Beautiful 2 Bedroom Luxury Loft in the heart of Aurora

I’m not sure why this guest is lying about “an awful smell, dirty vents and the place being rundown”. These allegations are simply false. I do not have Direct tv, and do not advertise the property having Direct tv! If he was being honest about any kind of issues he would have called me and asked me to come investigate the smell or any dirty vents, but instead he texts me these lies, says he left, doesn’t feel safe in the city of Aurora and if I don’t refund half his money he will submit a negative review. I simply do not tolerate lies and bullying. This guest is paranoid about safety and break-ins. All the scenarios he wrote in his review are hypothetical and simply false! I have never had a single guest have any issues with their safety or the safety of their vehicle at my property. There are businesses surrounding the property, as the loft is above a retail center which is clearly described in the advertisement in VRBO. The entire property also has 24/7 video surveillance cameras on outside of building. This is a simple case of a guest having booked a trip and maybe plans changed, and decided to use unfounded allegations to get a refund based on false claims. If he did not like staying in Aurora or felt unsafe being in the City of Aurora, that is a personal issue and has nothing to do with my property. I’m a premier host with VRBO and take pride in the quality accommodations I provide. All my reviews are mostly 5 star and unsolicited. People truly enjoy the property!

The loft is professionally decorated and I have received many compliments on the interior decor. There is a fire stick in the back of the TV which allows anyone to upload any apps such as Netflix, Stars, etc. to the TV for viewing. The toilet in the half bathroom is an elongated, custom toilet that works great, never had a complaint. Not sure sure why a loft above a mixed use building (commercial/residential) would be considered “weird” especially when it is fully disclosed in the marketing? I found this review to be very odd and misleading, can’t win them all :)
