautiful mornings With your coffee. Would definitely go back! very good communication with Property manager. Only issue was parking when restaurant was Open. Really enjoyed our stay!

The rental is ideal for convenience, comfort and privacy! Beautiful sitting on porch and living room to enjoy gorgeous views of the lake One suggestion would be to power wash/ clean the outdoor sitting areas as many cobwebs were present Otherwise everything else was ideal

Five-Star Finger Lakes Property

I've stayed at this property three times in the last four years and every single time, it's perfect. The space is immaculate, comfortable and relaxing. The deck is absolute paradise. It's quiet and secluded but five minutes from Bully Hill Winery. Also, this year a restaurant opened below the unit and it is FANTASTIC!!!!!!! I was worried about the noise but it is super quiet. The food is fantastic, the service friendly and the prices reasonable. They will even deliver to your unit. All in all, a wonderful getaway!!!

Very nicely updated and cozy feel. The view of the water was beautiful and peaceful from the balcony or the couch. The restaurant was not open during my stay and there was no one in the suite below so it made it to be a very quiet relaxing atmosphere as well

Beautiful place right on the lake

The view was amazing, especially sitting out on the porch with a drink overlooking the lake! We were in Suite 3 and it was beautifully decorated, well stocked, and comfortable. We visited wineries and breweries along with the village of Hammondsport and the Curtiss museum. All within short distances. Next time we are considering a summer visit so that we can swim and boat on the lake too. We highly recommend this beautiful place.

Fall Stay in the Finger Lakes

This is the second year we have stayed at Snug Harbor for our family fall vacation. As usual, our was wonderful. It was clean when we entered and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
